目的 调查临床护理教师胜任力水平及影响因素,为提高临床护理教学质量提供参考。方法 采用临床护理教师胜任力问卷、学习动机量表对重庆市11所三级医院的749名临床护理教师及458名实习护生进行调查。结果 临床护理教师胜任力自评均分为4.38±0.49,护生评价均分为4.12±0.65,护生评价总分及6个维度得分显著低于教师自评(均P<0.01);护龄、职务和学习动机是临床护理教师胜任力的影响因素(均P<0.01)。结论 临床护理教师胜任力处于较好水平,但护生评价低于教师自评;护理管理者可通过激发教师的学习动机进一步培养和提升临床护理教师的胜任力。  相似文献

Abstract

In light of a growing body of evidence demonstrating pervasive health disparities, medical schools are increasingly incorporating educational programs on social medicine in undergraduate and graduate medical curricula. In 2015, we significantly restructured the cultural competency instruction for medical students at our institution, focusing on achieving greater health equity through caring for vulnerable populations and acknowledging and addressing bias and stereotyping. In order to facilitate educational sustainability while students were immersed in clinical care, a key element of our approach included extending teaching into the clerkship year. The resulting longitudinal thread, Health Equity and Social Justice, empowers future physicians with the knowledge and skills to work towards greater health equity. This article discusses the lessons learned in the implementation of this novel educational program. Our approach can serve as a model for other institutions considering similar instructional reform.  相似文献

目的 探讨临床胜任力为导向的病例教学(case-based learning,CBL)在急危重症护理学本科教学中的可行性和有效性。方法 将急危重症护理本科生120人随机分为CBL教学组和传统教学组。根据每次实习学生人数,CBL教学组分为数个小组,每小组固定一个带教教师,并以小组为单位进行临床教学实践;传统教学组采用既往的临床实习教学方式,即一个学生固定跟随一个带教教师。采用理论考试、技能考试以及问卷调查等多种考核方式评价两组的教学效果,采用SPSS 21.0软件行t检验和卡方检验。结果 与传统教学组相比,CBL教学组在理论考试[(92.5±3.0) vs. (85.3±3.3)]和技能考试[(93.1±4.5) vs. (88.1±3.4)]方面均更好,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在对教学满意度调查方面,CBL教学组优于传统教学组。结论 以临床胜任力为导向的CBL教学应用于急危重症护理本科教学是可行的,能有效培养学生的临床思维和提高实际的临床胜任力。  相似文献

目的运用360度评价对我院住培学员的岗位胜任力进行评价,对学员岗位胜任力的现状进行探讨分析。方法使用问卷调查表分别从专业基地教学主任、学员指导教师、同专业学员及学员本人的角度,对2017级222名住培学员的岗位胜任力进行360度评价,利用SPSS22.0对数据进行统计分析。结果连续两年的测评,住院学员8类岗位胜任力的自评和他评得分低于满分,学员在临床基本能力、医患沟通能力、掌握与运用医学知识、团队合作能力4项内容的评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时学员在临床基本能力、医生职业精神与素质、医患沟通能力、掌握与运用医学知识、团队合作能力5项内容的评分较上一年相比,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论调查结果提示360度评价可帮助住培学员提高岗位胜任力,后续培训应围绕调查结果和以岗位胜任力为导向来调整与设置,需增加人文属性内容的培训以及再量化培训测评内容、指标和进一步完善考评反馈机制。  相似文献

Since September 11, 2001, the United States has engaged in an extended period of military conflict, resulting in 4.1 million men and women serving in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and Operation New Dawn. Whereas not all servicemembers experience mental health issues, many have experienced difficulties with readjusting to the civilian world, often requiring mental health services both inside and outside of the Department of Veterans Affairs. Issues related to stigma and military culture contribute to barriers not only for veterans seeking treatment but for clinicians providing services who may lack experience with military culture. This article provides a framework to use military concepts in clinical sessions to further therapeutic engagement with the military/veteran client.  相似文献

IntroductionRadiographers employed in remote locations such as Far North Queensland (FNQ) can face unique sets of challenges as they often perform radiographic and sonographic diagnostic imaging without onsite radiologists' services. Additionally, the majority of patients presenting to these sites are Indigenous for whom English may be their third language. This non-participant observational study observed two FNQ radiographers' interactions with patients and interprofessional staff, and the radiographers' ability to fit into the Indigenous community during routine radiographic and sonographic examinations which to date have received little attention.MethodsNon-participant observations and semi-structured interviews with radiographers were held at two FNQ hospitals. Consecutive radiographer–patient interactions were observed and recorded on checklists. Interviews were audio recorded and transcribed for thematic analysis.ResultsAcross both remote sites, 24 patients were observed as they underwent diagnostic imaging examinations, with the majority being Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islanders (n = 17/24 (70.8%). In total, eleven general radiography and sixteen ultrasound examinations were observed. Semi-structured interviews highlighted complex issues such as the need for radiographer communication in local dialect, ongoing interprofessional collaborations, overcoming the lack of radiologists' onsite support by providing radiographic reports directly to referring doctors and midwives, and isolation with regard to professional development opportunities.ConclusionsRadiographers working in remote hospitals need to be culturally competent, navigate local indigenous languages and possess excellent interprofessional skills as well as thorough knowledge of imaging pathology to convey findings to referring doctors and allied health professionals. These findings have implications for the entry to practice curriculum.Implications for practiceThis study provides evidence that culturally competent radiographers are capable of undertaking reporting roles to facilitate patient management in the absence of timely radiologists' reports at remote sites.  相似文献

Between 2000 and 2010, the Hispanic population grew by 44% in rural areas. This community faces barriers to health care. Future nurse practitioners must be educated to provide culturally competent care for patients and families in a primary care setting. A simulation-based learning experience was used evaluate learning modules regarding rural health and Spanish language and culture. A “1 group: pretest–posttest” preexperimental design using the Transcultural Self-Efficacy Tool (TSET) was used to obtain quantitative and qualitative data from nurse practitioner students participating in a simulation-based learning experience to measure students’ self-perceptions of cross-cultural competence. All TSET measures achieved Cronbach’s alpha values of 0.98 or higher.  相似文献
