后腹腔镜下输尿管上段切开取石术10例

从20世纪90年代开始腹腔镜技术逐渐在泌尿外科得到应用和推广,腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术部分代替了传统的开放手术。本院2006年1月—2008年1月对10例输尿管上段结石行后腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石术,并进行了随访,疗效满意,现报道如下。     

双阴茎、重复阴囊畸形一例

患儿,6岁。生后即发现会阴部有两个阴茎。于1986年4月20日来我院就诊。第一胎,父母非近亲婚配,无类似疾病家族史。检查;会阴部前后两个阴茎,前一呈幼儿型。与其年龄相符,能排尿、勃起;后一阴茎成人型,包皮上翻,龟头顶端有尿道外口痕迹、尿道闭锁,偶有勃起但无力。阴囊被阴茎根部分为左右两个,左侧较小,右侧阴囊表面可见阴囊缝,乃阴囊重复。两阴囊内各有睾丸一枚,发育与正常无异。静脉肾盂造影示左侧肾盂与     

膀胱全切改良 Sigma 直肠膀胱术 10 例临床疗效分析

Objectives To discuss The clinical effect study of 10 cases modified Sigma rectum pouch after radical cystectomy.Methods 10 male patients had been performed modified Sigma rectum pouch from Jan.2006 to Jan.2008.A segment of Sigmoid colon was folded and a longitudinal incision about 25cm Was made on the Sigmoid wall and the incision was sutured so as to form a low pressure pouch.The ends of the 2 ureters were anastomosed to - gether to form a big nipple and Wag then drawn into the top of the pouch for 2～3cm and the ureteroSigmoidostomy was accomplished.Results The operative time of modified Signm rectum pouch took 60min.10 cases had been followed up for 5～24months with a mean of 16 months and good urinary continence without acid - base dysequilibri - um.A slight unilateral hydronephrosis occurred in 1 cage.Conclusions The method is the character of short time,a few complication good continence,as well as ,according with physiological requirement.The life quality of patients would be markedly improved.     

经尿道电切加电气化切除良性前列腺增生81例报告

盆腔脂肪过多症并腺性膀胱炎一例

盆腔脂肪过多症罕见。我科于1989年10月收治罹患本病并腺性膀胱炎1例,现报告如下。患者,男,44岁。间隙性肉限全程血尿7年,尿液淡红,无血块。平时无尿频、尿急、尿痛及排尿困难。血尿每于过劳,受凉后发作,伴轻度尿频,尿痛,经抗炎休息后可缓解。近日经膀胱镜活检示“腺性膀胱炎,恶变倾向”入院。体检:矮胖体形重73kg,高162cm.血压17.3/10.7kPa。下腹膨隆,

后尿道损伤的早期手术治疗(附86例报告)

收治尿道急性损伤８６例，对其中７９例采用留置导尿管、尿道会师术、尿道早期吻合术、会师牵引术，结果治愈５８例，治愈率７３．４％。而单纯膀胱造瘘的７例，无１例外地均继发后尿道狭窄和闭锁。认为，早期恢复尿道连续性优于单纯膀胱造瘘。尿道会师牵引术方法简单、创伤小，效果相对较好（３８例治愈３１例，治愈率８１．６％），且可使绝大部分患者免受再次手术之苦，是较为理想的首选术式。
