目的:观察稀土化合物硝酸钇[Y(NO3)3]亚慢性(90 d)暴露对大鼠学习记忆能力的影响,并探究其可能的机制,为全面评估稀土元素钇的健康风险提供科学依据。方法:选用刚离乳(PND21)SD雌性大鼠,根据质量随机分为4组,分别为对照组(ddH2O),Y(NO3)3低剂量组[10 mg/(kg·d)]、中剂量组[40 mg/(kg·d)]和高剂量组[160 mg/(kg·d)],每组15只。连续灌胃受试物90 d后进行旷场实验、高架十字迷宫实验、转棒实验、Morris水迷宫实验。水迷宫检测后,每组取5只雌鼠心脏原位灌注,进行脑组织病理学检查。每组剩余10只雌鼠摘取脑组织,紫外分光光度计检测雌鼠大脑皮质和海马中谷氨酸(Glu)的含量;Western blot检测海马组织中N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸(NMDA)受体蛋白表达情况。结果:与对照组相比,硝酸钇90 d暴露后,转棒实验中160 mg/(kg·d)剂量组大鼠在棒时间、在棒圈数、掉落速度明显升高(P<0.05)。在Morris水迷宫定位航向实验第4天时,40、160 mg/(kg·d)剂量组大鼠逃避潜伏期明显降低(P<0.05);Morris水迷宫空间探索实验中,40 mg/(kg·d)剂量组大鼠穿越平台次数、目标象限游泳时间明显增加(P<0.05);160 mg/(kg·d)剂量组穿越平台次数、进入目标象限次数、目标象限游泳时间明显增加(P<0.05);160 mg/(kg·d)剂量组大鼠东北、东南、西南象限的逃避潜伏期明显低于西北象限的逃避潜伏期(P<0.05)。160 mg/(kg·d)剂量组大鼠海马中Glu含量和NMDA受体NR1含量均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。40和160 mg/(kg·d)剂量组大鼠海马中NMDA受体NR2A含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:硝酸钇亚慢性(90 d)暴露可以引起雌性大鼠空间学习记忆能力增强;硝酸钇可能通过降低海马组织神经元细胞外Glu含量,抑制NMDA受体激活,增强雌性大鼠的空间学习记忆能力。 相似文献

目的:本文用甲硝唑口服配合20%硝酸银局部点灼复发性口腔溃疡进行临床治疗,从而评价其临床使用效果。方法:于临床上收集128例患者,男70例,女58例,年龄最小12岁,最大58岁,均为复发性口腔溃疡患者,用甲硝唑口服及20%硝酸银点灼溃疡处。结果:经治疗前、后的临床追踪观察,总有效率100%,收到较理想的效果。结论:推荐口服甲硝唑配合20%硝酸银局部点灼的处理方法,于临床上使用。 相似文献

目的 探讨腹股沟区淋巴静脉分流加硝酸银肾盂灌注治疗乳糜尿的疗效。方法 采用2%硝酸银肾盂灌注加同侧腹股沟区淋巴结与大隐静脉主干吻合方法治疗乳糜尿患者28例。其中男16例,女12例,年龄41~68岁,平均46岁。病史6个月~30年,平均3.6年。乳糜尿来自左肾14例,右肾12例,双肾2例。结果 术后3d内尿乳糜试验转阴者8例,7d转阴者17例,11d转阴者3例。27例随访3~12年,复发3例,复发率11%。结论 腹股沟区淋巴静脉分流加硝酸银肾盂灌注是治疗乳糜尿简单、安全、有效的方法,适宜于基层医院开展。 相似文献

