ObjectiveTo analyze the effects of electrolysis, through a medium frequency current, associated to aerobic physical activity in the body composition of young women.MethodsThe study was composed of 34 sedentary women (24.35 ± 4.43 years, 71.30 ± 7.08 kg, 1.61 ± 0.06 m, 27.31 ± 1.67 kg/m2) which were evaluated for their anthropometric measures and body composition. The volunteers were randomly assigned to two group: Electrolyphysis plus Aerobic Exercise (gEEA): 17 volunteers were submitted to the application, for 60 min , of the Aussie current, followed by aerobic physical activity (77% of HRmax) on the trampoline for 40 min, through video-lessons of Jump; and Aerobic Exercise group (gEA): 17 volunteers performed only physical activity following the same parameters mentioned above. Each group performed its protocols twice weekly, for 5 weeks, totaling 10 sessions. For the data analysis, measures repeated ANOVA was performed to compare the means of the variables analyzed before and after the treatment protocols using the SPSS - 21.0 software, adopting a p ≤ 0.05.ResultsAlthough gEEA decreased suprailiac skinfold (p = 0.04), abdominal skinfold (p = 0.03) and circumference at umbilical scar (p = 0.02) in an intragroup analysis, these means differences in anthropometric measures were not important between-groups (p > 0.05). Furthermore, there were no effect of treatment on body composition (p > 0.05).ConclusionTo this studied condition, our results suggested that application of medium frequency electrolysis did not enhance the losses on anthropometric measures and body composition.  相似文献

目的 评价美国国家电器制造协会(National Electrical Manufactures Association, NEMA)最新标准(NU 2-2018)在正电子发射型计算机断层显像/电子计算机断层显像(positron emission tomography/computed tomography, PET/CT)设备性能检测中的作用。 方法 依据最新的NEMA NU 2-2018标准,检测西门子Biograph Vision PET/CT的空间分辨率、灵敏度、散射分数、计数丢失、随机符合、飞行时间分辨率、计数丢失率和随机符合校正精度、图像质量、衰减和散射校正精度及PET与CT配准精度指标。 结果 距视野中心1 cm处横向和轴向空间分辨率分别为3.75 mm和3.76 mm;在视野中心和轴向10 cm处的灵敏度分别为16.83 kcps/MBq和16.67 kcps/MBq;放射性浓度为27.37 kBq/mL时,最大等效噪声计数率为258.26 kcps,散射分数为38.58%;系统时间分辨率为209.82 ps;图像质量模型的对比度恢复系数范围为88.9%~96.2%,背景变异系数范围为2.05%~6.80%,平均肺插件残余误差为2.43%;计数丢失和随机符合校正最大误差为3.9%;距离床板末端 5 cm 和 100 cm处,在距视野中心Y轴1 cm处,PET和CT的配准精度分别为0.46 mm和1.07 mm,在距视野中心X轴20 cm处,PET和CT的配准精度分别为1.06 mm和1.45 mm,在距视野中心Y轴20 cm处PET和CT的配准精度分别为0.85 mm和1.15 mm。 结论 NEMA NU 2-2018标准检测条件更加接近临床,能更好地反映PET/CT设备的系统性能。  相似文献

Electrical impedance tomography (EIT) is a non-invasive, radiation-free method of diagnostics imaging, allowing for a bedside, real-time dynamic assessment of lung function. It stands as an alternative for other imagining methods, such as computed tomography (CT) or ultrasound. Even though the technique is rather novel, it has a wide variety of possible applications. In the era of modern mechanical ventilation, a dynamic assessment of patient's respiratory condition appears to fulfil the idea of personalized treatment. Additionally, an increasing frequency of respiratory failure among intensive care populations raises demand for improved monitoring tools. This review aims to raise awareness and presents possible implications for the use of EIT in the intensive care setting.  相似文献

