广东湛江地区老年人骨密度及骨质疏松患病率的初步调查

目的探讨湛江地区老年人骨密度（BMD）现状,为广东粤西沿海地区老年人骨质疏松症的防治提供科学依据。方法①采用美国Hologic QDR 4500A型双能X线骨密度仪对480例老年人的腰椎及髋部进行测量及分析。②按年龄、性别输入数据,以5岁为1个年龄组,分别计算骨密度。结果①60、70、80岁男性第2～4腰椎BMD分别为0.932、0.870、0.739,女性分别为0.831、0.707、0.647。②60、70、80岁男性Neck和Ward’s区BMD分别为0.752和0.683、0.734和0.650、0.671和0.593;女性分别为0.724和0.650、0.617和0.568、0.556和0.482。③60、70、80岁骨质疏松患病率男性为15.1%、28.9%和25.0%,女性为24.0%、47.5%和62.5%,女性骨质疏松患病率高于男性,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论湛江地区老年人随着年龄的增加,男、女性腰椎和髋骨的骨密度逐渐下降。骨质疏松患病率随年龄增加而上升,同龄女性组骨质疏松患病率高于男性组。

Preliminary survey on morbidity rate of osteoporosis and bone mineral density of elderly people in Zhanjiang area

Objective To investigate the current situation of the bone density of the elderly in Zhanjiang area,and provide the scientific basis for prevention and cure of osteoporosis of elderly people in west coastal area of Guangdong.Methods ① Lumbar spines and hips of 480 elderly people were measured and analyzed by the United States Hologic QDR 4500A dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry.②The data were input according to age,gender,every 5 years old as one age group,the bone densities were calculated.Results ①The L2-4 BMD of male who with 60 years old,70 years old and 80 years old was 0.932,0.870 and 0.739,that of female was 0.831,0.707 and 0.647,respectively.②The Neck and Ward’s triangle BMD of male with 60 years old,70 years old,80 years old was 0.752 and 0.683,0.734 and 0.650,0.671 and 0.593;Those of female were 0.724 and 0.650,0.617 and 0.568,0.556 and 0.482.③The prevalence rate of osteoporosis of male with 60 years old,70 years old,80 years old was 15.1%,28.9% and 25.0%,that of female was 24.0%,47.5% and 62.5%,the morbidity rate of osteoporosis in female was higher than that in male,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bone mineral densities of lumbar spine and hip gradually drop due to increased age in elderly people in Zhanjiang area.Morbidity rate of osteoporosis increases with aging,and is higher in female group compared with male group in the same age.
