| 摘 要： | 饲喂家兔胆固醇造成实验性动脉粥样硬化,模型组每只动物均以主动脉病变严重,肺动脉AS斑块主要由泡沫细胞组成。病变严重时,中膜浅层平滑肌细胞可于原处转变为泡沫细胞。心冠动脉各级分枝受累程度与服用胆固醇时间长短密切相关,服用时间越长,受累程度越严重,以<0.1mm之分枝最明显。

| Abstract: | Nine rabbits fed on cholesterol were used for the histological, histochemical and ultrastructral investigation of experimental atherosclerosis with reference to the foam cells,the degree of the lesions of aorta and pulmonary artery and the relation between the period of feeding cholesterol and the lesions of coronary artery. Results showed: (1) In serious changes some superficial smooth muscle cells of media became foam cells in the origin; (2) The atherosclerotic plaques of pulmonary artery are mainly composed of foam cells and the changs of aorta are serious; (2) The longer the period of the feeding cholesterol was, the more serious the lesions of the coronary artery Was, especially that of diameter smaller than 0.1mm. |