BackgroundThe ubiquitous vascular response to transcranial electrical stimulation (tES) has been attributed to the secondary effect of neuronal activity forming the classic neurovascular coupling. However, the current density delivered transcranially concentrates in: A) the cerebrospinal fluid of subarachnoid space where cerebral vasculature resides after reaching the dural and pial surfaces and B) across the blood-brain-barrier after reaching the brain parenchyma. Therefore, it is anticipated that tES has a primary vascular influence.ObjectivesFocused review of studies that demonstrated the direct vascular response to electrical stimulation and studies demonstrating evidence for tES-induced vascular effect in coupled neurovascular systems.ResultstES induces both primary and secondary vascular phenomena originating from four cellular elements; the first two mediating a primary vascular phenomenon mainly in the form of an immediate vasodilatory response and the latter two leading to secondary vascular effects and as parts of classic neurovascular coupling: 1) The perivascular nerves of more superficially located dural and pial arteries and medium-sized arterioles with multilayered smooth muscle cells; and 2) The endothelial lining of all vessels including microvasculature of blood-brain barrier; 3) Astrocytes; and 4) Neurons of neurovascular units.ConclusionA primary vascular effect of tES is highly suggested based on various preclinical and clinical studies. We explain how the nature of vascular response can depend on vessel anatomy (size) and physiology and be controlled by stimulation waveform. Further studies are warranted to investigate the mechanisms underlying the vascular response and its contribution to neural activity in both healthy brain and pathological conditions – recognizing many brain diseases are associated with alteration of cerebral hemodynamics and decoupling of neurovascular units.  相似文献

Compounds that exhibit assay interference or undesirable mechanisms of bioactivity are routinely encountered in assays at various stages of drug discovery. We observed that assays for the investigation of thiol-reactive and redox-active compounds have not been collected in a comprehensive review. Here, we review these assays and subject them to experimental optimization to improve their reliability. We demonstrate the usefulness of our assay cascade by assaying a library of bioactive compounds, chemical probes, and a set of approved drugs. These high-throughput assays should complement the array of wet-lab and in silico assays during the initial stages of hit discovery campaigns to pursue only hit compounds with tractable mechanisms of action.  相似文献

Bioelectronic medicines are a newer way to treat and diagnose the diseases associated with biological systems. All vital organs of the body are innervated, commanding brain to regulate the homeostasis functions. Bioelectronic medicines rely on implications of electrical stimulations or signals associated with the nervous system for real-time treatment. Diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) is a most prevalent micro-vascular complication associated with diabetes mellitus. Complex plexus of nerves were affected in this complication with impaired function. Bioelectronic medicines are future hope for effective treatment of DPN.  相似文献

目的:研究Survivin-shRNA对视网膜母细胞瘤HXO-RB44细胞自噬及凋亡的影响。方法:培养视网膜母细胞瘤HXO-RB44细胞,构建Survivin-shRNA载体。按照处理不同分为Survivin-shRNA组、GFP组和CON组。分别采用流式细胞术检测Survivin-shRNA对HXO-RB44细胞凋亡和细胞周期的影响,应用MTT法检测Survivin-shRNA对HXO-RB44细胞活性的影响,Western blot法检测Survivin-shRNA对HXO-RB44 细胞自噬相关蛋白LC3、p62 与mTOR 表达的影响。结果:流式细胞术结果表明,与Control组和GFP组相比,Survivin-shRNA组细胞凋亡率增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着作用时间的延长,S期出现阻滞,48 h阻滞最强,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。MTT结果发现Survivin-shRNA可抑制HXO-RB44细胞增殖活性,与Control组和GFP组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Western blot结果发现,与对照组相比,LC3表达量显著增加(P<0.01);而mTOR表达量降低(P<0.01)。结论:Survivin-shRNA可促进视网膜母细胞瘤HXO-RB44细胞的凋亡和自噬水平,进而特异性杀伤肿瘤细胞。  相似文献
