Objective and design: We previously described the visceral antinociceptive property of α, β-amyrin in a mouse model of cystitis induced by cyclophosphamide (CPM). This study examined the contribution of vanilloid-1 (TRPV1), peripheral NK1 receptors to CPM-evoked nociceptive behaviors and bladder edema, and its possible modulation by α, β-amyrin. Methods: The effect of α, β-amyrin (10, 30, and 100 mg/kg, p. o.) and N-acetylcysteine (NAC) on CPM (400 mg/kg, i. p.)-induced cystitis was studied in mice. Sensory deafferentation was done by a high dose capsaicin. The parameters analysed were: CPM-evoked noxious behaviors, bladder edema, vascular permeability, and NK1 immunoreactivity. To assess the role of K+ ATP channels in α, β-amyrin effect, animals were pretreated with glibenclamide. Results: α, β-amyrin (30 and 100 mg/kg) and NAC significantly (p < 0.01) suppressed the visceral pain-related behaviors and NK1 immunoreactivity, but bladder edema was reduced weakly. Glibenclamide reversed the effects of α, β-amyrin. Sensory deafferentation by capsaicin significantly reduced the nociceptive responses and the NK1 immunoreactivity to noxious stimulation by CPM. Conclusions: α, β-amyrin attenuates CPM-induced visceral pain and bladder edema by mechanisms that involve, at least in part, a block either of Substance P release or its receptor function, and partly by opening K+ ATP channels. Summary Immunotherapy using bacille Calmette-Guérin (BCG) has gained increasing acceptance in the management of superficial bladder cancer. Systemic reactions after intravesical instillation of BCG are rare. However, when the therapy is complicated, the lung often becomes involved. Since the pathogenesis of lung infiltrates after immunotherapy is unknown, we report on a patient who developed a lung infiltrate after receiving BCG immunotherapy for bladder cancer. Summary In 14 closed-chest dogs, the significance of right ventricular filling for left ventricular enddiastolic pressure-volume relationship was investigated under acute hypoxia by means of single plane cineventriculography and simultaneous intraventricular pressure recording.Both after 5 min asphyxia (respirator switched off) (n=5) and after 3 min hypoxia (ventilation with pure N2) (n=9), there was a significant leftward shift (p<0.005) of the left ventricular enddiastolic pressure-volume curve as compared to the control curves under normoxia. To simulate the elevated filling of the right ventricle under acute hypoxia, rapid intraventricular infusion was applier under normoxic conditions to raise right ventricular enddiastolic pressure to the same values as that measured under hypoxia. The extent of the ensuing leftward shift of the left ventricular enddiastolic pressurevolume curve was on average 60% of the shift under hypoxia in both sets of experiments. Neither the slope of the relationship between volume stiffness and enddiastolic pressure, nor the relationship between tangent elastic modulus and left ventricular wall stress, was affected by hypoxia or asphyxia.Thus, the shift of the left ventricular enddiastolic pressure-volume curve in the early stage of hypoxia is predominantly due to the influence of increased right ventricular filling. Since the increased volume of the atria under acute hypoxia limits left ventricular distensibility additionally, the changes in left ventricular enddiastolic pressure-volume relationships, observed in the early stage of hypoxia are mainly, or even entircly, the result of interaction of the various heart compartments, and not a reflection of alterations in myocardial tissue elasticity.Preliminary results were presented at the symposium on Cardiac adaptation to hemodynamic overload, training and stress in Tübingen (1983)Supported by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft  相似文献

Adenosine triphosphate as well as sodium nitroprusside has been used for hypotensive anesthesia. The purpose of this study was to examine the possibility that two hypotensive drugs may exert different effects on venous capacitance during controlled hypotension. In rats anesthetized with ketamine, mean arterial pressure was lowered to 50mmHg by intravenous infusion of adenosine triphosphate or sodium nitroprusside. Venous capacitance was assessed before and during induced hypotension by measuring the mean circulatory filling pressure (MCFP). MCFP was measured after briefly arresting the circulation by inflating an indwelling balloon in the right atrium. MCFP was lower during adenosine triphosphate-induced as well as sodium nitroprusside-induced hypotension as compared with the respective value at control (P < 0.01 for adenosine triphosphate and sodium nitroprusside). However, the decrease in MCFP by adenosine triphosphate (0.8 ± 0.1mmHg) was less (P < 0.01) than that by sodium nitroprusside (2.3 ± 0.3mmHg). These results suggest that at a comparable level of arterial hypotension venodilator effect of adenosine triphosphate was less than that of sodium nitroprusside. The relationship between bladder cancer and alcohol consumption was investigated in a case-control study conducted in 546 patients (453 males and 53 females) with diagnoses of papillary urothelial carcinoma during 1978–1982 at La Paz hospital (Madrid), and an equal number of controls matched for age, sex and date of admission to the hospital. The results showed that the risk of bladder cancer does not increase with the intake of beer, wine and spirit beverages. However, a high risk of bladder cancer was associated with consumption of wine mixed with gaseosa (a refreshment beverage consisiting of carbonated water plus artificial sweeteners).  相似文献

