50种传统清热解毒药的抑菌实验

本文报告了传统药物文献收载的５０种清热解毒药的抑菌实验结果。显示抑菌作用的有４１种，占８２％。对阳性球菌显示有抑菌作用的有３６种；对阴性杆菌显示有抑菌作用的有２４种。其中的地胡椒、金果榄、毛果算盘子等显示有较广的抗菌效应，值得进一步研究。     

Telencephalic projections to the goldfish hypothalamus: An anterograde degeneration study

In this study, large areas of goldfish telencephalon were ablated including rostral nucleus preopticus periventriculare (rNPP), and degenerating axons were traced by a modified Fink and Heimer procedure. The lesioning procedure ablated large regions of area dorsalis telencephali pars medialis, centralis, and dorsolateral complex; and completely removed area ventralis telencephali pars dorsalis, ventralis, and lateralis. In addition, the supracommissural nucleus and rNPP were lesioned specifically because both nuclei have been thought to be involved in courtship behavior and endocrine control of reproduction. This investigation demonstrated extensive fiber projections from telencephalic nuclei and/or rNPP to the hypothalamus. Lesioned telencephalon and/or rNPP projected bilaterally to nucleus preopticus and the suprachiasmatic nucleus and unilaterally to the following tuberal nuclei: nucleus anterior tuberis, and the lateral hypothalamic nucleus. A much larger fiber projection to the inferior lobe nuclei was also observed with a large contralateral as well as ipsilateral input.     

Children With Chronic Physical Disorders: Maternal Reports of Their Psychological Adjustment

Advances in biomedical science have resulted in dramatic improvementsin the medical care of chronically ill and handicapped children.Past measurement problems have resulted in a lack of clarityregarding the psychological adjustment of these children. Themothers of 270 chronically ill and handicapped children wereadministered the Child Behavior Checklist in an attempt to identifypatterns of behavioral functioning across six pediatric chronicdisorders: juvenile diabetes, spina bifida, hemophilia, chronicobesity, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, and cerebral palsy.In general, it was found that children in all chronic disordergroups were perceived by their mothers as evidencing on theaverage more behavioral and social competence problems thanexpected based on norms for children in general. However, theirbehavioral and social adjustment was reported as better thanthat of a normative sample of children referred to mental healthclinics. There were essentially no differences between childrenwith different chronic disorders in terms of behavior problemsand social competence. The results were taken to support theview that these children were as a group at risk for adjustmentproblems. They were also discussed in terms of the noncategorialapproach, which suggests that similar psychosocial challengesare faced across pediatric chronic physical disorders.     

CO2激光治疗肛肠科疾病300例的报告

本文对３００例肛肠疾病采用ＣＯ_２激光治疗，治愈率为９４．３３％，一次切割完成，不需止血缝合，一般７－１５天痊愈，疗效明显优于其它治疗方法。     

Zinc ions and alkaline PH alter the phosphorylated state of proteins 3 and 4.2 in human erythrocyte membranes

The phosphorylation patterns of isolated red blood cell (RBC) membranes labeled with [ γ-³²p]ATP are altered by Zn⁺⁺ ions. Zn⁺⁺ ions caused an increased phosphate incorporation into a 72 KDa protein and several proteins in the 40–60 KDa region and a decrease in the labeling of a 53 KDa protein. The 72 KDa and 53 KDa proteins have been identified as protein 4.2 and a protease-cleaved fragment of protein 3, respectively. Evidence suggests that the changes in phosphorylation pattern may be due to the stimulation of endogenous membrane alkaline phosphatase(s). Our results suggest that Zn⁺⁺, at physiological concentrations in the intact erythrocyte, could modulate the phosphorylation of selected proteins which may regulate their association in the cytoskeletal network.     

