对冠心病患者血浆凝血因子Ⅷ相关抗原测定结果的观察

用免疫扩散法测定了74例冠心病和46名正常人的血浆凝血因子Ⅷ相关抗原(ⅧR:Ag),结果前者为159.8±10.8%,后者为113.7±7.6%,两者有显著差异(P<0.01)。其中,60岁以上的39例冠心病患者为167.3±13%,40名正常人为114.9±7.1%,两者也有显著差异。提示冠心病患者存在着高凝状态。23例冠心病患者口服维生素 C 前后ⅧR:Ag测定结果无明显差异。     

PLATELET AGGREGATION IN 93 CASES OF CORONARY HEART DISEASE

The maximal curve (PAgT max%) and maximal ascending rate (PAgT VmaXTo) of platelet aggrega tion were studied in 93 cases of coronary heart disease and 45 normals of the same age. The PAgT max% induced by adrenaline, 1 yg/ml and ADP 0.6 v.M are 58.44+1.53 and 56.18+1.61To in coronary heart disease and 47.24+2.23 and 44.22+2.22To in normals, significantly higher in the diseased (p<0.001 and <0.01). The PAgT Vmax'70 induced by adrenaline was 40.18+1.51 in coronary heart disease and 32.69+ 2.28c'/o in normals (P相似文献
