该文从卫生服务分类、公平与效率的关系和目前卫生改革目标三个角度分析了政府和市场机制主导地位选择的问题，认为发展我国医疗卫生事业应以政府主导为基础并引入市场机制。

探讨新的培养模式及教育体系对药学(中药)本科专业人才素质及知识结构的影响,采用综合素质考核方法及学生和用人单位答卷的方法,对药学院2000、2001级药学(中药)本科专业学生进行抽样调查。调查内容包括新培养模式及教育体系对学生素质及知识结构的影响、学生对新培养模式及教育体系的评价和用人单位对学生能力的评价等三个方面。     

Consuming identities: Alcohol marketing and the commodification of youth experience

Marketing has successfully used the postmodern turn in conceptualisations of the human subject and incorporated contemporary theorising of identities and self into its understanding of the key drivers of consumption. Such developments clearly converge in alcohol marketing practices that target young people, where commercialised youth identities available for consumption and engagement are a significant element. This article reports data from young people that reflect the uptake of such identities and considers the challenges that these developments represent for public health and the well-being of young people.     

卫生法学专业法律诊所教学体系的构建

起源于美国的法律诊所教育以对学生进行法学实践技能教育为目的,在全面培养学生理论联系实际的能力和锻炼各项实用的职业技能方面具有积极作用。我国目前的卫生法学专业在培养学生的实务能力方面存在不足,法律诊所教育对此有较好的弥补作用。因此,本文借鉴美国高校在开展法律诊所教育中积累的专业划分细致、开展校外诊所、注重先期培训、评价机制独特等实践经验,从法律诊所的定位、校内校外双培制、师资队伍的建设、评价机制的确定等方面探讨构建一套科学合理的卫生法学专业法律诊所教学体系。     

医学检验技术专业特色建设的思考

为探讨高职高专检验专业特色建设的思路和措施。分析中原经济建设的发展对检验行业的人才需求和检验工作岗位现状,从完善教学模式、健全制度、优化师资结构、合理配置教学资源等方面提出医学检验专业特色建设相应措施。检验专业特色建设重在提高教学质量,提高系部的内涵建设,培养适应河南医疗卫生事业发展的高素质技能型检验专门人才。     

泌尿外科专科护士培训指标体系的构建

目的构建泌尿外科专科护士培训指标体系。方法2019年6—12月进行研究,首先成立研究小组,通过文献回顾、半结构式访谈初步构建指标体系,之后通过2轮Delphi专家咨询对指标进行修订,最终构建泌尿外科专科护士培训指标体系。结果构建的泌尿外科专科护士培训指标体系,包括一级指标3项,二级指标10项,三级指标48项。2轮专家的积极系数均为100%,2轮专家咨询的权威系数分别为0.856,0.903,2轮函询肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.302、0.337,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论研究构建的泌尿外科专科护士培训指标体系具有可靠性及科学性,可作为评价泌尿外科专科护士培训的工具。

作者通过对一起由医疗纠纷引起的吊销《医疗机构执业许可证》行政处罚案例的分析，指出医疗卫生执法监督员面临棘手的医疗纠纷案件时，既需要善于学习和运用医疗专业知识，又需要善于应用行政证据规则，合理、有效地收集和运用证据，最终成功办案，维护社会公平。     

Mapping physical therapy research: The geographical affiliations and methodological quality of 2,959 randomized controlled trials

Evidence suggests that research benefits from diversity, yet science is concentrated to a small group of countries. Diversity in physical therapy research has so far not been studied thoroughly, and this is the first study to map physical therapy research geographically. The objective was to study the frequency and methodological quality of physical therapy-related randomized controlled trials (RCTs) across the world. PEDro was searched for RCTs in physical therapy published between January 1 2015 and December 5 2016. For each trial, the first and last authors’ affiliations and the PEDro scale were extracted. Using the first and last authors’ affiliations, each article was geocoded using the Data Science Toolkit API. The search located 2,959 RCTs, which were affiliated primarily with a small cluster of countries. The median PEDro score for all trials was 5 (IQR 4:7). The geographical spread of the RCTs was focused around Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Oceania, the United States, and parts of South America. The lack of diversity might be problematic for the research field, even though the average clinical trial in physical therapy is of fair quality.
