骨折治疗仪辅助外固定治疗开放性骨折的临床疗效观察

目的探讨骨折治疗仪辅助外固定治疗开放性骨折的临床疗效。方法将我院近期收治的66例开放性骨折患者按照人院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组，每组各有33例患者，对照组患者给予常规清创、复位、外固定及功能锻炼指导等治疗，观察组患者在此基础上采用骨折治疗仪治疗，随访观察两组患者的骨折愈合时间及运动功能情况。结果观察组患者骨折平均愈合时间为（9．2±1．9）周，愈合时间短于对照组患者的（10．4±2．2）周，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组患者疗效优良率为90．9％，显著高于对照组患者的69．7％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论骨折治疗仪辅助外固定治疗开放性骨折的临床疗效较好，值得临床借鉴应用。     

α-Hederin inhibits the growth of lung cancer A549 cells in vitro and in vivo by decreasing SIRT6 dependent glycolysis

Abstract

Context

α-Hederin, a potent bioactive compound of Pulsatilla chinensis (Bunge) Regel (Ranunculaceae), has many pharmacological uses, but its effect on cancer cell metabolism is still unclear.     

Carbon dioxide photolysis from 150 to 210 nm: Singlet and triplet channel dynamics,UV-spectrum,and isotope effects

We present a first principles study of the carbon dioxide (CO₂) photodissociation process in the 150- to 210-nm wavelength range, with emphasis on photolysis below the carbon monoxide + singlet channel threshold at ∼167 nm. The calculations reproduce experimental absorption cross-sections at a resolution of ∼0.5 nm without scaling the intensity. The observed structure in the 150- to 210-nm range is caused by excitation of bending motion supported by the deep wells at bent geometries in the and potential energy surfaces. Predissociation below the singlet channel threshold occurs via spin-orbit coupling to nearby repulsive triplet states. Carbon monoxide vibrational and rotational state distributions in the singlet channel as well as the triplet channel for excitation at 157 nm satisfactorily reproduce experimental data. The cross-sections of individual CO₂ isotopologues (¹²C¹⁶O₂, ¹²C¹⁷O¹⁶O, ¹²C¹⁸O¹⁶O, ¹³C¹⁶O₂, and ¹³C¹⁸O¹⁶O) are calculated, demonstrating that strong isotopic fractionation will occur as a function of wavelength. The calculations provide accurate, detailed insight into CO₂ photoabsorption and dissociation dynamics, and greatly extend knowledge of the temperature dependence of the cross-section to cover the range from 0 to 400 K that is useful for calculations of propagation of stellar light in planetary atmospheres. The model is also relevant for the interpretation of laboratory experiments on mass-independent isotopic fractionation. Finally, the model shows that the mass-independent fractionation observed in a series of Hg lamp experiments is not a result of hyperfine interactions making predissociation of ¹⁷O containing CO₂ more efficient.     

Preventive effect of non-mitogenic acidic fibroblast growth factor on diabetes-induced testicular cell death

Fibroblast growth factor (FGF)-1 was found to protect the heart from oxidative damage, but clinically its long-term use was restricted for its undesirable proliferating activity on cells. Thus a cluster of amino acids responsible for the proliferation were deleted in the native FGF-1 to create a non-mitogenic FGF-1 (nmFGF-1). Whether the nmFGF-1 protects male germ cells from diabetes-induced apoptotic death was examined in diabetic mice induced with multiple low-doses of streptozotocin, followed by nmFGF-1 treatment for 6 months. Diabetic mice showed a decrease in testicular weight and an increase in apoptotic cell death. Treatment with nmFGF-1 alleviated the diabetic effects on testicular weight and apoptotic cell death. Mechanistically, nmFGF-1 may alleviate diabetes-induced germ cell death by decreasing the BAX/Bcl-2 ratio and endoplasmic reticulum stress as well as associated cell death, which is associated with Nrf-2 activation.     

