目的探讨适合数字减影血管造影(DSA)图像备份存储的最简便和最实惠的存储方式。方法将429例具有完整临床资料患者的DSA图像资料进行光盘刻录、图像存储和传输系统(PACS)存储和USB移动存储。对3种方法的备份耗费的时间、调阅所需时间、所耗费用、操作的简便性及图像质量进行比较。结果USB移动储蓄的备份所需时间、调阅所需时间、费用、每例患者备份成本明显低于前两种方法,而且操作简单、图像质量好。结论USB移动存储是最简便和最实惠的DSA图像数据存储方式,可作为常规方法加以推广。 相似文献

This paper analyzes the possibilities to extend learning contexts within a one-year medical informatics educational program (MIP) at a Radiology Department in Sweden1. The MIP was carried out within a theoretical framework based upon the integration of four learning contexts, which were inspired by Nonaka's theory of organizational knowledge creation. A summary of organizational knowledge creation theory and the ideas behind the learning contexts are presented. The main objective of the study was to investigate what would be the major benefits from the use of various learning contexts in a one-year medical informatics program? The MIP was found to form a basis for better learning conditions by increasing the flexibility, accommodating greater numbers of students as well as offering better possibilities for continuous learning. Evaluation of the MIP revealed that 98% of radiology department staff as compared to 39% of the intensive care unit staff, who had followed the hospital routine program, felt competent enough to independently use the functions of a new medical system. Although there are good reason to believe that the superior confidence for information technology (IT) is due to the integration of learning contexts, it can not be excluded that it may be due to other reasons also. 相似文献

With increasing budgetary restraints on the health system, it is apparent that the main contribution that radiology departments can make to significant cost reduction in hospitals is to decrease the length of time between requesting an X-ray examination and receiving the report (and images). Digital radiography (DR) was introduced into the Radiology Department at the Royal Adelaide Hospital as a pilot project to research the cost–benefits and efficiency of the system, and to determine future directions for planning a digital department. The business plan developed prior to implementation of this pilot project predicted a saving of one bed-day per inpatient when a fully digital department with a picture archiving and communication system (PACS) is installed. This initial study comparing DR and conventional radiography (convR) provides baseline data and shows encouraging results for more rapid transmission of reports to clinicians. 相似文献

IntroductionCoronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) has emerged as a useful diagnostic imaging modality in the assessment of coronary artery disease. However, the potential risks due to exposure to ionizing radiation associated with CCTA have raised concerns.ObjectivesCCTA can be done with low dose technique to reduce radiation exposure, without compromise of image quality or diagnostic capabilities.Material and methodsForty patients referred for CCTA were examined with low kV (100 kV for patients ?85–61 kg and 80 kV for patients ?60 kg). The dose length product (DLP) were compared with other group (40 patients) with comparable body weight, scan length and acquisition parameters. The second group was selected from PACS database, for which CCTA was done with standard 120 kV.ResultsThere was considerable reduction of radiation dose about 40% with 100 kV and 60% with 80 kV compared to standard 120 kV CCTA protocols with preserved image quality.ConclusionThe use of lower tube voltage leads to significant reduction in radiation exposure in CCTA. Image quality in non-obese patients is not negatively influenced. 相似文献
