目的:探讨影响镰旁大型脑膜瘤手术治疗的相关问题。方法:回顾性分析1994年8月至2001年8月经治的12例镰旁大型脑膜瘤的临床资料及手术经过。结果:12例肿瘤均全切除,无手术死亡。随访预后良好,无肿瘤复发。结论:镰旁大型脑膜瘤的手术应充分利用影像学资料及病人出现的阳性体征进行分析,选择合适的手术径路全部切除肿瘤,同时注重脑功能区及重要血管的保护、瘤基底部大脑镰的切除及周边组织的电灼处理。  相似文献

摘 要 目的: 通过观察益妇散的中药复方对去势大鼠血清性激素水平、下丘脑单胺类神经递质的影响,研究其治疗更年期综合征的作用效果。方法: 将60只SD大鼠随机分成5组:假手术组、去卵巢对照组、尼尔雌醇组、益妇散低、高剂量组。连续给药4周,然后测定下丘脑单胺类神经递质,测定血清性激素水平以及测定肾上腺、子宫和胸腺指数等。结果: 益妇散高剂量组去势大鼠的血清E2水平为(4.768±2.548)pmol·L-1,肾上腺、子宫指数分别为(0.375±0.039)mg·g-1,(1.572±0.194)mg·g-1,与去卵巢对照组大鼠的血清E2水平(1.976±0.945)mg·g-1,肾上腺、子宫指数(0.282±0.039)mg·g-1,(1.236±0.423)mg·g-1比较,差异有统计学意义。益妇散高剂量组能够有效地降低去势大鼠异常增高的5 羟色胺硫酸肌肝(5 HT)和5 羟吲哚乙酸(5 HIAA)水平,提高多巴胺(DA)的含量水平,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论: 益妇散能够从多方面调节生殖内分泌功能,具有缓解更年期综合征的作用。  相似文献

目的 应用失效模式与效应分析理论(failure mode and effects analysis, FMEA)提高三级医院细菌培养标本检验前的质量管理。方法 成立院级失效模式与效应分析小组,对标本检验前质量控制中存在的失效模式进行风险评估,通过FMEA分析法确定5项影响质量的失效因子为高风险因子,制定改进措施,比较FMEA实施前后风险优先指数值(risk priority number,RPN)及标本不合格率。 结果 FMEA实施后,标本检验前质量管理5项失效模式的RPN值均显著下降;标本不合格率由0.085%降低到0.046%。 结论 将FMEA应用于标本采集与收送流程质量控制的各个环节,可以有效地提高标本检验前合格率,确保检验分析质量,提高医院风险管理水平。  相似文献

Flexible transparent electrodes (TEs) are important for new electronic devices. This paper reports a scalable, cost effective Ag nanowires (AgNWs) TE, which is made of a SnO2·xH2O and AgNWs composite layer and a flexible polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottom layer by a solution method at room temperature. The AgNWs/SnO2·xH2O composite TEs reveal a significant reduction of four orders in magnitude of sheet resistance, from 90 kΩ sq−1 to 12 Ω sq−1, while retaining transmittance of about 92% at 550 nm. This could be owing to the significant reduction of contact resistance for the weld-like junction of bound AgNWs. Compared with others, this method is characterized by filling gaps of the silver nanowire network with SnO2·xH2O. In addition, the adhesive forces between the AgNWs and the substrate are improved. This could be attributed to strong adhesion of SnO2·xH2O with the substrate. Moreover, this foldable transparent electrode is applicable for any non-planar surfaces and ultimately for future wearable optoelectronic devices.

