Pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of cicaprost in healthy volunteers after oral administration of 5 to 20 μG

Summary In a Phase I study, the tolerability, pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of cicaprost have been investigated in 6 male volunteers given 5, 10, 15 and 20 g as tablets of the -cyclodextrin clathrate.Individual inhibition of platelet aggregation and changes in facial colour (measured by chromametry) were dose-dependent and reached a maximum 30 to 60 min post-dose. The maximum inhibition of platelet aggregation was about 40%. After 3 to 4 h pre-treatment values had returned. Blood pressure remained within the normal range. The peak plasma level of cicaprost was reached within 15 to 90 min after drug intake. Both C_max-and AUC were individually dose-dependent. The terminal half-life in plasma of cicaprost was approx. 1 h, and its total clearance amounted to 4–7 ml·min^–1·kg^–1. The time courses of the plasma levels and of the pharmacodynamic actions were in agreement. Interindividual differences were observed in the occurrence of unwanted effects (e.g. headache).Thus, cicaprost is an orally available PGI₂-mimetic, for which effects on platelet aggregation and vascular perfusion have been demonstrated in healthy volunteers after doses of 5 to 15 g.The results will form part of the M.D. thesis of T.Staks. 电位滴定法的计算原理及Excel软件应用

阐述了电位滴定法的计算原理以及Excel软件在电位滴定数据处理中的应用。     

电位滴定法测定苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平的含量

目的：建立测定苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平含量的新方法。方法：采用电位滴定法。结果：该法和国家标准规定的HPLC法测定结果一致。结论：所建方法简便，准确，适用于苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平的含量测定。     

电位滴定法测定安乃近片的含量

目的：建立安乃近片的含量测定方法。方法：以乙醇-0.01 mol/L盐酸溶液（1：1）为溶剂，用电位滴定法测定安乃近片的含量。结果：本法滴定终点突跃明显，重现性好（RSD=0.33%，n=6），平均回收率为99.44%。结论：试验表明该方法简便，快速，专属性强，准确可靠，适用于安乃近片含量的测定。     

氧化还原法结合络和法测定锌铜溶液中硫酸铜和硫酸锌的含量

目的建立锌铜溶液的含量测定方法。方法采用氧化还原滴定法测定硫酸铜的含量;以硫脲为掩蔽剂,EDTA络和滴定法测定硫酸锌的含量。结果硫酸铜和硫酸锌的平均回收率分别为101.1%(RSD=0.80%)和102.4%(RSD=0.85%)。结论用该法测定硫酸铜和硫酸锌的含量,方法简便、重复性好,适用于锌铜溶液的质量控制。     

电导滴定法测定水中溶解氧的研究

〔目的〕建立一种测定水中溶解氧的新方法。〔方法〕用盐酸标准溶液滴定金属铊与水中溶解氧反应的产物 ,以电导法指示滴定终点。〔结果〕相对标准偏差为 0 .3 8% -0 .97% ,相对误差为 -1.96% -1.85 %。〔结论〕本法准确度好 ,快捷灵敏 ,抗干扰能力强 ,是一种测定水中溶解氧的简便可靠的方法。     

正交试验法优选半夏有效部位的提取工艺

目的:研究半夏药材中总游离有机酸的最佳提取条件.方法:以电位滴定法为含量测定方法,采用重复-正交试验法,选择乙醇浓度(A)、提取时间(B)、溶剂量(C)、提取次数(D)4个因素,每个因素选取3个水平进行试验,最后确定提取工艺.结果:因素A、B、C、D均对总游离有机酸的含量有极显著的影响.结论:10倍量75%乙醇,加热回流提取2次,每次1 h为半夏中总游离有机酸的最佳提取条件.     

Study of the Adhesion of Neurodegenerative Proteins on Plasma-Modified and Coated Polypropylene Surfaces

Abstract

The inner polymeric surface of an ELISA titration well is plasma-modified and coated with different surfactant molecules. The titration of neurodegenerative proteins markers (prion, Tau and β-synuclein), previously demonstrated as more efficient with such modified tubes, is related to the adhesion behaviour of these proteins and their corresponding capture antibodies. The adhesion process is studied in terms of anchoring and specific mechanisms. The proteins and antibodies binding onto such modified surfaces is related to the substrate hydrophilic character calculated from the angle contact measure, to the polymer surface charge measured through the streaming potential determination at different pH and the inner surface roughness determined from AFM images. Furthermore, the influence of the blocking agent used during the ELISA titration is also studied.
