尿细菌培养及抗生素耐药谱分析

摘    要:本文对两年来我院住院患者引起尿路感染的常见菌所使用抗生素进行分析。结果表明从分离出的191株阳性菌株中革兰氏阴性杆菌为146株,占76.4%,革兰氏阳性球菌45株,占23.6%。革兰氏阴性杆菌中大肠杆菌和肠杆菌属居第1、2倍,分别为49株、46株。在革兰氏阳笥球攻是里D群肠球菌居第1位(21株),其次为表皮芪葡萄球菌(16(株)。从药敏结果看,氨肝霉素耐药率最强,为98.2%。睡感染的主要病原菌有

Abstract:In this paper,the bacteria involving urinary system and the antibiotics which have been used was analyzed.The results showed that among 191 positive strains,there were 146 strains of G - bacilli and occupied 76.4% of them.The G coccus were 45 strains and occupied 23.6% of them.It has been clarified that the main infectious bacteria of urinary system were G - bacilli such as E.coli (first place,49 strains) and enteritidis bacillus(second place,46 strains).The antibiotics sensitivity test showed ampicillin was the highest rate (98.2%) of drug resistance.The main pathogenic bacteria of urinary system showed a higher and broad drug resistance.The results mentioned above suggested that the reasonable application of antibiotics is very important for clinical therapy.
