Objective:To observe the rehabilitation effect after treatment with CTP on acute ischemia cerebral vascular disease(AICVD).Results:Evaluation crieria:effective:NDS score decreased by 50%-80%,survival ability increased to 1-3 degree,including 78 cases in rehabilitation and 24 cases in control group;utility:NDS score decreased by 20%-49%,including 30 cases in rehabilitation and 40 cases in control group;ineffective:NDS scroe increased or decreased by 0%-19%,including 4 cases and 52 cases in control group.The total effective rate of rehabilitation group was 96%,and the rate of control group was 55%.The effect of rehabilitation group was obvious better than control group()P&;lt;0.01).COnclusion:For CSF lesion from various causes (ischemia,damage,and infection),CTP should be provided in time in acute period.which can reduce cerebral cell lesion,promote metabolism of nerve cell,improve motor function.Clinical practice also shows the feect of CTP treatment group is better than cytidine diphosphocholine group obviously. 相似文献
