基于IPSec的端-端VPN系统的设计与安全性分析

首先介绍了VPN的基本概念及其应用，并对使用IPSec的VPN技术与传统VPN技术的特点及安全性做了分析和比较。通过对IPSec协议的深入研究，给出了一种基于IPSec组合SA的端-端VPN系统的设计方法，并对其安全性进行了分析。     

Time after excision and temperature alter ex vivo tissue relaxation time measurements

Previously unreported effects of tissue storage were recently observed in the authors' experimental magnetic resonance (MR) studies. To evaluate the effect of elapsed time after excision and storage temperature on tissue relaxation time measurements, tissue samples from the liver, pancreas, kidney, testis, spleen, and brain were obtained in rats. T1 and T2 were first measured within 5 minutes of excision, and between subsequent measurements, tubes were kept in a water bath at 40°C, at room temperature (28°C), or in an ice bath (4°C). Cellular and organellar integrity was assessed with electron microscopy and correlated with the MR findings. At 40°C (20-MHz spectrometer), the T1 of liver decreased from 280 msec ± 8 to 212 msec ± 10 during the first 60 minutes; the T1 of pancreas decreased from 276 msec ± 3 to 208 msec ± 2. Other tissues showed less than a 5% decrease in T1. T2 changes were smaller than T1 changes in all tissues. Electron microscopy of pancreatic acinar cells showed postmortem changes in mitochondria evolving over the first 60 minutes after death. Manganese loading experiments implicated mitochondrial manganese stores in the observed enhanced postmortem decrease in T1. This study calls into question reported relaxation time data for liver and pancreas. MR studies of excised tissues must account for time and temperature to prevent systematic experimental errors.

广东省结核病流行菌株研究

目的：从分子流行病学的角度探讨广东省结核分支杆菌菌株流行的分布。方法：构建广东省74株临床分离的以RFLP为基础的结核分支杆菌的IS6110 DNA指纹图谱技术，确诊结核分支杆菌菌株的流行分布。结果：24．3％（18／74）的结核菌株的IS6110 DNA指纹相似值在1－0．65之间，鉴定结果为它们均是“北京家族”结核分支杆菌菌株。结论：广东省结核菌株流行主要存在着遗传关系接近，在基因水平上相关程度较高的“北京家族”结核分支杆菌菌株，且该家族菌株正以一定的比例在我省流行。

病人生理监测仪是临床医学的主要仪器,由于涉及技术流程的功能定位不同,功能需求也就不同,其功能配置也就有所不同。从生理监测仪相关应用领域的分解技术功能定位出发,讨论装备管理的功能配置问题。

Evaluation of stroke rehabilitation by randomized controlled studies: a review

In all, 22 reports of 20 randomized, controlled rehabilitation studies were evaluated. In 18 of these, the design of the trial was parallel, with a cross-over format being employed in the remaining 2 instances. Seven studies related to intensive rehabilitation during the early post-acute period. In six others, specific techniques--sometimes associated with traditional physiotherapy procedures--were compared: biofeedback, perceptual retraining, and amphetamine treatment. Eight experiments evaluated speech therapy in aphasia. Frequently, methodological considerations limited the interpretation of the results. The review showed that: 1) as regards activities of daily life and motor function, differences as between rehabilitation in stroke units on the one hand and non-rehabilitation or rehabilitation in medical wards on the other, were detected in relatively few quality studies and remained particularly inconclusive insofar as life in the home environment was concerned; 2) rehabilitation for aphasia and perceptual dysfunction proved effective for at least several months after acute stroke; 3) in general, examination of the reports cited revealed no differences in the effects of biofeedback and perceptual retraining vs conventional physiotherapy; 4) rehabilitation, whether administered by specialists or amateur caregivers purpose-trained by specialists, proved equally effective for aphasia. These conclusions constitute a valuable basis for the development and evaluation of modern rehabilitation programs for stroke patients.     

树型金银花无公害优质加工技术的研究

目的探讨树型金银花无公害优质加工技术。方法采用树型金银花晾晒和烘烤以及"烤房3段变温烘烤技术"。结果烘干产品比晒干产品具有明显的质量和价格优势,价格高57.1%。烤房3段变温技术第1段烘干温度控制在35～40℃,烘8～9h;第2段将温度提高到50～55℃左右,烘烤6～8h;第3段温度升到60～70℃,烘烤5～6h左右;烘干总时间不超过24h。结论无公害优质加工技术利于规模化生产,获得无公害的绿色产品,增加金银花附加值。     

反义核酸技术及应用

反义核酸技术是用人工合成的或生物合成的特定互补的DNA或RNA片段阻断从基因到蛋白的信息流 ,以达到抑制或阻断基因表达的生物新技术。利用核酸分子杂交原理将反义寡核苷酸 (antisenseoligonucleotide,ASON)作为外源性基因表达抑制物结合到靶mRNA序列上阻止其翻译成蛋白[1 ] 。具有杂交特异性和选择性调节基因的表达的特点[2 ] ,这一技术不仅已成为常用的实验室研究方法 ,还广泛的应用于研究病毒、肿瘤、寄生虫和遗传性疾病的预防和治疗 ,具有重要的应用前景。对于人类基因的研究 ,人们采用分子克隆、分子杂交、PCR技术等一系列研究…
