摘    要:目的 通过研究电针对视皮层中几种神经递质的影响,深入探讨针刺影响视觉功能的机理。方法 36只白兔随机分为合谷穴组、太溪穴组及正常对照组,每组12只。电针家兔合谷穴、太溪穴15min后,立即处死,低温下取出视皮层,采用荧光分光光度法进行单胺类递质(5 羟色胺、去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺)测定,采用Ellman改良法进行胆碱脂酶测定。结果 针刺太溪可引起胆碱脂酶活性的增加,与正常组比较差异具有极显著性(P <0 .0 1)。电针合谷穴引起去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺与5 羟色胺含量的增加,与正常组比较,差异有极显著性(P <0 .0 1) ,而太溪穴引起去甲肾上腺素与5 羟色胺变化不明显,但可引起多巴胺的增加,与正常组比较,差异有极显著性(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 针刺可引起视中枢神经递质的变化,如引起胆碱脂酶活性、去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺与5 羟色胺含量增加,同时这种效应具有相对的穴位特异性

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects and mechanisms of electric acupuncture on neurotransmitters of the rabbit visual cortex and the visual function.Methods To separate 36 rabbits average into three groups:Hegu point group,Taixi point group and normal group.Stimulate the Hegu point and Taixi point 15 minutes,kill the rabbit immediately,and isolate the visual cortex under low temperature.To analyze odd amine transmitters (5-HT,NA,DN) by fluorescence spectrophotometer,determine the cholinesterase by Ellman method.Results The activity of cholinesterase increased after stimulation of acupuncture point of Taixi and Hegu,compare them with the normal group,the difference was remarkable (P<0.01).The NA,DA,5-HT increased by stimulating the Hegu point.Compare it with the normal group,the difference was very preeminent(P<0.01),the changes of NA,5-HT were not clear,while DA increased by stimulating the Taixi point,compare it with the normal group,the difference was prominent (P<0.05).Conclusion Electric acupuncture can cause the change of neurotransmitters in the rabbit visual center,such as the increasing of the activity of cholinesterase,the NA,DA,5-HT and the effects are point specified.
