超市连锁店熟食卤味销售的HACCP研究

应用HACCP的原理和方法,对超市连锁店熟食卤味销售进行了危害因素分析,找出了关键控制点(CCP),提出了控制措施,并建议超市连锁店销售非包装熟食卤味时使用密封低温冷藏展示柜。     

可控性回结肠膀胱术10例报告

对１０例膀胱癌患者施行根治性全膀胱切除可控性回肠膀胱术，经随访，除１例术后２年因肿瘤转移至盆腔骨关节及肺部而死上，９例均健在，可控自行导尿，无漏尿及返流现象，结果表明，这种用结肠去管重建，用缩窄的末段回肠做输出道的贮尿囊，可控性能好，容量大，电解质紊乱轻，插管容易，不影响肾功能，并发症少，临床观察效果满意。     

四氯化碳两种途径亚急性实验染毒时某些肝酶指标的对比研究

本文用CCl_41.356g/kg和5.87g/kg分别对大鼠进行皮下和呼吸道静式染毒,为期8周亚急性中毒试验,研究临床常用血清肝酶指标的变化。结果发现:CCl_4除使大鼠体重增长减慢外,第1周起出现肝细胞脂变、浊肿,进而坏死、纤维增生和肝硬化;肝糖元及SHD酶活性减少或消失,G-6-P酶活性先升高后降低的病理形态和组织化学的改变。与此同时或稍后出现SGPT和SGOT活性升高,持续至第8周。停药两周,肝病理改变趋于恢复,SGPT和SGOT活性也恢复至接近正常,两肝酶与病理改变相平行。AKP酶活性第4周后才升高;ChE酶似有先升高后降低趋势,但无明显差异性;γ-GT酶变化不规则。提示CCl_4亚急性中毒时,SGPT和SGOT酶活性升高与肝损关系较密切,可作临床早期诊断指标。血清AKP和ChE酶亦一定程度反映肝损的发展情况,可供作临床观察病情发展的辅助指标。     

Phase II trial of piroxantrone in patients with recurrent and metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck

Summary Twenty-two patients with recurrent or metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck were treated with piroxantrone 150 mg/m² intravenously every 21 days. There were no objective responses. The 95% upper confidence bound for response is 15%. Primary toxicity was hematologic.     

Patient-proxy response comparability on measures of patient health and functional status

The present study evaluates the response comparability between 361 elderly hip fracture patients admitted from the community to seven Baltimore area hospitals between 1984 and 1986 and interviewer selected proxies on items pertaining to patients' pre-fracture health and functional status. Agreement across items ranges from very poor to good and varies with respect to the health or functional area assessed. Proxies tend to overestimate patient disability relative to the patients themselves, especially with regard to capacity to perform instrumental activities of daily living. Although proxies who report the greatest contact with patients respond most comparably to the patients, when they do disagree, proxies with the greatest patient contact tend to overestimate patient disability. The authors suggest that attention to item construction and phrasing may improve response comparability.     

联合菌苗抗肿瘤作用的初步探讨

目的 :探讨联合菌苗防治肿瘤的作用。方法采用动物体内实验 ,动物为封闭群KM小鼠 ,菌株为 2 6 0 0 3- 2 1、4 482 4 - 3及 932 0 1- 3,瘤种为S180 。所有实验小鼠接种S180 后 ,按随机对照试验设计分成 5组 ,即三个不同的单价菌苗组、一个联合菌苗组及一个对照组 ,同期观察联合菌苗对S180 增长的影响。结果 :三个不同的单价菌苗组及联合菌苗组的平均瘤重均比对照组低 ,联合菌苗组的平均瘤重比单价菌苗组的更低 ,差异均有高度统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1～ 0 .0 0 1) ;三个不同单价菌苗组的抑瘤率分别为 5 0 .6 %、4 8.3%、4 5 .5 % ,联合菌苗组抑瘤率为 75 .0 %。结论 :实验所选用的菌苗能抑制S180 的增长 ,联合菌苗的效果更好     

HUMAN MONOCYTES MAINTAINED IN CULTURE ACQUIRE FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIVENESS TO PLATELET-ACTIVATING FACTOR THAT IS INDEPENDENT OF INCREASES IN PROTEIN TYROSINE PHOSPHORYLATION

