| 摘 要： | 本文对32例肺心病与32例心肌梗塞患者进行脂蛋白及血液流变学对比研究,结果表明:1.肺心病组高密度脂蛋白及血液流变中低切变率,红细胞压积和血沉均无显著高于心肌梗塞组(P<0.001).2.肺心病组低密度脂蛋白和极低密度脂蛋白均明显低于心肌梗塞组(P<0.01).肺心病血粘度高、缺氧,但却很少发生心肌梗塞,本组资料仅占6.3%,提示高密度脂蛋白在防止肺心病并发心肌梗塞中可能起重要作用.

| Abstract: | 32 cases of pulmonary heart disease (PHO) with the sarae cases of myocardial infarction were studies in the field of hemorrheology and lipoprotein. The results showed that the high density lipoprotein (HDL), low shear rate, hematocit and ESR in the PHD group are different from the ones in the myocardial infarction growp (P<0. 001). The low density lipopretein (LDL) and very low density lipoprotein (VLDL) in the PHD group are more lower than that in the myocardial infarction group (P<0.01). Although with high blood viscosity, only 6. 3% of PHD were complicated by myocardial infarction. It suggests that HDL may be a key in preventing myocardial infarction is PHD |
