高敏C反应蛋白检测在脑血管疾病中的意义

目的:探讨血清高敏C反应蛋白(hight-sensitive C-reactive protein,hs-C R P)与脑血管疾病的关系。方法:采用免疫散射速率比浊法,检测60例脑血管疾病患者和25例健康体检对照者血清hs-C R P水平。结果:18例短暂脑缺血发作(TIA)组hs-C R P为(1.94±1.40)m g/L,25例脑梗死组为(15.51±6.91)m g/L,17例脑出血组为(11.95±4.88)m g/L,20例正常对照组为(1.09±0.66)m g/L,脑梗死组、脑出血组与对照组比较血清hs-C R P水平升高,差异均具有显著性(P<0.001);TIA组与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:血清hs-C R P水平与脑血管疾病密切相关,可预测脑血管疾病的危险性,并可作为监测病情和预后判断的指标。     

恶性肿瘤患者血清Kappa与Lambda轻链检测及临床意义

Objective To investigate the abnormal expressions of immunoglobulin light chains kappa(Igκ)and Lambda(Igλ)in malignant tumors.Methods The concentrations of the Igκ and Igλ in serum were measured by rat nephelometry in 60 cases of malignant tumors and 15 cases of healthy people.Results The liver tumor patients had a higher concentration of Igκ and Igλ in serum than normal people(P＜0.01).There wre not significant differences between the levels of Igκ,Igλ and κ/λ ratio in the stomach tumor,lung tumor,proctologic/colonic tumor,mammary tumor,oesophagus tumor and normal peoples(P＞0.05).Conclusion The measurment of Igκ,Igλ and κ/λ ratio in serum would be helpful for the diagnosis of the liver tumor.By continous observation with Igκ,Igλ and κ/λratio in serum could predict the development of disease.

1种新型国产超敏HBsAg试剂在血液筛查中的应用研究

目的 对1种新型国产超敏HBsAs试剂在血液筛查中的应用进行评估.方法 用考核试剂WT CLEIA分别检测WHO标准品、HBV阴性的血清、各种HBV亚型及HBsAg突变株标本以及无偿献血者标本,并与参比试剂做比较.结果 WT CLEIA对HBsAg阴性标本的检测特异性为99.81％(95％ CI:99.57％ ～ 99.93％);对WHO标准品检测的分析灵敏度可达0.012 IU/mL,高于参比试剂Hepanostika HBsAg Ultra的0.05 IU/mL和Abbott Murex V3的0.1 IU/mL;对HBsAg突变株及不同亚型的检出率也高于2种参比试剂;对近5 000份标本的检测结果与参比试剂Abbott Murex V3有高度的符合率(99.60％).结论 该试剂检测性能良好,在血液筛查中有较好的应用前景.     

不同核酸检测方法对献血者隐匿性乙肝病毒感染的研究

目的了解无偿献血者中隐匿性乙肝病毒感染情况,并比较不同核酸检测方法对隐匿性乙肝病毒感染检测能力的差异。方法分别采用nested-PCR和Procleix Ultrio全自动核酸检测系统对无偿献血者血浆标本进行HBV核酸检测,对核酸阳性标本进行HBV DNA序列分析。结果在总计9 209例次标本的检测中,共有9 159例为HBsAg(-);HBsAg(-)标本中nested-PCR方法检出18例HBV DNA阳性(0.19%,18/9 159),而Procleix Ultrio检出7例(0.076%,7/9 159),两者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);测序结果显示隐匿性HBV感染者中C基因型所占的比例(64.7%,11/17)明显高于HBsAg阳性的HBV感染者(23.1%,6/23,P<0.01)。结论闽南地区无偿献血者中存在较高比例的隐匿性乙肝病毒感染;不同核酸检测方法对献血者隐匿性乙肝病毒感染的检测能力存在差异。

静脉瓣膜功能环治疗大隐静脉曲张

我院自1998年以来,选用静脉瓣膜功能环(EVS)治疗26例大隐静脉曲张病例,均取得满意效果,现报告如下:     

外周血CA125、CA153和CEA的检测在乳腺癌的临床应用

目的探讨检测外周血肿瘤标志物CA125、CA153和CEA在乳腺癌的临床应用价值。方法应用电化学发光技术检测20例健康对照者、55例乳腺癌患者、20例乳房良性肿瘤及24例乳腺癌患者手术前后血清中CA125、CA153和CEA含量。结果乳腺癌患者组血清CA125，CA153，CEA含量较正常对照组显著升高（P〈0．05）。其中EEA和CA153含量较乳房良性肿瘤患者组显著升高（P〈0．05）。手术后患者血清中CA153含量较手术前明显下降，差异具有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。临床分期为Ⅲ、Ⅳ期的乳腺癌患者外周血CEA和CA153含量较正常对照组显著升高（P〈0．05）；Ⅲ、Ⅳ期的乳腺癌患者外周血CA153含量较Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者显著升高（P〈0．05）。联合检测CEA、CA153、CA125敏感性达到53．8％。特异性为83．3％。结论检测CA125，CA153，CEA对乳腺癌的诊断有一定的价值，其中CA153和CEA对良恶性乳腺肿瘤的鉴别诊断、乳腺癌病情进程的监测有实用价值。
