何首乌中顺式和反式-二苯乙烯苷的HPLC/DAD/MS测定及其光稳定性考察

 目的采用液相色谱/光电二极管阵列检测器/质谱(HPLC/DAD/MS)联用技术鉴定何首乌中同时存在顺式和反式-二苯乙烯苷,并分别测定其含量,同时考察二苯乙烯苷对光的稳定性。方法采用反相UltimateXB-C₁₈(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-10mmol·L^-1醋酸铵水溶液二元线性梯度洗脱,流速为1mL·min^-1,离子阱质谱(IT-MS)鉴定出何首乌中同时存在顺式和反式-二苯乙烯苷,DAD检测器做定量分析,检测波长为280nm。结果首次证实何首乌中不仅存在反式-二苯乙烯苷,还存在顺式-二苯乙烯苷。顺式和反式-二苯乙烯苷分别在0.252～4.022μg(r=0.9999)和2.14～34.36μg(r=0.9993)内线性关系良好,测得顺式、反式二苯乙烯苷在生首乌和制首乌中的含量分别为0.058%,1.56%和0.027%,0.84%。光照条件下何首乌中的反式-二苯乙烯苷部分转化成顺式结构,但总含量不变。结论此方法可以很好地将何首乌中的顺式和反式-二苯乙烯苷分离并准确测定其含量,灵敏度高,光照条件下何首乌中的反式-二苯乙烯苷会部分转化成顺式结构。     

A new stilbene glucoside from the roots ofPolygonum multiflorum Thunb.

One new stilbene glucoside (6), along with five known compounds (1-5), were isolated from the roots of Polygonum multiflorum Thumb., and their chemical structures established based on physicochemical and spectroscopic data. Of the compounds, compound 3 showed DNA topoisomerase I and II inhibitory activities.     

Antidiabetic stilbene and anthraquinone derivatives fromRheum undulatum

The antidiabetic-activity-guided fractionation and isolation of the 80% EtOH extracts obtained from cultivated Korean Rhubarb rhizomes (Rheum undulatum, Polygonaceae) led to the isolation and characterization of one stilbene, desoxyrhapontigenin (1) and two anthraquinones, emodin (2) and chrysophanol (3). Their structures were established by chemical and spectroscopic methods. Compounds 1, 2, and 3 inhibited postprandial hyperglycemia by 35.8, 29.5, 42.3%, respectively.     

超临界CO2萃取何首乌中二苯乙烯苷的工艺考察

目的：探讨应用超临界CO2萃取法从何首乌中提取二苯乙烯苷的工艺。方法：采用L9（34）正交设计进行试验,运用高效液相色谱分析。结果：超临界CO2萃取法的最佳工艺条件为：萃取压力40MPa,萃取温度60℃,萃取时间2h,夹带剂95％乙醇量为生药量的20％。结论：超临界CO2流体萃取法在何首乌提取工艺中的应用是可行的。     

白芍总苷结合他克莫司软膏治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的疗效评价

目的评价0.03%他克莫司软膏加白芍总苷胶囊治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者的疗效。方法72例糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者,治疗组和对照组各36例。治疗组用他克莫司软膏加白勺总苷胶囊治疗,对照组只用口服白芍总苷胶囊治疗。结果治疗2个月后治疗组总有效率为97.22%,对照组为75.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.89,P﹤0.05)。结论他克莫司软膏加白芍总苷胶囊治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者短期疗效可靠。     

Lignans from Dendrobium chrysanthum

A new neolignan glucoside denchyside B along with three known lignans have been isolated from the herbs of Dendrobium chrysanthum Wall. (Orchidaceae). The structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic methods.     

Scyphiphin D,a new iridoid glucoside dimer from Scyphiphora hydrophyllacea

From the aerial parts of Scyphiphora hydrophyllacea Gaertn. F., a new iridoid glucoside dimer scyphiphin D (1) and a known iridoid glucoside geniposidic acid (2) were isolated. The structure of this new compound was determined on the basis of HR-FAB-MS, IR, ¹H and ¹³C NMR (DEPT), and 2D NMR (HMQC, HMBC, COSY, ROESY) spectral data.     

Water-soluble constituents from the leaves of Ilex oblonga

Four new water-soluble constituents, oblongaroside A (1), oblongar ester A (2), oblongaroside B (3), and oblongaroside C (4), were isolated along with four known compounds: 4-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-3-hydroxybenzalcohol (5), 7-methoxyl-4-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-3-hydroxybenzalcohol (6), 4-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-3-hydroxybenzoic acid (7), and 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid (8) from the leaves of Ilex oblonga. Identification of their structures was achieved by 1D and 2D NMR experiments, including ¹H–¹H COSY, NOESY, HMQC, and HMBC methods and FAB mass spectral data.
