以“七麦数据”网站收录的中医移动医疗App作为研究对象,采用网络调查法和文献分析法,根据“七麦数据”对移动医疗App的分类,结合中医移动医疗App的信息服务内容和特点,将筛选出的中医移动医疗App划分为医疗健康类、中医养生类、知识传播类、全面综合类,并根据“七麦数据”网站中对各类中医移动医疗App的打分及累计下载量筛选出最具代表性的12款中医移动医疗App,从全面性、人性化、安全性、实用性4个一级指标和40个二级指标对其信息服务现状进行评价,指出当前中医移动医疗App信息服务存在的问题并提出建议。  相似文献

Background and aimsObesity and overweight in children are associated with an increased risk of several health issues. The present study aimed to assess the effects of a multi-disciplinary program (including nutrition education using a smartphone game, physical activity, and cognitive behavioral therapy [CBT]) on the management of obesity and overweight in elementary school girls.Methods and resultsSixty-two school girls above the 85th percentile of body mass index (BMI) for age were randomly assigned to two groups. During 10 weeks of study, the intervention group received a multi-disciplinary intervention, including nutrition education using a smartphone game, aerobic exercise, and CBT. The control group received usual traditional nutritional education. Biochemical and metabolic factors were assessed, including fasting blood sugar (FBS), lipid profile, serum leptin, and anthropometric measurements. The Dutch Eating Behavior Questionnaire (DEBQ) and metabolic equivalent test (MET) were also conducted. The intervention group showed more promising results in weight loss, waist circumference (WC), hip circumference (HC), total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), triglyceride (TG), and FBS compared to the control group (P < 0.05). In addition, MET and DEBQ scores in all three sections of emotions, stimuli, and restriction were better in the intervention group than in the control group (P < 0.05). However, there was no significant difference between groups regarding the results of serum leptin and waist-to-hip ratio (WHR; p > 0.05).ConclusionsThe results indicated that education through smartphone games could possibly affect performance in real life. In addition, the multi-disciplinary approach to childhood obesity might have better performance in most areas than the single-intervention approach in obesity management.  相似文献

ObjectiveMobile phone technology is continuously advancing- the smartphone allows users instant access to information via the internet. Downloadable applications (apps) are becoming widespread across medical specialities. The aim of this study was to assess the use of smartphone apps among urology trainees in Ireland.MethodsAn anonymous electronic survey was distributed via Survey Monkey® to all urology trainees in Ireland assessing their ownership and use of smartphones and downloadable apps. A search of urology apps was performed using the Apple App Store and the Android Market.Results36 (81.8%) of trainees responded with 100% ownership of smartphones. 28 (77%) report downloading apps with 11 (30.6%) reporting paying for them. The mean number of apps downloaded was 4 (Range 1–12). 16 (44.4%) trainees think apps for smartphones are very useful in clinical practice, 14 (42.4%) think they are useful. A total of 126 urology apps were available. 76 (60.3%) were designed for physicians, 46 (36.5%) for patients, 2 (1.6%) for students and 2 (1.6%) for urological nurses.ConclusionThere are an ever increasing number of urology apps available. Urology trainees are using smartphones as an educational and reference tool and find them a useful aide in clinical practice.  相似文献

Diabetes is on the rise in India and recently shown to be increasing in the urban underprivileged. Lack of awareness of the disease, its complications, combined with lack of financial resources among the underprivileged, often results in late detection and more complications in them. To combat this, healthcare delivered at the doorstep through the use of a customised mobile medical van is a potentially attractive option.We used a customized mobile van (included trained personnel, glucose meters, fundus evaluation camera, apparatus for detection of neuropathy and foot circulation and net enabled Skype calling for remote consultation) for educating general population regarding healthy lifestyle and screening, management and intervention in patients with diabetes.The project covered 10 underprivileged areas (n, 2,31,000 people) in Delhi. Total of 24,072 individuals (10.9% of total population) attended 352 awareness sessions. A total 3,12,347 visits (included repeat visits) were carried out for screening, education and management for obesity and diabetes. During screening (n, 16,834), 2933 subjects (18.7%) had high random blood glucose levels (>200 mg/dL) and had a blood pressure averaging 127.1 ± 23.6/81.3 ± 16.6 mm of mercury (n, 16,339). A pre-post intensive lifestyle counselling for 6 months in a subset of 352 diabetic patients (of which 77.8% i.e. n, 274 were overweight/obese) showed a significant lowering in weight (p < 0.001). In addition, 292 frontline workers and 256 paramedical workers were given training regarding lifestyle and diabetes, over 20 sessions.Based on achievements of this project of spreading awareness, screening, and management of diabetes and obesity in the large number of individuals in urban underprivileged colony, we believe this project could be extended to other cities and rural areas of India, and to other developing countries as well.  相似文献

目的:探讨使用便携式微量输液泵在肿瘤化疗中持续输注氟尿嘧啶的应用效果。方法:选取我科2006年3月-2008年7月96例癌症化疗病人按入院先后顺序分为对照组和实验组,每组48例。对照组采用传统的化疗方式,采用浅静脉留置针直接从外周静脉输注氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)连续5天,每天维持6-8小时。实验组采用浅静脉留置针连接便携式微量输液泵持续泵入氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)120h~135h,两组均以21天为1个周期,观察两组病人化疗毒副反应发生情况。结果:实验组化疗毒副反应发生率明显低于对照组,平均住院时间明显缩短,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:使用便携式微量输液泵持续泵入氟尿嘧啶能减轻病人的毒副反应,缩短住院时间,提高肿瘤病人生活质量,有效减轻护士的工作负担。  相似文献

通过自编调查问卷,对400名大学生的手机短信消费情况进行调查和分析,结果发现:①手机短信已成为当代大学生普遍流行的一种交际手段,并更多地在较亲密的群体内部使用,方便和费用低是大学生选择短信进行交际的主要原因;②大学生的手机短信消费具有显著的性别和年级差异;③部分大学生在短信消费中形成了一定的手机依赖和幻听等心理和行为问题。  相似文献

上海市流动人口血吸虫病、疟疾、丝虫病监测结果分析   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
目的:评价外来流动人口对上海市人群传播血吸虫病、疟疾、丝虫病(简称“三病”)的潜在危害,从而预防和控制外源性“三病”在本市传播。方法:对外省市来沪居留3个月以上人员,进行“三病”血清免疫学检测,达到规定的阳性滴度时进行病原学追踪及治疗。结果:2001—2003年共监测外来流动人口909960人次,血吸虫病、疟疾、丝虫病抗体阳性率分别为0.55%、0.28%和0.02%;质量抽检符合率分别为98、42%、94.21%和99.84%。结论:必须加强外来流动人口“三病”监测和防治管理,以有效预防和控制外源性“三病”在本市传播。  相似文献

2004年底苏门答腊岛近海发生9级地震和人类历史上最严重的海啸,中国参加了国际救援活动.中国国际救援队创建了移动医院,在亚齐省班达亚齐市实施救援.移动医院的编制为26名医务人员,下分指挥组、分类检伤组、现场救治组、外科救治组、内科救治组、医技组、留观后送组.展开后占地约200平方米.开展了巡诊、院内救治、卫生防疫、灾后医院重建,及培训灾区当地医务人员等工作.总结出如下经验:应加强战役后方,应将所有信息数字化,培训复合型人才十分重要.移动医院是救援队实施救援的重要手段和有效方式,尤其在重大灾害中抢救危重伤员时可发挥重要作用.  相似文献
