升阳益胃汤治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫临床研究

目的：观察升阳益胃汤治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效。方法：72例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用莫沙比利治疗,观察组采用升阳益胃汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、血浆胃泌素（GAS）及血浆胃动素（MTL）水平变化。结果：观察组有效率为91.6%,对照组为66.7%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。与治疗前比较,治疗后血浆GAS及MTL水平均明显升高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后血浆GAS及MTL水平均明显高于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：升阳益胃汤治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫能显著升高患者胃肠激素水平,临床疗效显著。

Clinical Research on Shengyang Yiwei Decoction in the Treatment of Diabetic Gastroparesis

Objective：To discuss the clinical effect of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis. Methods ：72 cases of diabetic gastroparesis patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was treated with Mosa Billy, and the observation group was treated with Shengyang Yiwei Decoction. The clinical curative effect and the treatment of plasma gastrin（GAS） and the plasma motilin （MTL） levels of two groups were compared. Results：The effective rate of treatment group was 91.6%, and the control group was 66.7 % , and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; Compared with before treatment, plasma GAS and MTL levels two groups ＇after treatment were significantly increased, with significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; after treatment, the plasma GAS and MTL levels of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group, there were significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Shengyang Yiwei Decoction in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis can in- crease the levels of gastrointestinal hormones in patients, has good clinical curative effect.
