摘    要:围绝经期综合征(MPS)的中医疗法历史由来已久,深受广大医家重视。近现代以来,随着现代科学体系的形成与发展,动物实验和临床研究理念的建立与推广,为与国际接轨,MPS中医疗法相关领域的研究也深受重视。文章归纳总结了近年来国内外研究者对MPS中医疗法所开展的动物造模、作用机制以及临床研究进展。笔者认为MPS中医疗法的研究虽然日益深入,但仍有需要总结回顾和展望之处,希望广大研究者能够在现有成果基础之上,完善和发展MPS中医疗法相关领域的动物实验和临床。

Abstract:The traditional Chinese medicine therapy of perimenopausal syndrome (MPS) has a long history and is valued by the majority of doctors. Since modern times, with the formation and development of modern scientific system, the establishment and promotion of animal experiment and clinical research, in order to be in line with the international standards, the research on the TCM therapy of MPS has been attached great importance. This article summarized the animal modeling, mechanism of action and clinical research progress of TCM therapy of MPS by domestic and foreign research in recent years. The author believes that although the research on TCM therapy of MPS is getting more and more in-depth, there is still a need for summary, review and outlook. It is hoped that researchers can improve animal experiments and clinical trials related to TCM therapy of MPS on the basis of the existing results.