Abstract The effectiveness of a 5% potassium nitrate dentifrice as a daily home treatment for dentinal hypersensitivity was evaluated in a double-blind study in 36 Japanese subjects who complained of cold and/or tactile hypersensitivity. The subjects were divided into 2 groups, with 18 being given a 5% potassium nitrate dentifrice (treated group) and the other 18 a vehicle paste (control group). Both groups were instructed to brush their teeth 2 × a day. The hypersensitivity levels of the affected teeth were assessed by 2 stimuli, one tactile and the other cold air, and by the perception of pain. The results of all 3 assessment methods indicated that the potassium nitrate dentifrice significantly decreased the level of hypersensitivity at weeks 4, 8, and 12. In the treated group, a rapid decrease of positive scores for both the cold air stimulus and the subjective symptoms appeared from week 2. Although a significant decrease of the assessment score was also observed in the control group, the reduction rate of the score was much greater in the treated group by ail 3 assessment methods at weeks 4, 8, and 12. Complete relief of subjective symptoms throughout the 12 weeks’examination was noted in 67% of the subjects in the treated group, but in only 6% in the control group. 目的:比较正常肝组织与肝癌AH 109A,吉田肉瘤中谷氨酸脱氢酶,胆碱氧化酶和葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶的活力对~(67)Ga摄取与积累的影响;方法:制备~(67)Ga枸橼酸溶液给大鼠静注后处死大鼠,制备亚细胞悬液,液闪计数器测定放射活度.结果:~(67)Ga的放射活性在正常肝组织溶酶体中(55%积聚)显著高于肝癌AH109A(32%积聚)和吉田肉瘤(18%)积聚.谷氨酸脱氢酶的活力在正常肝组织,肝癌和吉田肉瘤分别是1830±s 320 U·L~(-1),23±s 6 U·L~(-1)和7±s 2 U·L~(-1);胆碱氧化酶的活力分别是46±s 10 U·L~(-1),25.0±s 0.4 U·L~(-1),2.0±0.4 U·L~(-1);葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶活力分别是2550±s 180 U·L~(-1),84±s 14 U·L~(-1),78±s13 U·L~(-1).结论:正常肝组织中溶酶体酶活力很强,对~(67)Ga的积累起较大作用.癌变组织酶活力降低而作用减弱.吉田肉瘤细胞无肝细胞特点,其溶酶体对~(67)Ga积累作用不大. 相似文献

Summary Fifty-five patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) were entered into this phase II randomized study for evaluating three new agents: gallium nitrate, amonafide and teniposide. The patients had to have ECOG performance status 0 or 1, no prior chemotherapy, and adequate hematological, hepatic and renal functions. Forty-seven patients were eligible and evaluable. Fourteen were randomized to receive gallium nitrate, 18 to amonafide and 15 to teniposide. Seventy-four percent of eligible patients were male. The majority of patients (89%) had an ECOG performance status 1. ECOG grade 4 toxicity occurred twice in patients on gallium nitrate, seven times on amonafide and 18 times on teniposide. The cause of death was attributed to amonafide in one patient (from sepsis) and to teniposide in two patients (due to infection and leukopenia). There was no objective response in all the patients entered. The overall survival times ranged from 2 weeks to 156 weeks with a median of 23 weeks. There were no survival differences among the three treatment arms. We conclude that gallium nitrate, amonafide and teniposide are inactive in metastatic NSCLC and do not warrant any further testing in this disease.The contents of this study is solely the responsibility of the authors and does not necessarily represent the official views of the National Cancer Institute. 相似文献

Recent studies suggest that semiconductor workers have an increased incidence of work-related illness. Semiconductor manufacturing is a chemically intensive industry involving many potentially hazardous operations. As this industry moves into new geographic areas, health care professionals will be asked to evaluate medical or workplace conditions associated with unfamiliar and complex production processes. This paper provides an overview of semiconductor manufacturing processes for these health practitioners. Each step of device fabrication is detailed with its attendant chemical and physical hazards. Broader concepts of industrial control technology, clean room ventilation, and ergonomics are explained. The hazards are tabulated to allow rapid assessment of the risks inherent to each processing step. References have been chosen to guide the reader to more indepth information. 相似文献

目的 :观察微波凝固治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的近期疗效。方法 :患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组 96例经鼻内窥镜行微波凝固筛前神经及下鼻甲治疗 ;对照组 72例采用鼻内窥镜下 15 %硝酸银烧灼治疗 ,治疗部位同治疗组。结果 :在治疗结束 1个月后进行疗效评定。治疗组总有效率 10 0 % ,对照组总有效率 72 .2 % (P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论 :鼻内窥镜下微波凝固筛前神经及下鼻甲治疗常年性变应性鼻炎 ,具有视野清晰 ,操作简便 ,疗效显著等优点 ,有较好的临床应用价值。 相似文献

Miconazole and econazole, two fungicide imidazole derivatives, completely inhibited growth of Trypanosoma cruzi (Tulahuen strain) at concentrations of about 20 muM. Culturing of T. cruzi in the presence of lower doses of imidazole derivatives produced: decrease of 5,7-diene sterol content in epimastigotes (including ergosterol); disappearance of the nuclear chromatin, vacuolization and decrease in the electron density of the cytoplasm; selective surface alterations as revealed by an increased response to wheat-germ- and phytohemagglutinin. At variance with the effect of miconazole on Candida (De Nollin et al. (1977) Antimicrobial. Agents Chemother. 11, 500-513), miconazole and econazole, under the experimental conditions used, did not increase the rate of hydrogen peroxide generation by T. cruzi. 相似文献
