| 摘 要： | 目的:观察脑智通胶囊治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的临床疗效。方法:将36例VD患者随机分为2组各18例。治疗组以脑智通胶囊(由丹参、白参、何首乌、黄精、赤芍、红花、黄芪等组成)治疗;对照组以尼莫地平治疗。检测治疗前后简易精神状态量表(MMSE)、长谷川痴呆修改量表(HDS-R)、日常生活功能量表(ADL)、社会活动功能调查(FAQ)及一氧化氮(NO)含量变化情况。结果:治疗组各项指标改善较对照组显著,其总有效率为83.33％,对照组为55.56％,2组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。同时治疗组NO含量下降。结论:脑智通胶囊可以改善VD患者的智能状态,调整自由基代谢,疗效优于尼莫地平。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the curative effect of Naozhi-tong capsule (NC) for vascular dementia (VD). Methods: 36 cases of VD were allocated to 2 groups randomly (each group 18 cases) . The treatment group was treated by NC (composed of Radix Salvi-ae Miltiorrhizae, Radix Ginseng, Radix Polygoni Multiflori, Rhizoma Polygonati, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Flos Carthama and Radix Astragali, etc. ) and the control group was treated by nimodipine. Scoring was counted according to MMSE, HDS - R, ADL and FAQ, and the NO content was determined. Results: The improvement of various indexes of treatment group was more marked than the control group, the total effective rate was 83. 33% and 55. 56% respectively ( P < 0. 01), and the content of NO was decreased in treatment group. Conclusion: NC can improve the intelligence state of VD, regulate the metabolism of free radical and its curative effect is superior than nimodipine. |
