Experience of Prof. ZHANG-Ji in Treatment of Intractable Diseases： A Report of 5 Cases

Prof. ZHANG Ji, male, born in Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province in May 1929, distinguished acupuncture expert in China, professor of Beijing University of TCM,doctorate supervisor, the all-China second-batch distinguished and elderly TCM expert, receives the special government allowance issued by the State Council. So far he has been doing acupuncture teaching,scientific research and clinical practice for more than 40years. He once gave lectures in different countries including Italy, Japan, the United States, and France and got favorable comments from the international colleagues. 论述了颈部的局部解剖结构及常用穴位,以人迎穴为例,对针刺颈部穴位的刺法和注意事项进行阐述.     

不同隔物灸对类脾阳虚小鼠脾脏组织中ATP酶的影响

目的：观察隔物灸的作用机制及其特异性。方法：通过对各种隔物灸，观察类脾阳虚小鼠脾脏组织中的Na^ K^ AT-Pase、Ca^ ATPase、Mg^ ATPase的活性。结果：隔附子片灸组3和ATP酶的活性都恢复到正常水平（P＜0．01），清艾条灸组、隔蒜片灸组ATP酶活性有明显升高，但未能达到正常水平（均为P＜0．05）。结论：隔物灸可影响类脾阳虚小鼠脾脏组织中Na^ K^ ATPase、Ca^ ATPasc及Mg^ ATPase的活性，且不同隔物灸有其特异性。     

Professor HUANG Di-jun＇s Flash-cupping Techniques

HUANG Di-jun, was born in Guanghan city, Sichuan province in 1941. She is a professor and supervisor of doctoral candidate in School of Acupuncture and Massage, Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is good at treating rheumatosis,rheumatoid arthritis, neurodermatitis and some chronic and intractable diseases with Chinese medicine and acupuncture. In the past 40 years of acupuncture practice, teaching and scientific researches, she has tremendously developed the clinical application of needling, moxibustion, cupping and compression. She is also an associate chief editor of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Techniques, a textbook of higher colleges of traditional Chinese medicine for the new century.     

Effect of Acupuncture plus Small Dosage of Herba Epimedii on Improving the Life Quality of Climacteric Postmenopausal Women

目的:观察针刺、针药结合对绝经后女性生存质量及生殖内分泌水平影响.方法:将47例患者,随机分配至针刺组和针药组,针刺组23例,针药组24例,3个月为一观察疗程.采用简明SF-36中文版问卷方式,对各组患者进行治疗前后生存质量调查,同时,采用放免技术,观察治疗前后两组患者血清中生殖激素卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)含量变化.结果:治疗后两组生存质量总体比较差异显著,针药组优于针刺组(P＜0.01);针药组E2含量提高较针刺组显著(P＜0.05),FSH、LH含量变化两组差异不显著(P＞0.05).结论:针刺、针药皆能改善绝经后女性的生存质量及提高患者明显低下的E2含量水平,针药治疗对患者的生存质量、E2含量提高较针刺治疗显著,提示针刺、针药皆能改善绝经后女性的症状、体征及身心健康状况,提高生存质量,改善生殖内分泌环境,针药结合效果尤佳.     

Simple needle-embedding therapy for hiccup

以简易埋针法治疗呃逆.取膈俞穴耳穴耳中(膈)和胃埋针,治疗呃逆症患者24例.结果症状消失21例,缓解1例,无效2例.部分患者的呃逆症状可即刻停止发作.该法收效快速,维持疗效时间长.

Non-operative therapy for prolapsed lumbar intervertebral discs

目的:分析非手术疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的近期、远期疗效.方法:将165例腰椎间盘突出症患者按随机和单盲法分为牵引组、推拿组、推拿加功能锻炼组,治疗2个疗程后,评定近期疗效.然后将取得显效的102例患者按区组随机和单盲法分为功能锻炼组和对照组,随访1年观察两组复发率,并分别于治疗后6和12个月进行腰椎功能评定.结果:推拿组和推拿加功能锻炼组较牵引组近期疗效显效率差异有显著性(χ2=8.359,P＜0.01).功能锻炼组1年内的复发率明显低于对照组(χ2=12.631,P＜0.01).结论:推拿加功能锻炼是防治腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法.