单一电铃电路条件性行为疗法在建立儿童自主排尿反射中的作用研究

本工作在于探讨单一电铃电路条件性训练在建立儿童自主排尿反射中的治疗作用。采用新型研制的电铃电路床单，将电铃声刺激与膀胱充盈刺激有效的吻合起来，夜间训练遗尿患儿清醒后自主排尿。对年龄５～１０岁，经多项检查诊断确定为功能性遗尿的患儿（男１８名，女４名）２２人施行条件性行为训练方法。临睡的铺平电铃电路床单、患儿遗尿初期浸湿床单，引起铃响（患儿不惊醒时由母亲唤醒），患儿起床自主排尿。采用阳性强化法对患儿自主排尿进行巩固，给予原发以及继发性奖赏。结果：单一电铃电路条件性训练平均１２个有效治疗日后，９４．９７％（１８／１９）患儿遗尿症状消失，其中效果最佳者仅用了３个有效治疗日，最后长的达３０个有效治疗日，２人因故中断治疗，１人治疗无效。可见，单一行为方法是一条治疗儿童功能性遗尿的有效措施。     

淡色库蚊不同发育阶段双向电泳的蛋白质多肽点图谱比较

用双向电泳分析淡色库蚊卵、二令幼虫、四令幼虫、蛹和成虫蛋白质组成.电泳完毕后,用考马斯亮兰G-250染色,结果以成蚊蛋白质多肽点为最多(116点),其次依次为蛹(101点)、卵(70点)、四令幼虫(53点)、二令幼虫(18点)。它们在不同分子量和不同PH 范围内的分布也不同,但总的来看,在幼体阶段(卵、二、四令幼虫及蛹)多偏低分子量和低PI 值的点,发育至成虫阶段,分布走向全面。     

The abnormal anatomy of cleft lip and its correction

Summary The importance of the premaxillary position, size and shape in the development of the face and nose is discussed. The anthropological development of the premaxilla is studied. These factors are to be considered when cleft lip repairs are being planned and developed. Several cases are presented and discussed.     

大学生预防性治疗的结核菌素反应强度标准研究

目的 探讨结核菌素反应强度与结核病发病的相关性;提出预防性治疗对象的结核菌素反应标准.方法 对不同结核菌素反应强度的新入学大学生进行4年的结核病发病观察,分析结核菌素反应强度与发病危险性、发病时间的关系,比较不同反应强度预防性治疗对象发病率的变化.结果 26 543名健康学生进行了结核菌素试验和4年的发病观察,反应强度为0～4、5～9、10～14、15～19和≥20 mm或水泡丘疹者的年均结核病发病率分别为12.97/10万、13.34/10万、50.32/10万、167.56/10万和250.21/10万;0～4和5～9 mm反应者头2年发病率很低,第3、4年有所增高,而15～19和≥20 mm或水泡丘疹者头2年发病率很高,随着时间推移有下降趋势.当逐个计算反应强度每增加1 mm及以上反应者的发病率时,15 mm以上的各反应强度者中结核病发病率相似,一直维持在较高水平.PPD反应标准15 mm及以上可以覆盖80.8%的病人,而且病人的发现效率也维持在一个高水平.结论 结核菌素反应强度与结核病发病存在明显正相关,特别在头2年危险比更大;PPD反应≥15 mm或有水泡丘疹阳性者的发病机会明显升高,PPD反应≥15 mm或有水泡丘疹阳性标准能够覆盖80%以上的病人,病人的发现效率也最高.因此以PPD反应≥15 mm或有水泡丘疹作为预防性治疗对象的结核菌素反应标准更为合理.     

Probing the regioselective C‐deuteriation of lithium enolates derived from 2‐methyl‐tetralone in the presence of substituted tertiary amines

Results are reported on the regioselective C‐deuteriation of 2‐methyl‐tetralone using a series of D‐sources and tertiary amines as potential mediators. The results presented further aid the understanding of kinetic deuteriation of both ‘base‐containing’ and ‘base‐free’ enolates. Copyright © 2006 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