1. Acute (day 0) stimulation with platelet-activating factor (PAF) did not elicit superoxide anion (02^-) generation from adherent monocytes. However, by day 2 of culture, PAF induced an increase in O2^- generation that was inhibited by pretreat-ment with the PAF receptor antagonist WEB 2086. 2. The lack of effect of PAF on O2^- generation was not due to the absence of receptors, as PAF stimulated an increase in tyrosine phosphorylation and intracellular calcium ([Ca²⁺]_i) on both days 0 and 2 of culture. 3. Pretreatment with the protein tyrosine kinase inhibitor methyl 2 ,5-dihydroxycinnamate inhibited PAF-induced tyrosine phosphorylation; however, this inhibitor failed to inhibit PAF-induced O₂^- generation. In contrast, pretreatment with the protein kinase C inhibitor staurosporine had no effect on PAF-induced tyrosine phosphorylation, but did inhibit PAF-induced O₂^- generation. 4. These results indicate that monocytes maintained in culture acquire a functional response to PAF through a mechanism that appears to be independent of PAF receptor expression, coupling to increases in [Ca²⁺]_i or tyrosine phosphorylation.     

海脉冲营养素对小鼠造血功能的影响

通过与复方阿胶浆，施普端螺旋藻胶囊抗贫血功效的比较，研究了海脉冲营养素对小鼠造血功能的影响。结果表明，小鼠口服ＨＭＣ５００ｍｇ／（ｋｇ．ｄ），对失血性贫血小鼠有提高，ＲＢＣ的作用，对苯肼引起的溶血性贫血小鼠有升高Ｈｂ，ＲＢＣ，ＷＢＣ的作用，能促进由环磷酰胺所致骨髓抑制小鼠的骨髓有核细胞的增殖，增加脾脏重量，升高外周血中网织红细胞和ＷＢＣ数量。     

Stereoselectivity of actions of the calcium sensitizer [+]-EMD 60263 and its enantiomer [-]-EMD 60264

The thiadiazinone derivative [+]-EMD 60263 ((+)-5-(1-(α-ethylimino-3,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-1,2,3,4- tetrahydroquinoline-6-yl)-6-methyl-3,6-dihydro-2H-1,3,4 -thiadiazine-2-on) is a Ca²⁺-sensitizing agent with only minor phosphodiesterase inhibitory activity. Our aim was to characterize the inotropic and electrophysiological effects of [+]-EMD 60263 and its enantiomer [-]-EMD 60264 in several cardiac muscle preparations. The Ca²⁺-sensitizing activity resided in the [+]-enantiomer only. [+]-EMD 60263 (3 μM) shifted the EC₅₀ of Ca²⁺ for contractile activation of skinned fibers of pig heart from 2.41 μM to 0.73 μM, whereas [-]-EMD 60264 (30 μM) was ineffective. In Langendorff-perfused guinea pig hearts, [+]-EMD 60263 and [-]-EMD 60264 induced concentration-dependent positive and negative inotropic effects, respectively; both enantiomers reduced spontaneous heart rate but did not influence perfusion pressure. The maximum increase in force of human atrial trabeculae was 35 % of pre-drug control with [+]-EMD 60263 in comparison to 113 % with forskolin. In guinea-pig papillary muscles, [+]-EMD 60263 and [-]-EMD 60264 had opposite inotropic responses, however, both agents similarly prolonged action potential duration. Both enantiomers concentration-dependently blocked the rapidly activating component I_Kr of the delayed rectifier in guinea-pig myocytes. The block saturated at potentials positive to +30 mV, closely resembling the effects of the antiarrhythmic agent E-4031 which had been originally used to define I_Kr. It is concluded, that the positive inotropic action of [+]-EMD 60263 can be explained by prevalence of the Ca²⁺-sensitizing effect. The accompanying prolongation in action potential duration is caused by block of the I_Kr component of the delayed rectifier. While the inotropic effects are stereoselective, most of the electrophysiological actions are clearly independent of sterical configuration. The combination of Ca²⁺-sensitizing with class-III antiarrhythmic action may provide an interesting pharmacological profile of potential therapeutic use. 依据阜新矿区１９９０～１９９５年传染病发病情况的调查资料，对此５年间该地区常见传染病发病趋势进行了分析。结果表明，由于增大了预防力度，各种常见传染病发病率基本呈下降趋势，百分构成顺位居后。
