CSS-Ⅱ型ECG微机自动诊断与临床金标准在1160例中的比较研究

作者自行设计的CSS-Ⅱ型心电图微型计算机自动诊断系统试用于临床,受试者1160例,其中波形异常和心律失常共247份心电图,从913份正常心电图中随机抽样106份,两者共计353份图纸,用本研究诊断确定的“金标准”(Gold standard)与该系统的自动诊断结论进行比较。结果:波形诊断及心律失常的诊断一致率均在90％以上,排除了机遇诊断一致率,其波形为90％,心律失常为88％。     

Laparoscopic bilateral inguinal hernia repair: Should it be the preferred technique?

Inguinal hernias are amongst the most common conditions requiring general surgical intervention. For decades, the preferred approach was the open repair. As laparoscopy became more popular and available and more surgeons became familiarized with this modality, laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair became an alternative. The aim of this study is to assess the effectiveness of laparoscopic inguinal repair, with a focus on bilateral inguinal hernias. Initial reports have shown promising clinical outcomes compared to those of conventional repair of bilateral hernias. However, there are only a few studies concerning laparoscopic repair of bilateral hernias. It is yet to be proven that laparoscopy is the “gold standard” in the treatment of bilateral inguinal hernias. So far, the choice of an inguinal hernia repair technique has been up to each surgeon, depending on their expertise and available resources after taking into consideration each patient’s needs.     

胶体金层析法检测恶性疟原虫HRPII抗原的应用研究

目的 :建立一种简易快速 ,适于基层或流行病学调查的自测式胶体金免疫层析法 (GICA)用于检测恶性疟原虫中 H RPII抗原 ,判定是否现症感染。方法 :用 GICA测试条检测全血及滤纸血样中的 H RPII抗原。结果 :40例恶性疟全血及滤纸血 H RPII抗原阳性检出率均为 1 0 0 ,与镜检结果相符合 ;2 5例间日疟均为阴性。结论 :GICA检测血中恶性疟原虫 H RPII抗原特异性强、灵敏度高、简便快速 ,无需特殊仪器设备 ,滤纸血的应用使样本的采集、保存和运输更为便利 ,适合大规模流行病学调查和基层使用 ,有广泛应用价值。     

Inhibition of neovascularization in vivo by gold compounds

As mononuclear cell infiltration and growth of pannus critically depend on synovial neovascularization in rheumatoid arthritis (RA), inhibition of the synovial blood vessels would have the potential to reduce rheumatoid inflammation. In this investigation, we studied the effect of gold sodium thiomalate (GST) and auranofin (AUR) on neovascularization in vivo by using a micropocket technique. Both GST and AUR suppressed rabbit corneal neovascularization in a dose-dependent fashion. Significant inhibition was observed by 3 mg/kg GST and 1 mg/kg AUR injected intravenously every other day. These injections maintained serum gold concentrations at the level of 2–5 g/ml and less than 2 g/ml in GST-and AUR-injected rabbits, respectively. These are concentrations attained in the serum or synovium of rheumatoid patients treated by gold compounds. Similar inhibition was observed by both intramuscular administration of GST and oral administration of AUR. In contrast, no inhibition was observed when non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs; 20 mg/kg acetylsalicylic acid, 10 mg/kg ibuprofen and 10 mg/kg indomethacin) were injected intravenously on a daily basis. These results suggested that gold compounds have an antiangiogenic effect in vivo. The inhibition of neovascularization by gold compounds suggested that they may suppress rheumatoid synovitis by reducing the number of small blood vessels required for mononuclear cell infiltration and synovial tissue proliferation.     

某金矿凿岩工症状自评量表调查分析

探讨局部振动对工人心理,行为功能的影响。方法 应用ＳＣＬ－９０量表及一般症状查体资料,对４０名金矿井正业凿岩机工人及其对照组２０名工人进行了调查分析。结果 与对照组比较,凿岩组工人在耳鸣,听力下降,高血压等方面有显著性意义;症状量表听各项指标均与对照组有显著差异,且在工作后１０年内易发生。结论局部振动可造成工人心理,行为功能的改变及一些症状的出现,二者又可相互作用,进一步加重对工人身心健康的危害。     

浅析《千金方》骨伤科成就

唐孙思邈所撰《千金方》，其骨伤科方面成就亦颇为突出。有关于骨伤科用药特色，包括补骨髓药，长肌肉药和坚筋骨药，以及关于骨伤科病症的骨折、伤筋、瘀血、金疮等诊治要诀。     

快速检测产单核李斯特菌免疫胶体金层析法的研究

目的：为产单核李斯特菌提供了一个方便快捷切实有效的检测技术。方法：采用胶体金标记产单核李斯特菌抗体制备免疫层析检测试剂，通过免疫层析作用对产单核李斯特菌进行检测。结果：通过选用柠檬酸钠改良法制备胶体金，测定其最适结合蛋白浓度为28μg／ml，构建起免疫层析检测试剂和检测方法，检测了冷冻猪肉、牛奶、冰激凌以及不同稀释度的产单核李斯特菌标准样品，灵敏度达87．5％，具有良好的重现性。结论：免疫胶体金层析法用于快速检测产单核李斯特菌是可行的。     

Robust Designs in Noninferiority Three-Arm Clinical Trials With Presence of Heteroscedasticity

In this article, we describe an adjusted method to facilitate a noninferiority trial using a three-arm robust design. Because local optimal designs derived by Hasler et al. require knowledge about the ratios of the population variances and are not necessarily robust with respect to possible misspecifications, we adopt a maximin approach. This method requires only the specification of an interval for the variance ratios and yields robust and efficient designs. We demonstrate that a maximin optimal design depends only on the boundary points specified for the variance ratios’ intervals and we obtain numerical and analytical solutions which are demonstrated in several examples. The derived designs are robust and very efficient for statistical analysis in noninferiority three-arm trials.     

Catalase-mimetic gold nanoparticles inhibit the antagonistic action of Lactobacillus gasseri toward foodborne enteric pathogens in associative cultures

Gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) have been previously shown to induce gut dysbiosis during colitis in mice, but the underlying mechanism is not clear yet. Here, we evaluated the effects of AuNPs (5?nm diameter, coated with tannic acid, polyvinylpyrrolidone or citrate) on H₂O₂ accumulation and pathogen antagonization by an intestinal strain of Lactobacillus gasseri under aerobic cultural conditions. AuNPs (0.65?μg/mL) reduced over 50% of H₂O₂ accumulation by L. gasseri, and significantly inhibited the antagonistic action of L. gasseri on growth of four foodborne enteric pathogens, i.e. Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium, Escherichia coli, Listeria monocytogenes, and Staphylococcus aureus in associative cultures.
