吸脂法副乳腺矫治术护理干预的效果评价

目的 探索吸脂法副乳矫治术后的护理方案,以期实现更好地手术效果,提高患者的满意度.方法 根据副乳腺和吸脂手术的特点,制定吸脂法副乳矫治术的护理方案,应用于围手术期至术后6个月,并与传统普外科手术护理方案进行对比.结果 对36例采用吸脂法副乳矫治术护理方案与10例采用传统普外科手术护理方案患者比较,手术效果、患者满意率均得到了提高.结论 采用吸脂法副乳腺矫治术后护理方案进行护理干预,有助于提高手术效果及患者满意率.     

鼻骨整形结合硅胶假体置入治疗陈旧性外伤性鼻塌陷畸形

目的：探索一种安全、简单、有效的陈旧性外伤性鼻畸形的治疗方法。方法：对2004年9月至2009年10月间收治的8例陈旧性外伤性鼻塌陷畸形患者进行了鼻畸形矫治,在鼻骨整形的同时进行硅胶假体置入术。结果：8例患者均取得了理想的手术效果。结论：对于陈旧性外伤性鼻畸形,可以采用鼻骨整形结合硅胶假体置入的方法进行治疗。     

联合Medpor支架置入的单侧唇裂术后继发鼻孔畸形矫治术

目的:探讨单侧唇裂术后继发鼻孔畸形的治疗方法。方法:矫正单侧唇裂术后继发唇鼻畸形的同时,将Medpor条形支架置入鼻孔缘皮下。结果:2004年1月至2010年3月采用本法治疗单侧唇裂术后唇鼻畸形患者共23例,取得了良好的治疗效果。结论:Medpor置入有助于唇裂术后继发唇鼻孔畸形的矫正。

Methods The middle and distal part of prepuce was eireum peeled with bleeding control and electrical scalpel. More preputial inner plate was reserved. Results From January 2004 to July 2008, 51 patients with redundant prepuce were treated with this procedure. The average blood loss was 1 ～2 ml with minimal edema. The proportion of inner and outer plates was suitable. Conclusions This teelmique has the advantages of minimal blood loss and slight edema. The cosmetic result is also satisfactory.

中医四联法治疗婴幼儿腹泻的临床研究

目的:探讨中医治疗婴幼儿腹泻的疗效。方法:120例婴幼儿腹泻随机分为中医四联法治疗组(n=60),思密达对照组(n=60)。结果:治疗组治愈率91.7%总有效率98.4%;对照组治愈率51.7%总有效率70.0%。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:中医四联法对婴幼儿腹泻有显著疗效,且无副作用。