结肠肝曲十二指肠钩虫1例

本文报道了1例寄生于结肠肝曲的十二指肠钩虫初期被误诊的情况,总结了钩虫的实验室检查方法,并分析了误诊原因。     

复用器械使用后保存方式与时间对清洗效果的影响

目的探讨复用医疗器械使用后安全有效的保存和清洗方法,保证复用医疗器械清洗灭菌质量,降低由这一途径引起的医院感染。方法采用人工污染方法,将新鲜血液污染后的复用医疗器械随机分为A1、A2、B1、B2、C1、C2、D1、D2、E1、E2共10组,每组污染器械又分为6个小组,分别放置1h、2 h、3 h、4 h、12 h、16 h后再采用不同清洗方法对污染的医疗器械进行清洗,对清洗后的医疗器械进行潜血阳性检查,以检验清洗效果.该实验重复3次,合计4500件实验器械。结果对不同保存方法,不同的放置时间段,不同的清洗方法清洗后的复用医疗器械,潜血阳性率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,其中放置16 h,不加任何处理开放保存的器械采用多酶机清洗[1]潜血阳性率最高,为66.67%。5种保存方法在1 h内2种清洗方法清洗,潜血阳性率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.01）。浸清水或多酶洗液浸泡组的器械在16 h内2种清洗方法清洗,其潜血阳性率在各自组内比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉O.01）。开放保存组、干密闭组和喷酶保存组2种清洗方法清洗,潜血阳性率在各自组内比较,差异有极显著的统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论污染的医疗器因存放方式、存放时间及清洗方法的不同,清洗效果有明显差异。     

In vitro and in vivo studies of deglycosylated chimeric porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus as a vaccine candidate and its realistic revenue impact at commercial pig production level

Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) causes major economic losses in the swine industry worldwide. Vaccination is the most effective method to control the disease. In a previous study, a chimeric PRRSV named as K418 which had a genome composed of ORF 1 from the FL12 strain and ORF 2-7 from the Korean representative LMY strain was created. We constructed K418DM, K418 with deglycosylated glycoprotein 5 (GP5), to improve its humoral immunity. In the follow-up on in vivo and in vitro virological and serological tests, no back mutation in amino acids of GP5 associated with deglycosylation was shown after 9 passages on MARC-145 cells, whereas only one case of back mutation was detected after single passage in pig. In serological study, K418DM induced higher serum neutralization (SN) antibody and more limited viremia compared with those of K418 virus. In clinical trial and economic analysis, the K418DM elicited SN antibody titers and PRRSV-specific IgG over protection limit. From the economic viewpoint, there was statistically significant reduction in percentage of weak pigs. These results indicated that vaccination with the K418DM may provide enhanced protection for pigs in PRRS endemic situation and increase growth performance in commercial pig farms.     

Photorefractive Composite Based on a Monolithic Polymer

A new class of photorefractive (PR) composite based on a fully functionalized polymer with high phase‐stability is reported. The polymer containing non‐linear optical (NLO) chromophores and charge‐transporting carbazole moieties is synthesized by a polymer‐analogous reaction. The polymer is doped with plasticizer, NLO dye, and sensitizer to fabricate the PR composite. The NLO dye is the same as the NLO chromophore moiety in the polymer side chain. The PR performance of the composite is evaluated by degenerated four‐wave mixing and two‐beam coupling measurements. A diffraction efficiency of 30% at a relatively low applied electric field of 45 V μm^?1 is achieved. Despite a high concentration of NLO dye, the composites show good stability for a long period without phase separation.     

Severe liver dysfunction possibly caused by the combination of interferon beta‐1b therapy and melilot (sweet clover) supplement

What is known and objective: We report a case of severe liver dysfunction exacerbated after interferon beta (IFNB)‐1b injection in a patient with multiple sclerosis (MS) who had been taking a melilot (sweet clover) supplement. Although IFNB‐1b therapy for MS can cause mild liver dysfunction, severe hepatotoxicity attributable to supplement use has been reported. Case summary: A 23‐year‐old Japanese woman taking a melilot supplement containing coumarin at 10 mg/day for 3 years was admitted to our hospital to receive IFNB‐1b therapy for MS. Fourteen days after subcutaneous injection of IFNB‐1b every other day, her aspartate transaminase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels were elevated at 235 and 681 IU/L, respectively. After the discontinuation of IFNB‐1b therapy and supplement intake, AST and ALT returned to normal levels. Later, she started receiving an intramuscular injection of IFNB‐1a weekly without supplement intake. She was able to continue IFNB‐1a therapy this time, showing a slight elevation of AST level at 61 IU/L. What is new and conclusion: The combination of IFNB‐1b therapy and melilot supplement intake may cause severe liver dysfunction in patients with MS. Given the doubtful value of the supplement, we suggest that it should be avoided by patients receiving interferon therapy.
