Antidermatophytic triterpenoids from Syzygium jambos (L.) Alston (Myrtaceae)

Chemical investigation of the EtOAc extract of the stem bark of Syzygium jambos (L.) Alston (Myrtaceae) afforded a number of known triterpenes such as friedelin, beta-amyrin acetate, betulinic acid and lupeol. Friedelin was submitted to a Baeyer-Villiger oxidation, and was also reduced with LiAlH(4) to give the known friedelolactone and friedelanol, respectively. These compounds were identified by comparison of NMR spectral data with those from the literature. The EtOAc extract and the isolated compounds were tested for their antidermatophytic activity against three dermatophyte species: Microsporum audouinii, Trichophyton mentagrophytes and Trichophyton soudanense, commonly found in Cameroon. Betulinic acid and friedelolactone were the most active compounds, and the most sensitive fungi were Trichophyton soudanense and Trichophyton mentagrophytes.     

Two new triterpenoids from the resin of Styrax tonkinensis

Two new triterpenoids, 3β,6β-dihydroxy-12-oxo-13Hα-olean-28,19β-olide (1) and 3-oxo-olean-11,13(18)-dien-28,19β-olide (2) were isolated from the resin of Styrax tonkinensis (Pier.) Craib. The structures of both triterpenoids were determined by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods. Compound 1 is the second triterpene found with cis-fused C/D ring from the resin, which is rarely observed in oleanane-type triterpenes.     

尖叶清风藤化学成分的研究

从尖叶清风藤(Sabia swinhoei Hmsl.exForb.etHemsl.)的地上部分分离出8个化合物,经理化常数测定和光谱解析,证明其中2个为新成分,分别命名为清风藤内酯(I)和清风藤酮(II),另外6个为已知化合物,即没药烯(III)、三十烷醇(IV)、β-谷甾醇(V)、二十八烷酸(VI)、齐墩果酸(VII)和胡萝卜甙(VIII)。     

黄脉九节的化学成分研究

综合运用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、ODS反相柱色谱及制备型高效液相等色谱分离技术,对茜草科九节属植物黄脉九节Psychotria straminea枝叶的化学成分进行系统的分离和纯化。根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据,并通过与文献对照,鉴定了从黄脉九节枝叶95%乙醇提取物的石油醚萃取部位中分离得到的16个化合物,包括8个黄酮类化合物、3个香豆素类化合物和5个三萜类化合物,分别鉴定为杨芽黄素(1)、芹菜素(2)、山柰酚(3)、木犀草素(4)、香叶木素(5)、槲皮素(6)、山柰酚-4''-O-甲醚(7)、鼠李素(8)、7-羟基香豆素(9)、7-甲氧基香豆素(10)、东莨菪内酯(11)、羽扇豆醇(12)、30-醛基羽扇豆醇(13)、羽扇豆醇乙酸酯(14)、α-香树脂醇(15)和熊果酸(16)。该研究首次对黄脉九节的化学成分进行了系统研究,除化合物6和9为首次从黄脉九节中分离得到以外,其他化合物均为首次从九节属植物中分离得到。     

小鱼眼草三萜类化学成分研究

采用硅胶,Sephadex LH-20和半制备HPLC等色谱方法对小鱼眼草Dichrocephala benthamii全草的三萜类化学成分进行了研究,并运用质谱、核磁等波谱技术对分离得到的化合物进行了结构鉴定,结果从小鱼眼草中分离得到9个三萜类化合物,分别鉴定为β-香树脂醇甲酸酯(1),β-香树脂醇乙酸酯(2),β-香树脂醇(3),β-香树脂酮(4),3β-羟基, Δ^11,13(18)-齐墩果二烯(5),Δ¹²-齐墩果烯(6),木栓酮(7),达玛烷二烯醇乙酸酯(8)和表木栓醇(9)。化合物 1~8 为首次从鱼眼草属植物中分离得到,化合物 9 为首次从该种植物中分离得到,其中化合物 1 为新的天然产物。     

马甲子的化学成分研究

目的研究马甲子Paliurus ramosissimus的化学成分。方法马甲子乙醇提取物通过反复硅胶柱色谱和高效液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及NMR、MS等波谱技术对化合物进行结构鉴定。并采用MTT法对新化合物2进行体外抗肿瘤活性实验。结果从马甲子乙醇提取物中分离得到2个化合物,分别鉴定为白桦脂酸(1)和2α,27-二反式对羟基肉桂酰氧基白桦脂酸(2)。化合物2对HepG-2细胞和He La细胞的IC50分别为20.34、14.83μmol/L。结论化合物2为新化合物,命名为马甲子素,属于白桦脂酸型五环三萜类化合物,化合物1和2均为首次从本植物中发现,化合物2表现出显著的体外抗肿瘤活性。     

粉条儿菜化学成分的研究

采用多种柱色谱方法对百合科粉条儿菜属植物粉条儿菜Aletris spicata(Thunb.)Franch.进行分离纯化,运用波谱学方法鉴定了10个化合物,分别为环石仙桃萜醇(cyclopholidonol,1)、白桦脂酸(betulinic acid,2)、熊果酸(ursolic acid,3)、13-表柏油酸(13-epicupressic acid,4)、5-羟基-3,7,4′-三甲氧基黄酮(5-hydroxy-3,7,4′-trimethoxyflavone,5)、二十二烷酸-1-甘油酯(2,3-dihydroxypropyl docosoate,6)、正十七烷醇(1-heptadecanol,7)、正二十四烷酸(lignoceric acid,8)、24,24-二甲基-环木菠萝烷-3-醇(cycloneolitsoln,9)和β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,10)。化合物1~8均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。     

Secondary metabolites from Chamaedora tepejilote (Palmae) are active against Mycobacterium tuberculosis

Due to the emergence of multi-drug resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis strains, there is an urgent need to search for new antimycobacterial drugs. The present work describes the bioactivity-guided fractionation of Chamaedora tepejilote hexane extract which led to the isolation and the characterization of squalene, farnesol, methylic ester of hexadecanoic acid, beta-sitosterol and ursolic acid. Activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv, determined by radiorespirometric Bactec assay, showed ursolic acid, squalene and farnesol to produce a M. tuberculosis growth inhibition of 99% at a concentration of 100 microg/mL.     

Sysmex XT-2000i血液细胞分析仪在临床检验的应用

目的优选醉鱼草果实总三萜的最佳提取工艺。方法以醉鱼草果实总三萜提取率及浸膏得率为考察指标,采用正交试验,对乙醇浓度(A)、提取时间(B)、提取次数(C)、料液比(D)4个因素进行考察,筛选出最佳提取工艺。结果优选出最佳提取工艺为80%乙醇,料液比1∶10,回流提取3次,每次1 h。结论优选的提取方法适于醉鱼草果实总三萜的提取。     

Two new triterpenes from the rhizomes of Alisma orientalis

Two new triterpenoids, 25-anhydro-alisol F (1) and 11-anhydro-alisol F (2), were isolated from the rhizomes of Alisma orientalis. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.
