张力带钢丝在骨科中的应用

近年来，随着生物力学研究的不断发展和进步，骨科应用生物力学原理进行治疗的方法也越来越多。其中以张力带原理治疗骨折应用最多。由于张力带将造成骨折分离的剪力转化成经过骨折处的压应力，可使骨折早期愈合及早期进行功能锻炼的特点，所以其效果也尤为显著。我院自1992年2月至2004年9月应用张力带钢丝治疗髌骨骨折、踩关节骨折、鹰咀骨折、肩峰骨折、脱位（肩锁关节）、肱骨外科颈骨折、     

经椎旁肌间隙入路治疗腰椎退行性病变

目的探讨采用椎旁肌间隙入路手术治疗腰椎退行性病变的临床疗效。方法 2012年11月至2014年1月,对15例患者采用椎旁肌间隙入路手术治疗腰椎退行性病变,比较术前、术后腰部疼痛视觉模拟评分（visual analog scale,VAS）。结果 15例患者获得10-16个月的随访,未发生感染、神经损伤、内固定松动断裂、植骨不愈合及复位丢失情况。VAS评分：术前平均为7.0分,术后1周平均为3.0分,术后随访10-16个月平均为1.5分。术后随访评分与前两者比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论椎旁肌间隙入路手术治疗腰椎退行性病变直视下进行,操作简单、置钉容易、减压彻底、并发症少,临床效果满意,降低了医源性下腰痛的发生率,提高了患者术后的生活质量。     

电针对实验性家兔视皮层中几种神经递质的影响

目的　通过研究电针对视皮层中几种神经递质的影响,深入探讨针刺影响视觉功能的机理。方法　36只白兔随机分为合谷穴组、太溪穴组及正常对照组,每组12只。电针家兔合谷穴、太溪穴15min后,立即处死,低温下取出视皮层,采用荧光分光光度法进行单胺类递质(5 羟色胺、去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺)测定,采用Ellman改良法进行胆碱脂酶测定。结果　针刺太溪可引起胆碱脂酶活性的增加,与正常组比较差异具有极显著性(P <0 .0 1)。电针合谷穴引起去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺与5 羟色胺含量的增加,与正常组比较,差异有极显著性(P <0 .0 1) ,而太溪穴引起去甲肾上腺素与5 羟色胺变化不明显,但可引起多巴胺的增加,与正常组比较,差异有极显著性(P <0 .0 5 )。结论　针刺可引起视中枢神经递质的变化,如引起胆碱脂酶活性、去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺与5 羟色胺含量增加,同时这种效应具有相对的穴位特异性     

几种常用实验动物的F-ERG和F-VEP检测

目的探讨家兔、家猫及大鼠3种动物闪光视网膜电图(F-ERG)和闪光视觉诱发电位(F-VEP)的检查方法.方法常规程序记录,标准刺激参数.结果以上方法均能引出典型且重复性好的波形.结论记录方法简单,重复性好,可以在科研工作中采用.     

中医药外治法治疗体癣手足癣研究进展

小切口手法碎核治疗小瞳孔硬核白内障

Objective To discuss the effect of new method of nucleus chopping for hard nucleus that over degree Ⅳ in manual small-incision microcoria cataract surgery. Methods All 57 cases(69 eyes)with the hard nucleus of degree Ⅳ-Ⅴ had undergone manual small-incision microcoria cataract surgery with applying intratunnel nucleus chopping method that designed by the author. The vision acuity, astigmatism and complication of postoperative complication had been discussed. Results The visual acuity was ≥ 0.5 in 46 eyes (66.67%), ≥ 0.8 in 14 eyes(20.29%)and <0.25 in 4 eyes(5.80%)one month after operation. After operation cornea astigmatism had none statistics difference(P>0.05)between that of Preoperative. The complications included cornea edema(13.04%), uveitis(13.04%), iris accretion(5.80%), after-cataract(5.80%)and increased tension(2.90%). The complications diminished after symptomatic treatment in one week. Conclusions Scleral-tunnel small incision for hard nucleus in manual small incision microcoria cataract surgery is safe, simple and the less complication. It is virtue of rapid recovery, good outcome and medical expenses.     

绿脓杆菌性角膜溃疡抢救成功1例

0引言绿脓杆菌性角膜溃疡是农业性角膜外伤的常见并发症。近年来作为一类重要的感染性角膜炎受到广泛关注[1,2],但在煤矿井下外伤后感染发病者较为少见。我们近期收治绿脓杆菌性角膜溃疡患者1例,报告如下。1病例报告患者高xx,男,24岁,2010-09-01下午4∶00于煤矿井下操作时左眼不慎溅入煤渣,当时感左眼发红、肿痛、视力     

灯盏花提取物对青光眼视神经保护作用的临床观察

目的 评价灯盏花提取物对眼压已控制的青光眼视神经保护作用.方法 采用随机、双盲与安慰剂对照临床试验方法.对2009年10月至2009年在解放军第五医院眼科就诊符合纳入标准的青光眼患者共34例(42只眼),分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予口服益脉康胶囊和安慰剂,每两月观察安全(血压、肝功、肾功)及疗效指标(视力、视野、HRT),疗程6月,评价疗效.结果 治疗组与对照组两组治疗前及治疗后2月平均光敏感度组间比较P＞0.05,差异无统计学意义,而治疗4、6月后两组组间比较的P＜0.05,差异有统计学意义;两组治疗后2月视网膜平均光敏感度改善率组间比较P＞0.05,差异无统计学意义,而治疗4月后两组组间比较P＜0.05,差异有统计学意义.治疗6月后两组组间比较的P＜0.01,差异显著有统计学意义.结论 益脉康胶囊能提高视网膜平均光敏感度,随治疗时间延长,其改善率明显提高,表明灯盏花提取物对眼压已控制的青光眼有一定的视神经保护作用.

Abstract：

Objective To evaluate the action for optic nerve protection of engeron extracts in treating glaucoma with control of intraocular pressure. Methods Thiny-four patients (42 eyes) with glaucoma who met the inclusion criteria, in randomized, double-blind and placebo-controlled clinical trial were divided into treatment group and control group were given oral Yi Mai Kang capsules and placebo, observed every two months to test security (blood pressure, liver function, renal function) and outcome measures (visual acuity, visual field, HRT), and were evaluated after 6 months. Results The mean sensitivity of treatment group and control group, the difference was not statistically significant both before treatment and 2 months after treatment, (P＞0.05), but the difference of the two groups,4, 6 months after treatment were statistically significant (P ＜0.05). The average rate of retinal light sensitivity of the 2 months, the difFerence between two groups was not statistically significant (P ＞0.05), but the difference of the two groups, 4 months at/er treatment was statistically significant (P ＜0.05). There was statistically sipiificant difference 6 months after treatment between the two groups (P ＜0.01). Conclusions Yi Mai Kang Capsule can improve retinal mean sensitivity, with longer treatment time, the improvement rate is significantly increased. It indicates that the extract of Erigeron has certain protective effect of optic nerve on glaucoma with control of intraocular pressure.