The selection and preparation of an electrode material is the core of capacitive deionization. In order to obtain a material with a good deionization properties, we have designed an environmentally-friendly and simple way of preparing biochar. In this work, biochar was prepared by a thermal-deposition method and after chemical modification it was characterized with a scanning electron microscope (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The specific surface area of biochar modified by KOH is as high as 833.76 m2 g−1, but the specific surface area of the unmodified electrode material is only 126.43 m2 g−1. The electrochemical analysis (CV and EIS) of the biochar indicates that HC-800 has a lower charge transfer resistance and a higher specific capacitance, where the specific capacity of HC-800 reaches 120 F g−1. A CDI property analysis of HC-800 shows a better electrosorption capacity of 11.52 mg g−1 and better regeneration and cycling stability than CS-800. The desalination amount remains 87.23% after several cycles.

Although there have been many studies on using hydrogels as substitutes for natural extracellular matrices (ECMs), hydrogels that mimic the structure and properties of ECM remain a contentious topic in current research. Herein, a hierarchical biomimetic fiber hydrogel was prepared using a simple strategy, with a structure highly similar to that of the ECM. Cell viability experiments showed that the hydrogel not only has good biocompatibility but also promotes cell proliferation and growth. It was also observed that cells adhere to the fibers in the hydrogel, mimicking the state of cells in the ECM. Lastly, through a rat skin wound repair experiment, we demonstrated that this hydrogel has a good effect on promoting rat skin healing. Its high structural similarity to the ECM and good biocompatibility make this hydrogel a good candidate for prospective applications in the field of tissue engineering.  相似文献

The effects of Nb content on precipitation, microstructure, texture and magnetic properties of primary recrystallized grain-oriented silicon steel were investigated by various methods. The results show that the precipitates in primary recrystallized sheets are mainly MnS, Nb(C,N), composite precipitates of MnS and AlN, and composite precipitates of Nb(C,N) and AlN. Adding niobium could refine the primary recrystallized microstructure. The steel with 0.009 wt% Nb possesses the finest and the most dispersed precipitates, which contributes to the finest primary recrystallized microstructure due to the strong pinning force. Adding niobium is beneficial to obtain large volume fraction favorable texture for grain-oriented silicon steel, and the effect of Nb addition is not obvious when the content is higher than 0.009 wt%. After final annealing, the steel with 0.009 wt% Nb shows the best magnetic properties, B800 = 1.872 T, P1.7/50 = 1.25 W/kg.  相似文献

目的考察血府逐瘀胶囊联合重组人干扰素α2b注射液治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月—2017年9月武汉市普仁医院治疗的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者126例作为研究对象,根据数字表法将患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各63例。对照组患者肌肉注射重组人干扰素α2b注射液,100~300万单位/次,1次/2d。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服血府逐瘀胶囊,6粒/次,2次/d。两组患者均治疗30 d。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、临床体征改变情况和血清因子水平。结果治疗后,对照组与治疗组总有效率分别为71.43%、87.30%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患者VAS评分明显降低,同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者VAS评分明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,治疗组疱止时间、结痂时间、疼痛缓解时间及痊愈时间明显短于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平均显著降低,白细胞介素-10(IL-10)显著升高,同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者血清因子水平显著优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论血府逐瘀胶囊联合重组人干扰素α2b注射液治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛具有较好的临床疗效,能够改善临床症状,缓解患者疼痛程度,促进机体炎性因子平衡,具有一定的临床推广使用价值。  相似文献

目的:探讨四溴双酚A(TBBPA)对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:通过给小鼠灌胃服用TBBPA粉末(2.5 mg/d)21 d,期间测定脾脏重量和生长指数、体外抗体形成细胞和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能等,检测TBBPA对小鼠外周免疫器官脾脏生长、抗体生成及吞噬细胞功能的影响。结果:服用TBBPA组小鼠脾脏的重量、生长指数低于对照组(P0.05);服用TBBPA组小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬百分率为(25.8±2.1)%,吞噬指数为0.4±0.3,均显著低于对照组(40.4±2.1)%、0.9±0.3(均P0.05);服用TBBPA组小鼠1×106个脾细胞所含PFC数为223.4±19.2,显著低于对照组405.8±14.5(P0.01)。结论:TBBPA可致小鼠抗体介导的特异性免疫和吞噬细胞参与的非特异性免疫功能下降。  相似文献
