Objegtive To preliminarily study the endothelial density baseline and the morphological characteristics of the corneal endothelial cell of Chinese Air Force pilot. Metheds Density and morphology of corneal endothelial cells were observed by Topcon-2000 noncontact specular microscope and analyzed by Imagenet 2000 software(version 2.53)on 56 pilots(112 eyes)While other 30 healthy men(60 eyes)who were with the comparable age and uncorrected visual acuity were compared and analyzed as the control group. Results The data showed that the average corneal endothelial cell density was 2797.0±330.3/mm2 in pilot group which was significantly lowet than 2917.57±318.04/mm2 in control group(t=2.286,P=0.024).The mean constituent ratio of hexagonal cell was 56.46±7.19 in pilot group compared with 60.33±7.68 in control group(t=8.253,P=O.001)and it was gradually reduced with the age growing in both groups(r=-0.395,-0.268,P=0.000.0.038).With the growing of flying hours the mean area of cell was increased under the eontrolled age factor according to partial correlation analysis(r=0.244,P=0.0 1).Conclusions Measuring of the corneaI endothelial cellular morphologic parameters and implementing corresponding analysis are helpful to know pilot's corneal endotheliurn changes in flight.  相似文献

科里奥利加速度对人眼暗焦点变化的影响   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
目的 观察人体受科里奥利加速度作用时眼暗焦点的变化。 方法 用氦 氖激光视力计游标法测量眼暗焦点 ,在VTS Ⅲ前庭功能检查系统上生成科里奥利加速度 ,34名健康受试者受科里奥利加速度后以Graybiel急性运动病不同严重水平诊断分类标准评定其自主神经反应程度 ,同时在科里奥利加速度作用后即刻和 10min时测量暗焦点的变化。 结果 受科里奥利加速度作用前、作用后即刻和 10min时右眼的暗焦点分别是 - 1 86± 1 19D ,- 2 18± 1 2 6D和 - 2 30± 1 11D ;左眼的暗焦点分别是 - 2 0 3± 1 11D ,- 2 2 9± 1 2 0D和 - 2 4 4± 1 2 0D。受科里奥利加速度后即刻和 10min时的暗焦点都向近视方向内移 (P <0 0 1)。正视眼随自主神经反应程度加重而内移加大。左、右眼之间的暗焦点变化未见显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。 结论 科里奥利加速度作用使眼暗焦点向近视方向移动并与前庭自主神经反应程度相关。  相似文献

飞行人员眼外伤61例相关因素分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
1965年5月~2007年5月,我们共收治飞行人员眼外伤61例,并对其相关因素进行分析。现报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般情况61例中,男60例,女1例;年龄19~51岁。飞行时间60~5800h。其中飞行员42例,领航员8例,空中机械师7例,通讯员4例。机种分布:歼击机16例,运输机29例,轰炸机6例,教练机4例,直升机6例。1.2方法收集42年来我院眼科住院飞行人员的总数和第一次诊断为眼外伤的病例数。一般情况包括年龄、性别、眼别、致伤原因、损伤类型、治疗前后视力和飞行结论等。1.3结果1.3.1眼外伤特点与年龄分布42年间眼科住院飞行人员共702例,其中眼外伤61例(62眼),占8.7%。除双眼受伤1例外,其余均为单眼,左眼:右眼为1:1。年龄以19~29岁最多,占50.8%。1.3.2致伤原因分析球类运动伤33例,占54.1%;击打伤15例,占24.6%;交通意外伤4例,占6.6%;飞行意外和爆炸伤各3例,占4.9%;电焊伤1例,跌伤2例,各占4.9%。1.3.3眼外伤类型及飞行结论情况眼外伤61例(62眼)中,眼挫伤40眼,占64.5%;眼及附属器表面损伤12眼,占19.4%;开放性眼球损伤6眼,占9....  相似文献

目的: 观察丝裂霉素C(mitomycin C, MMC)辅助准分子激光角膜切削术(PRK)的疗效及并发症分析。

方法:回顾性临床病例研究。随机选择2009年40例80眼实施PRK治疗近视的患者作为常规组,2010年PRK术中应用0.2g/L MMC 20s的40例80眼作为MMC组。术后7d; 1,3,6,12mo观察裸眼视力、屈光状态以及角膜上皮愈合、发生糜烂、角膜干燥和haze情况,两组数据进行对比分析。

结果:术后12mo随访期间,两组裸眼视力、术后等效球镜、角膜上皮愈合及干眼情况差异无统计学意义。常规组有2眼,MMC组有9眼发生角膜糜烂伴丝状角膜炎,两组差异有统计学意义(Pearson χ2=4.783,P<0.05)。全部病例均治愈,没有复发病例。常规组、MMC组术后1,3,6,12mo haze的发生率分别为26%,6%,2%,0和44%,25%,10%,2%,术后1mo(Pearson χ2=5.385,P<0.05)、3mo(Pearson χ2=10.667,P=0.001)差异有统计学意义。

结论:PRK术中使用0.2g/L MMC可以减少术后haze的发生。MMC对PRK术中保留的角膜上皮的影响可能是术后角膜糜烂发生的原因之一,术中要避免接触到治疗区外保留的正常角膜上皮。  相似文献

患者女,32岁。因双眼无痛性视力下降1年余,加重1.5个月就诊。患者曾患系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)6年,持续口服氯喹、山海棠片和泼尼松片治疗,1年前出现视力下降,未予重视,1.5个月前于当地医院复查后,停用氯喹,加用环磷酰胺治疗后视力下降无改善。有SLE家族史。查体:心率74/min,血压108/76mmHg,心、肺、腹未见异常,双侧面部及鼻根部蝶形红斑,表面少量皮屑,周边色素沉积。  相似文献
