本文报道pH指示剂吸收度比值法测定盐酸乙胺丁醇的含量。该法采用指示剂为0.05%茜素黄R,测定波长374nm和500nm;标准液为0.1mol/L NaOH;仪器为WFZ-800D_2型分光光度计。测得三批盐酸乙胺丁醇的含量分别为99.5±0.04%,99.4±0.05%和99.6±0.03%.同时与药典法比较,结果一致。 相似文献

以20,60和180mg/kg体重剂量给大鼠喂食2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT),检测尿中AST、ALP、LDH和GGT等指标变化。结果表明:随染毒时间延长,各尿酶含量逐渐出现显著性增高,病理学检查发现高剂量组有1例间质性肾炎,提示BHT对肾功能可能产生有害作用。 相似文献

为观察低温蒸汽甲醛气体灭菌效果及其使用的可行性,采用每包内放置化学指示卡和生物指示剂,进行了实际灭菌效果检测。结果,灭菌程序记录曲线清晰,可清楚地记录灭菌日期、抽真空次数、进甲醛次数、灭菌维持时间、灭菌温度、压力、抽甲醛气体次数、空气脉冲次数和结束时间。所有包装袋外甲醛化学指示色块均由原来的橙色变为棕色;所有包内化学指示卡均由原来的深兰色变为合格的绿色。26锅次灭菌后生物指示剂全部无菌生长;对 36件灭菌后物品进行无菌检验均无细菌生长。结论,低温蒸汽甲醛灭菌效果可靠,操作简便,使用安全。 相似文献

Distribution of Evans Blue (EB), sucrose, and water into the isolated perfused rat hindlimb was studied under various conditions using the multiple indicator dilution (MID) technique. Statistical moment analyses of the outflow profiles for the EB, sucrose, and water were used to define the vascular, extravascular, and total water spaces, respectively. The varied perfusion conditions included albumin content (2, 4.7, and 7%), temperature (25, 37, and 42 C), perfusate flow rate (2, 4, 8, and 12 ml/min) and the presence/absence of red blood cells. The range of studies undertaken were chosen to represent the variety of conditions used in the preparation of both isolated animal and human limbs, the latter being particularly important in cytotoxic therapy for recurrent malignant melanoma. The distribution volumes of EB, sucrose, and water were dependent on the flow rate and the albumin content of perfusate. The normalized variances (CV

) of the markers were of the following order: sucrose (2.18) > water (1.58) > EB (0.68), indicating that some disequilibrium occurs during the capillary exchange of water and sucrose. It is suggested that a Krebs-Henseleit buffer containing 2% BSA is a suitable perfusate for most studies of the isolated rat hindlimb perfusion. 1. Plasma renin activity (PRA) and platelet cytosolic free calcium concentration ([Ca2+]i) were simultaneously determined in 18 untreated essential hypertensive subjects and 17 normotensive controls. A significant positive correlation was found between [Ca2+]i and PRA (slope = 42 nmol/l/ng/ml/h) in these 35 subjects. 2. Two determinations more than one week apart in nine subjects confirmed the parallel fluctuations of [Ca2+]i and PRA. A strict sodium restriction produced a progressive PRA elevation associated with a parallel rise in [Ca2+]i in one subject. 3. To investigate risk factors for spinal fracture, we studied the relationship between the prevalence of asymptomatic spinal
fracture and various morphological measures including spinal bone mineral density (BMD) in women. A total of 122 women ranging
in age from 55 to 79 years were studied. The group consisted of 46 women aged 55–59 years (18 with fracture), 51 women aged
60–69 years (26 with fracture), and 26 women aged 70–79 years (14 with fracture). BMD of cortical and trabecular bone from
L1 to L3 was measured using quantitative computed tomography (QCT). Run-length analysis was applied to evaluate the spinal
trabecular textural features using CT images; the texture indices which represent the mean width of trabeculae (the T-texture)
and that of intertrabecular spaces (the I-texture) were obtained. Anthropometric factors including body weight and height,
psoas muscle area, and vertebral bone volume were measured using CT images. Among the various factors, trabecular BMD in women
aged 55–69 years showed the highest odds ratio for the presence of fracture per standard deviation (SD) decrease in bone density.
However, in women aged 70–79 years, the highest odds ratio was observed for trabecular texture index but not for trabecular
BMD. The I-texture in women aged 55–59 years, the muscle area in women aged 60–69 years, and cortical BMD and muscle area
in women aged 70–79 years were also considered significantly related to the risk of fracture.

目的研究心理训练对高特质焦虑新兵考核时生理指标和成绩的影响。方法采用个人评价问卷(PEI)、状态.特质焦虑问卷(STAI)和简易应对方式问卷对参加考核的新兵实施团体测试。将被试者分为对照组、低特质焦虑组、高特质焦虑组和干预组,对干预组进行自我评价、潜能开发、团队精神强化、应对方式的心理训练。测试考核前后生理指标差值及考核成绩的变化。结果干预组新兵军事考核前后收缩压、舒张压和脉搏三项生理差值与考核成绩明显优于高特质焦虑组(P〈0.05)。结论系统的心理训练可有效改善新兵对应激情景的生理和心理反应,提高作业绩效。 相似文献

The feasibility of simultaneous independent measurements of impedance variations in the right and left apex and base of the
lungs using the technique of multielectrode impedance plethysmography (MIPG) was investigated. To obtain independent impedance
measurements in each region, high impedance sensitivity areas must be localised by weighting the impedance sensitivity distribution.
12 planar coaxial-type electrodes were attached on the right and left upper, middle and lower sites of the anterior and posterior
chest walls. Currents of identical absolute values and differing polarities were simultaneously applied to neightbouring electrodes
and voltage measurements were carried out sagittally at the right and left upper and lower sites of the chest walls. The effect
of weighting the impedance sensitivity distribution was verified through experimental studies on mongrel dogs. The methods
utilised for the induction of regional physiological conductivity changes were selective ventilation and selective indicator
infusion into the pulmonary vasculature. The detected impedance variation showed reasonably indenpendent responses which were
consistent with our expectations from the results of the computer simulation. 相似文献
