《肘后备急方》针灸学术思想探源

《肘后备急方》关于针灸疗法的记载十分丰富,所介绍的许多针灸诊疗技术至今仍具科学价值。本文试从取穴简便,方法多样、治病广泛,善救急症、重视灸法,辨证施灸、首创隔物灸、灸药并用4个方面总结和概括《肘后备急方》的针灸学术思想。     

对针刀医学安全问题的思考

本文从针刀医学的安全问题切入,探讨了这个自针刀医学发明至今,一直饱受争议的问题,简要的分析了安全问题对于针刀医学本身的意义,认为针刀的安全操作是针刀医学健康发展的基本保障,是针刀医学自身控制医疗质量的内在基本要求。本文认为针刀的安全问题更是现阶段针刀医学发展的首要战略问题并且提出制定安全操作标准才是解决针刀安全问题的必行之路。本文还简要介绍了针刀业内第一本关于安全的专著《针刀临床安全操作手册》此书所述的诸多方法均可为临床从业者提供安全操作的保障。     

Decreased serum levels of hepatocyte growth factor in male adults with high-functioning autism

BACKGROUND: The mechanisms underlying the pathophysiology of autism are currently unknown. Given the role of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) in brain development, we hypothesized that HGF plays a role in the pathophysiology of autism. In this study, we studied whether serum HGF levels are altered in subjects with high-functioning autism. METHODS: Using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), we measured serum levels of HGF in 17 male adults with high-functioning autism and age-matched 18 male healthy subjects. RESULTS: The serum levels (503.5+/-160.5 pg/mL (mean+/-SD)) of HGF in the subjects with high-functioning autism were significantly (Mann-Whitney U=34.0, p<0.001) lower than those (817.6+/-232.4 pg/mL (mean+/-SD)) of control subjects. However, there were no correlations between serum HGF levels and clinical variables in the patients. CONCLUSIONS: This study suggests that reduced HGF levels may play a role in the pathophysiology of high-functioning autism.     

Education and training of medical informatics in the medical curriculum

The teaching of medical informatics is of importance for students in medicine and health care, realizing that they will be the health professionals of the future. Training in medical informatics is also of value for practicing clinicians who are overwhelmed by the avalanche of systems that are available on the market. Some examples of operational systems are presented here to indicate that health care has changed dramatically over the last decades. This paper intends to contribute to the drafting of IMIA guidelines for teaching medical informatics by (1) reporting on the experience at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences of the Erasmus University Rotterdam as part of the curriculum, (2) reporting on the implementation of guidelines for teaching medical informatics in The Netherlands since these guidelines were drafted in 1986, and (3) by introducing the teaching material contained in the new Handbook of Medical Informatics and on its Web site.     

百岁中医夏禹甸先生学术思想研究

夏禹甸先生1913 年（民国二年）出生于湖南安化县,6 岁入安化萸江小学,12 岁毕业后, 就读于安化县立中学至初中毕业,16 岁师从于湘中儒医刘晓邨嫡传弟子李定郁公,跟师3 年,熟读《内经》、《伤寒论》,出师后又被当时安化名中医蒋怀九看中,口授心传,对《伤寒论》的指点尤多,将当时国内名家如恽铁樵、陆渊雷、曹颖甫、谭次仲、张公让、祝味菊、余无言、胡剑华、刘明、姜春华及日人东人山田、丹波父子的有关著作详加介绍,体会极深.     

临床实习中医学生人文精神的培养

临床实习是对医学生人文精神培养有着承前启后作用的重要阶段。目前在临床实习中的医学生人文精神培养方面,管理上缺少过渡环节,带教医生缺乏培养意识和能力,医学生对人文精神培养轻视的同时存在理论与实践脱节现象。通过加强培训,重视带教医生的培养、选拔和奖惩,修订实习手册,将有助于问题的解决。     

葛洪《肘后备急方》药物炮制用词辨析举隅

对葛洪《肘后备急方》中3组表示药物炮制的同义动词进行穷尽式搜索,探讨了每组词在药物材质、动作方式及炮制结果等方面的异同,明确药物炮制词语的实际意义,纠正误解。     

医院感染管理手册的使用及效果评价

目的 促进临床与医技科室医院感染管理的持续改进与提高.方法 根据<医院感染管理办法>要求,自行设计临床、医技科室医院感染管理手册,监控员根据手册的各项要求实时检查并记录,医院感染控制科每月审查,每年进行评价,并纳入到医疗质量管理评价中.结果 使用管理手册3年来,监控小组的监测能力和各项监测项目明显提高,评价合格率≥96.30%.结论 医院感染管理手册有利于促进临床与医技科室医院感染管理的质量与提高.
