Effect observation of nerve functional rehabilitation after treatment with cytridini triphophatis on acute ischemia cerebral vascular disease

Objective:To observe the rehabilitation effect after treatment with CTP on acute ischemia cerebral vascular disease(AICVD).Results:Evaluation crieria:effective:NDS score decreased by 50%-80%,survival ability increased to 1-3 degree,including 78 cases in rehabilitation and 24 cases in control group;utility:NDS score decreased by 20%-49%,including 30 cases in rehabilitation and 40 cases in control group;ineffective:NDS scroe increased or decreased by 0%-19%,including 4 cases and 52 cases in control group.The total effective rate of rehabilitation group was 96%,and the rate of control group was 55%.The effect of rehabilitation group was obvious better than control group()P&;lt;0.01).COnclusion:For CSF lesion from various causes (ischemia,damage,and infection),CTP should be provided in time in acute period.which can reduce cerebral cell lesion,promote metabolism of nerve cell,improve motor function.Clinical practice also shows the feect of CTP treatment group is better than cytidine diphosphocholine group obviously.     

冠心病患者颈总动脉内径及血流指标的检测分析

2001年1月至2003年3月,我们应用彩色超声多普勒技术检查了76例冠心病患者的颈总动脉内经及血流参数。现报告如下。 临床资料:冠心病组76例,均按WHO标准确诊,男45例,女31例;年龄45～76岁,平均(63.8±8.8)岁。心律失常型30例,心绞痛型38例,急性及陈旧性心肌梗死型7例,隐匿型1例。患者均予以常规扩冠、活血化瘀、营养心肌等处理。另取健康人30例作为对照组,男18例,女12例;年龄40～69     

先天性肾缺如5例

例1，男，64岁，农民。因全身浮肿1月入院。查体：血压20／12kPa（1kPa=7．5mmHg），眼睑及双下肢水肿，心肺无异常，腹水征阳性，Hb：90g／L，ESR60mm／h，TP：56g/L，A：25g／L，血肌酐：23μmol／L，尿蛋白：（＋＋＋＋）。24h尿蛋白定量7．5g，尿本一周蛋白阳性。尿RBC：30-40／Hp，相差显微镜检为肾小球性血尿。
