目的 建立黑龙江产万寿菊花醇提物的指纹图谱并定性分析共有峰,为万寿菊花的质量控制提供参考。方法 采用HPLC分离UV检测建立色谱指纹图谱,Zorbax Eclipse XDB C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),乙腈-0.2%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,体积流量1 mL/min,柱温25 ℃,检测波长254 nm;用LC-MS定性共有峰,电喷雾离子源(ESI),负离子模式扫描,雾化器压力241.325 kPa,干燥器温度350 ℃,干燥气体积流量10 L/min,扫描范围:m/z 50~1 000。结果 万寿菊花醇提物的指纹图谱有8个共有峰,并具有较好的精密度、重复性和稳定性,其中5个共有峰所对应的化学物质为万寿菊素、异槲皮素、异槲皮素苷和槲皮万寿菊素及其苷。结论 建立的万寿菊花醇提物的指纹图谱,为万寿菊花的质量控制提供参考。 相似文献

目的 研究珍珠莲Ficus sarmentosa var.henryi中的黄酮类化学成分.方法 应用柱色谱技术分离纯化.核磁共振及质谱鉴定化合物结构.结果 从珍珠莲氯仿和醋酸乙酯层萃取物中分离得到11个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为圣草酚(eriodictyol,1)、高圣草酚(homoeriodictyol,2)、槲皮素(quercetin,3)、二氢槲皮素(dihydroquercetin,4)、山柰酚(kaempferol,5)、二氢山柰酚(dihydrokaempferol,6)、柚皮素(naringenin,7)、木犀草素(luteolin,8)、芹菜素(apigenin,9)、柯依利素(chrysoeriol,10)、3',5',5,7-四羟基二氢黄酮(3',5',5,7-tetrahydroxyl-favanone,11).结论 化合物1~11均为首次从该植物中分离得到. 相似文献

Objective: To report in vitro anti-oxidant activity and cytotoxicity of hydroalcoholic extract of Ficus benghalensis (bark) and Duranta repens(whole plant), and present the probable biological spectrum of major anti-oxidants from both plants.
Methods: The coarse powder of both plants was first extracted with 70% ethanol (maceration) and followed by 99% ethanol (Soxhlet-extraction). Anti-oxidant activity of the extracts was evaluated by using DPPH, H2O2, 2,2''-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulphonic acid (ABTS), NO scavenging assay, total antioxidant capacity, cupric reducing antioxidant capacity (CUPRAC), and metal chelating assay. Cytotoxicity of both extracts was evaluated by using MTT assay in both tumor and normal cell lines i.e. Chinese hamster ovary cells (CHO) and A549 cells. Biological activity of individual anti-oxidant compounds was identified by using prediction of activity spectra for substances and a docking study was performed by using autodock4.0.
Results: Hydroalcoholic extract of F. benghalensis and D. repens showed the highest free radical scavenging capacity (ABTS) and chelating capacity respectively. Both extracts showed minimum cytotoxicity in normal cell lines compared to tumor cell lines. Computer imitation hits reflected the multiple biological activities agreeing with the folk use and some scientific reports. Further, we found the potent binding affinity of predicted anti-oxidant compounds with multiple protein molecules involved in oxidative stress.
Conclusion: The present study reports the probable anti-oxidant mechanism for two folk agents and also presents probable pharmacological activities via computer simulations. 相似文献

目的观察不同剂量的无花果水提取液对小鼠血中SOD活性的影响。方法将50小鼠(♂、♀各半)随机分为4个不同浓度实验组(400mg/ml、200mg/ml、100mg/ml、50mg/ml)和1个蒸馏水对照组,灌胃,1次/d,连续5d,于第6天处死小鼠,测小鼠SOD活性。结果实验设计的各种浓度无花果水提取液对小鼠SOD活性的影响与对照组比存在着统计学差异,P<0.05。结论在实验设计的浓度范围内,无花果水提取液能显著提高小鼠血中SOD的活性。 相似文献

目的对山乌龟总生物碱的不同提取方法进行比较,确定最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交设计法,以总生物碱提取率为考察指标,通过对乙醇浓度、溶媒比、超声波提取时间、回流时间等因素进行考察。结果最佳提取工艺为75%乙醇为提取溶剂,溶媒比(乙醇∶山乌龟)为12,先超声提取60min,再回流提取1h,共回流提取2次为山乌龟总生物碱提取的最佳条件。结论本工艺简单合理,提取率高,具有良好的可行性。 相似文献

The aim of this study was to evaluate the antimicrobial activity of the methanol extracts from Ficus chlamydocarpa (FCR), Ficus cordata (FCB), mixture of the two plants (FCM), as well as that of the isolated flavonoids Alpinumisoflavone (2), Genistein (3), Laburnetin (4), Luteolin (5) (isolated from FCR), Catechin (7) and Epiafzelechin (8) (isolated from FCB). Mycobacteria, fungi, Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacterial species were tested for their susceptibility to the above samples. The microplate dilution and radiometric respiratory methods were used to determine the susceptibility testing of the samples against Mycobacterium smegmatis and Mycobacterium tuberculosis, respectively. The disc diffusion assay was used to determine the sensitivity of the samples, whilst the micro-dilution method was used for the determination of the minimal inhibition concentration (MIC) and the minimal microbicidal concentration (MMC) against fungi, Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacterial species. All the samples except compound 7 were found to be active to Mycobacterium smegmatis and the MIC ranged from 0.61 to 312.50microg/ml. Compound 4 showed the best activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis exhibiting an MIC of 4.88microg/ml. The results of the diffusion test indicated that the crude extract from FCB, FCM as well as compounds 5 and 8 were able to prevent the growth of all tested (fungi, Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria) organisms. The inhibition effect of the crude extract from Ficus chlamydocarpa was observed on 10 (62.5%) of the 16 tested microorganisms (excluding mycobacteria) whereas that of compounds 4, 2 and 3 was respectively noted on 14 (87.5%), 8 (50.0%) and 7 (39.9%) of the tested microbial species. FCB was found to be more active than FCR on most of the tested organisms. The results provided evidence that the studied plants extract, as well as some of the isolated compounds might be potential sources of new antimicrobial drug. 相似文献
