羊水细胞培养宫内诊断的应用(附120例分析)

报告120例羊膜腔穿刺羊水细胞培养结果:在成功的99例中,发现二例染色体异常,核型为47,xy,+18和46,xx/47,xx,+F,在21例失败中出现一例眼球畸形。培养成功率为82.5%;染色体异常检出率为2.02%。无一例因羊膜腔穿刺而导致流产,但出现一例轻度羊水栓塞合并症。并对羊水细胞培养在产前宫内诊断中应用价值及术后并发症进行了讨论。     

耳脑医用粘合剂修补脑脊液漏

耳脑医用粘合剂是α－氰基丙烯酸正辛酯和α－氰基丙烯酸正丁酯及少量添加剂配伍而成的复合性医用粘合剂。应用此粘合剂粘合修补脑脊液漏２７例，其中外伤性脑脊液鼻漏５例，经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术脑脊液漏６例，开颅手术后手术切口脑脊液漏１１例，脊膜膨出修补术后脑脊液漏５例。成功２５例，成功率９３％。应用此粘合剂修补脑脊液漏具有简便、迅速、有效的特点。     

Synovial fluid levels of fluconazole in a patient with Candida parapsilosis prosthetic joint infection who had an excellent clinical response

A 73-year-old woman presenting with persistent swelling of the right knee 30 months after total joint arthroplasty was found to have a Candida parapsilosis infection. Treatment with fluconazole resulted in full recovery.     

脑脊液中β-淀粉样蛋白检测与阿尔茨海默病的早期诊断

目的：检测β—淀粉样蛋白(β—amyloid protein，Aβ)两种主要成分Aβl-40和Aβ1—42在阿尔茨海默病(Alzheier's Disease，AD)脑脊液中的变化，并探讨其对AD的诊断价值。方法：采用敏感的双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)，检测54例AD患脑脊液中Aβ的浓度，并与30例正常对照(normal controls，NC)脑脊液中的相应成分进行对比。结果：①AD患脑脊液中Aβ1—42浓度低于正常对照组，而Aβl-40／Aβl—42比值高于对照组；②以脑脊液中Aβ比值及Aβl—42浓度检测诊断AD的敏感性分别为54．51％、90．00％，特异性为84．25％、84．38％。结论：临床上同时检测脑脊液中Aβl—42浓度及Aβ比值可作为早期诊断AD的辅助指标，具有一定的临床应用价值。     

Lymphoid follicular hyperplasia–a distinctive feature of diversion colitis

Diversion colitis refers to the inflammatory changes that occur in the defunctioned segment of the large intesting following diversion of the faecal stream. We report the histological features in the defunctioned rectums from seven patients: one each with severe constipation and Behcet's disease, two with Crohn's disease with rectal sparing and three with ulcerative colitis. The appearances of diversion colitis in a previously normal rectum are compared with diversion colitis with superimposed inflammatory bowel disease. Lymphoid follicular hyperplasia was found in all cases. This was marked in patients with inflammatory bowel disease. with or without initial rectal involvement. Other changes comprised surface epithelial degeneration and ulceration, mucosal inflammation including crypt abscesses, and crypt branching. Inflammatory and crypt changes were mild, except in ulcerative colitis where changes were marked and resembled those of the proximal colon. Lymphoid hyperplasia is a distinctive feature in diversion colitis. The term follicular proctitis, previously used to indicate chronic ulcerative colitis exclusively, should be re-examined.     

头低位限制活动对家兔主要脏器微血管壁通透性的影响

本文报导了用40只白色短毛家兔所做的动物模拟失重实验,得出各脏器微血管通透性的动态反应曲线。并用微循环研究方法,分析了模拟失重时各脏器微血管功能状态与微血管通透性之间的关系;阐述了各脏器微循环功能变化特点;并对变化机理作了初步探讨。     

Natural killer cell activity and CSF monoamine metabolites in suicide attempters

The aim of this study was to investigate markers of serotonin and immune function in suicidal patients. Cytotoxic activity of natural killer cells (NK) and CD16 lymphocytes were studied in 28 suicide attempters and 26 healthy controls, and related in patients to 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5-HIAA) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). Patients with CSF 5-HIAA below the median had significantly lower NK cell activity than other patients. CD16 cell frequency was significantly lower in patients than in controls, and patients also tended to have lower NK cell cytotoxicity than healthy controls. There were no statistically significant correlations between 4-hydroxy-3methoxyphenyl glycol (HMPG), homovanillic acid (HVA), CSF cortisol and NK cell activity. The results support the hypothesis of compromised immune function in suicidal patients with evidence of disordered serotonin function.     

脑脊液髓鞘碱性蛋白自身抗体在脱髓鞘疾病的研究

脑脊液髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)自身抗体固相发光免疫分析法,是一项免疫检测新技术,目前国外尚未见到对脱髓病研究的报道。本文作者于1988.5～1989.3首先采用本法并证实其可靠性后,进入临床研究,对36例脱髓鞘病及20例其他CNS疾病者的对照组,用三项免疫指标行对比分析。CSFMBP自身抗体含量及其和同量IgG自身抗体的百分比值分别为69.23±11.95ng/ml及3.24±0.52ug/mg±gG和对照组相比,P值分别为<0.05及<0.001,有显著差异,对本病诊断有意义。
