大学英语课堂小组活动中教师反馈话语的研究与反思

本研究通过课堂录音和问卷调查的方式,研究大学英语课堂小组活动中教师对于学生表现做出的反馈,总结其使用现状,与教学目标的差距及与学生期望得到的反馈间的差距,以探讨有效的教师反馈方式,进而提高小组活动的效果。     

Nurse-led case management for community dwelling older people: an explorative study of models and costs

Aim To compare community matrons with other nurses carrying out case management for impact on service use and costs. Background In England, nurses working in general practice, as district nurses and disease-specific nurses, undertake use case management. Community matrons were introduced to case management to reduce unplanned hospitalizations of people with complex conditions. Methods Managers in three Primary Care Trusts (PCTs) identified four nurses/matrons engaged in case management. Nurses/matrons recruited five community-dwelling patients referred to them for case management. Patients reported use of health/social services for 9 months, 2008 to 2009. Nurses/matrons completed activity diaries. Results Service use data were available for 33 patients. Compared with other nurse case managers, community matrons had: smaller caseloads; more patient contact time (mean 364 vs. 80 minutes per patient per month); and older patients (mean age 81 vs. 75 years, P = 0.03) taking more medications (mean 8.9 vs. 5.6, P = 0.014). Monthly costs were significantly higher for patients managed by community matrons (add £861), and who lived alone (add £696). Hospitalizations were not associated with patient or service delivery factors. Conclusion Further research on cost-effectiveness of case management models is required. Implications for Nursing Management The case for continued investment in community matrons remains to be proven.

针对大学生心理健康问题日益突出的现状,介绍了构建大学生心理互助网络论坛的作用、研发思路与论坛功能结构,并对其应用效果进行了介绍,指出该网络论坛实现了“一人求助,多人帮助,网上网下互动互助”的心理健康教育新机制.     

在高等护理化学教学中渗透环境教育的探索

针对医疗垃圾及制药企业等对环境的污染问题已经变得越来越突出的现实,提出在高等护理化学教学中进行环境保护教育的必要性、可行性及具体措施.     

The impact of the integrative perceptual approach on the teaching of Chinese characters in a Hong Kong kindergarten

This study investigated the effectiveness of the integrative perceptual approach (IPA) to enhancing Hong Kong kindergarten children’s Chinese character learning. The study applied the IPA to an experimental group of 29 lower form (K2) children. A group of 30 upper form children taught via traditional methods the year before, served as the control group. Quantitative data consisted of pre‐ and post‐test scores, analysed using dependent and independent t‐testing. It was found that the pupils in the experimental group had significantly improved their ability between pre‐ and post‐testing in three aspects of Chinese character mastery: shape, sound and meaning recognition. The progress made was significantly superior to that made by control group counterparts. Qualitative data gathered through teacher and parent interviews indicated that the pupils in the experimental group displayed increased awareness of the composition of several components and structures of Chinese characters.     

基于产学研结合理念的中药炮制学实验教学改革

当前中药炮制行业人才依旧缺乏,饮片质量良莠不齐,学校教育要结合产业化需要,学指导产,产检验学。以此为基础,才能促进炮制理论和内涵的深入研究,培养适应社会和学科发展的行业人才。教学团队以产学研结合为导向,在进一步加强课堂教学的基础上,结合企业短期实训和开放实验,对中药炮制实验的教学模式进行了改革和探索。     

Interviewing Illicit Drug Users: Observations from the Field

Matched case control studies are rare within the field of illicit drug research. This paper describes the practical problems involved in undertaking such a project, and details some of the issues that arose in conducting in-depth longitudinal interviews with illicit drug users. Some problems were specific to a matched case design, some were common to most social research: establishing trust, trying to ensure privacy during the interview, and possible communication problems. Others were more pertinent to interviews with illicit drug users: respondent intoxication, potential mental health problems, concerns about possible aggression, and dilemmas about witnessing illegal acts. This paper aims to make explicit the process of conducting longitudinal research with illicit drug users in the hope that it will encourage other social researchers to share their experiences and their strategies for negotiating fieldwork obstacles and hazards.     

多媒体在中职卫校病理学实践教学中的应用

2010年教育部先后出台了9项中等职业教育管理制度建设的指导性文件,旨在健全管理制度,规范办学行为,强化素质教育,推动中职教育科学发展.随着国家对中职教育的重视,中职卫校也迎来了良好的发展契机.随着多媒体技术在教学上的广泛应用,如何利用现代先进教学技术,提高实践教学质量,具有广阔的研究前景.病理学是基础医学和临床医学之间的桥梁,也是一门高度实践性的学科,是医学生步入医学殿堂的必经之路,是否学好病理学对医学生至关重要.作者在病理学的实践教学中,不断探索和总结,利用多媒体技术手段,以提高病理学的实践教学质量.     

Shellfish allergy in children

Food allergies affect approximately 3.5–4.0% of the world's population and can range from a mere inconvenience to a life-threatening condition. Over 90% of food allergies in childhood are caused by eight foods: cow's milk, hen's egg, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, fish, and shellfish. Shellfish allergy is known to be common and persistent in adults, and is an important cause of food induced anaphylaxis around the world for both children and adults. Most shellfish-allergic children have sensitivity to dust mite and cockroach allergens. Diagnostic cut-off levels for skin prick testing in children with shrimp allergy exist but there are no diagnostic serum-specific immunoglobulin E (IgE) values. All patients with symptoms of IgE-mediated reactions to shellfish should receive epinephrine autoinjectors, even if the initial symptoms are mild. In this study, we review three cases of clinical presentations of shellfish allergy in children.