Summary 1. The effect of streptozotocin (STZ) induced diabetes on rat urinary bladder function was investigated by means of in vivo cystometry and in vitro recording of bladder strips contractility. A group of sucrose-fed animals was included to determine to what extent the STZ-induced changes were ascribable to the increased diuresis. 2. After 7–9 weeks from STZ injection there was a marked increase in weight of bladder and ureters. Cystometry revealed a marked increase in bladder capacity (volume threshold) although pressure threshold and amplitude of micturition contraction were unaffected. Sucrose-fed animals, having normal blood glucose levels but a similar increase in urine production exhibited cystometric changes identical to those of STZ animals. 3. In vitro experiments indicated that the response to field stimulation (0.1–20 Hz) is reduced in STZ-pretreated but increased in sucrose-fed animals, as compared to controls. 4. The content of urinary bladder and ureters in sensory neuropeptides (substance-P, neurokinin-A and calcitonin-gene related peptide-like immunoreactivity) was increased by STZ diabetes when values were corrected for the increased weight of these organs. 5. The capsaicin-induced contraction of the rat isolated bladder strips, presumably caused by neuropeptides released from intramural sensory nerves, is unaffected by STZ diabetes. 6. These findings indicate that STZ diabetes produces, at an early stage, changes similar to those reported to occur in the human disease, e. g. a greater bladder capacity with unimpaired voiding function. The increased bladder capacity of STZ-rats seems largely, if not solely, ascribable to changes in physical properties of the detrusor muscle, thereby allowing accomodation of greater than normal volumes with similar increase of intraluminal pressure. No sign of diabetic neuropathy of the capsaicin-sensitive sensory nerves can be observed at this stage (7–9 weeks) of STZ diabetes. Send offprint requests to P. 星形胶质细胞是中枢神经系统(CNS)重要的神经细胞类型,主要发挥营养与支持作用。星形胶质细胞与神经元之间存在密切的能量与物质偶联关系,能量偶联与物质偶联两者紧密关联、交互为用。近年来大量研究显示,星形胶质细胞-神经元偶联失衡在阿尔茨海默病(AD)的发生与进展中发挥核心作用,星形胶质细胞-神经元偶联网络失衡已成为AD干预的重要靶标并受到日益关注。中医学认为,AD的主要病机是肾虚髓亏,临床常用益肾填髓中药方剂治疗AD取得较好效果。研究发现大量益肾填髓方剂对星形胶质细胞-神经元偶联失衡具有调节和保护作用,中药方剂治疗AD的益肾填髓功效可能与其调节星形胶质细胞-神经元偶联失衡有一定的内在联系。该文就星形胶质细胞-神经元偶联失衡与AD肾虚髓亏病机之间可能内在联系及益肾填精中药干预机制的研究进展做一综述。  相似文献

目的探讨PDCA管理对死亡医学证明书填写质量的影响。方法选择2018年10月—2019年5月我院实施PDCA管理前开具的死亡医学证明书68份作为对照组,选择2019年10月—2020年5月我院实施PDCA管理后开具的死亡医学证明书71份作为研究组,比较两组填写质量。结果研究组的死亡医学证明书患者基本信息填写完整率、准确率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的死亡医学证明书死因项填写不规范率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的网络直报数据不准确率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的死亡医学证明书填报延时率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的死亡医学证明书填写质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PDCA管理可保证死亡医学证明书填写完整性、准确性及规范性,提高填报质量,促进了上报的时效性,从而有效提高人口死亡信息登记管理水平。  相似文献

目的 探讨性激素在膀胱癌发病中的意义。方法 :采用放射免疫法检测 31例男性膀胱癌患者及 2 7例同年龄正常人对照组血清中的雌二醇 (EstradiolE2 )、孕酮 (ProgesteroneP)及睾酮 (TestosteroneT)水平。结果 :男性膀胱癌患者血清E2 、P、T分别为 44.98± 2 0 .96pg ml( x±s) ,0 .37± 0 .18ng ml( x±s) ,6 .2 5± 2 .37ng ml( x±s) ,而正常对照组E2 、P、T分别为 5 6 .0 1± 13.5 0pg ml( x±s) ,1.14± 0 .37ng ml( x±s) ,5 .15± 1.37ng ml( x±s) ,两者比较膀胱癌组T明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;而E2 、P明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :膀胱癌的发生可能与性激素代谢失衡有一定的关系  相似文献

目的:观察BT-BAK细胞与BCG膀胱腔内灌注治疗对患者全身免疫功能的影响。方法:由手术切除的膀胱瘤标本制备膀胱肿瘤可溶性抗原,以BCG为佐剂,从PBMNC中诱导出抗膀胱肿瘤特异性细胞毒性BT-BAK细胞,临床选择72例浅表性膀胱癌术后患者随机平均分成2组分别进行BT-BAK和BCG的膀胱腔内灌注治疗。于不同阶段采用ELISA法测定患者外周血中IL-2、TNF-α及IFN-γ的含量;观察治疗后患者PBMNC对T24膀胱肿瘤细胞株杀伤活性的变化。结果:BT-BAK组患者血清中IL-2、TNF-α及IFN-γ的水平均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.01);患者PBMNC对T24膀胱肿瘤细胞株的杀伤活性显著增强(P<0.01)。BT-BAK组上述指标均高于BCG组(P<0.05)。平均随访18.16个月,两组的复发率分别为2.7%和11.11%。结论:BT-BAK细胞及其培养上清进行膀胱腔内灌注治疗,能够有效提高膀胱癌术后患者的全身免疫水平,降低膀胱癌的术后复发率。  相似文献
