三七三醇皂苷对大鼠局灶性脑缺血损伤的保护作用和脑血流量的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
目的探讨三七三醇皂苷(PTS)对局灶性脑缺血损伤的保护作用。方法将大鼠随机分成6组:假手术组,模型组,PTS25、50、100mg/kg组和阳性对照药血栓通注射液(XST)组;采用栓线法使大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)建立大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型,于造模24h后进行行为学评分,测定脑组织含水量以及脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量,计算脑梗塞面积百分比以及进行组织病理学检查。结果三七三醇皂苷50、100mg/kg能明显缓解脑缺血大鼠的行为学症状,减轻其脑水肿程度,降低血清中MDA含量和升高SOD含量,并能减少其脑梗塞面积,减轻脑组织病理学损伤。结论PTS对大鼠局灶性脑缺血有较明显的保护作用,增加脑血流量可能为治疗作用机理之一。 相似文献

目的:比较三七三醇皂苷与丹参片治疗脑梗塞的疗效.方法:选取我院2004~2006年部分脑梗塞病人,其中116例采用三七三醇皂苷300 mg/d,分3次口服,另116例采用丹参片12片/d,分3次口服.2组均15天为1个疗程.结果:三七三醇皂苷组总有效率90%,显效率59%,丹参片组总有效率79%,显效率45%(P<0.05),不良反应极少.结论:三七三醇皂苷是治疗脑梗塞较好的口服药,疗效优于丹参片. 相似文献

目的 :了解局灶性脑缺血再灌注后梗死区周围细胞增殖的动态变化 ,以及三七三醇皂苷 (PTS)对其表达的影响。方法 :采用改良的线栓法制备大脑中动脉阻塞 (MACO) 2h、不同再灌注时间段 (3d、 7d、 14d、2 8d)的大鼠短暂局灶性脑缺血 (transientfocalcerebralischemia)模型。应用 5 -溴脱氧尿嘧啶 (5 -bromod eoxyuridine,Brdu)和Brdu/Nestin免疫双标记法观察再灌注损伤后 3、 7、 14、 2 8d时大鼠神经前体细胞的增殖情况。结果 :脑缺血再灌注后 14d细胞增殖水平达到峰值 ,至再灌注 2 8d细胞增殖水平已明显回落 ,但仍较正常水平高。PTS组细胞增殖水平于再灌注后 7d~ 2 8d均较相同时间段对照组增强 (P <0 0 5 )。再灌注 7、 14d ,PTS组Brdu+/Nestin阳性细胞比例高于N .S组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :PTS可促进缺血再灌注后细胞的增殖水平 相似文献

三七通舒胶囊对急性脑梗死不同时间点血清VEGF和IL-6表达的影响 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
目的评价三七通舒胶囊有效成分三七三醇皂苷(PTS)对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清白介素-6(IL-6)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响。方法纳入发病72?h内入院的急性脑梗死患者,分为PTS组和尼莫同组,以年龄、性别与纳入急性脑梗死患者匹配的健康正常人作为对照组。对脑梗死病人于发病后3、7、14和28天四个时间点采血,采用ELISA法测定血清IL-6和VEGF的含量。结果脑梗死病人的血清VEGF水平在四个时间点均持续升高,IL-6含量在病后第3天显著升高,以后下降。PTS组与尼莫同组和正常对照组比较,可使IL-6明显下降(P〈0.05)和使VEGF表达明显上升(P〈0.01)。结论 PTS在各时间点均显著增加脑梗死后血清VEGF的含量,且能使其维持在一个较高的水平,同时在早期降低血清IL-6水平,推测这可能是PTS治疗急性脑梗死的分子机制之一。 相似文献

Deep vein thrombosis occurs in up to 50% of children with tunneled central venous catheters (CVCs). CVC-related deep vein thrombosis involving the upper extremity is usually asymptomatic but can result in post-thrombotic syndrome (swelling, pain, skin changes, and functional impairment). In a cohort of childhood cancer survivors evaluated clinically a mean of 7.5 +/- 2.8 years after completion of therapy who previously had CVCs in place for a median 15.5 months, none of 50 patients (95% CI = 0% to 6%) had these features diagnostic of post-thrombotic syndrome. Introduction
No definitive data describing associations between cases of Open Abdomen (OA) and Entero-atmospheric fistulae (EAF) exist. The World Society of Emergency Surgery (WSES) and the Panamerican Trauma Society (PTS) thus analyzed the International Register of Open Abdomen (IROA) to assess this question.Material and methods
A prospective analysis of adult patients enrolled in the IROA.Results
Among 649 adult patients with OA 58 (8.9%) developed EAF. Indications for OA were peritonitis (51.2%) and traumatic-injury (16.8%). The most frequently utilized temporary abdominal closure techniques were Commercial-NPWT (46.8%) and Bogotà-bag (21.9%). Mean OA days were 7.9?±?18.22. Overall mortality rate was 29.7%, with EAF having no impact on mortality. Multivariate analysis associated cancer (p?=?0.018), days of OA (p?=?0.003) and time to provision-of-nutrition (p?=?0.016) with EAF occurrence.Conclusion
Entero-atmospheric fistulas are influenced by the duration of open abdomen treatment and by the nutritional status of the patient. Peritonitis, intestinal anastomosis, negative pressure and oral or enteral nutrition were not risk factors for EAF during OA treatment. 相似文献87.

目的:研究三七三醇皂苷(PTS)对局灶性脑缺血再灌注后脑室下区(SVZ)细胞增殖及星形胶质细胞的影响。方法:60只雄性SD大鼠随机分为假手术、生理盐水(NS)和PTS组,每组设再灌注3、7、14、21d亚组,每个时段各5只。采用改良的线栓法制备大脑右侧中动脉阻塞2h的大鼠短暂局灶性脑缺血模型,观察5-溴脱氧尿嘧啶和胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)在SVZ的表达情况。结果:再灌注后7d,PTS组与NS组SVZ细胞增殖水平达到峰值,至再灌注21d细胞增殖水平已明显回落,但仍高于正常水平;再灌注后7、14d,PTS组SVZ细胞增殖水平显著高于NS组。再灌注后3d,PTS组与NS组SVZ细胞GFAP表达达到峰值,至再灌注14d已恢复正常水平;再灌注后3、7d,PTS组SVZ的GFAP阳性细胞数显著高于NS组。结论:PTS可促进缺血再灌注后SVZ细胞的增殖水平,并上调GFAP的表达。 相似文献

Introduction
Deep venous thrombosis (DVT) is one of the common peripheral vascular diseases. The recruitment and migration of bone marrow-derived endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) to the sites of venous thrombus are necessary in the process of thrombus organization and recanalization. Our objective was to investigate the functional role of miR-150 in rat EPCs and its potential application in deep venous thrombosis.Materials and Methods
Rat EPCs were cultured and transfected with miR-150 mimics and inhibitor. Wound healing assay, transwell migration assay and matrigel tube formation assay were performed to elucidate the effect of miR-150 of rat EPCs. Lentiviral construct expressing miR-150 was transfected into EPCs and the EPCs were injected to rat models of DVT. The rats were sacrificed on the day of 7 and 14 after the transplantation and the histological study was performed. Luciferase reporter assay and Western blot were performed to evaluate rat miR-150 regulates the expression of c-Myb.Results
MiR-150 significantly promoted the migration and tube formation ability of EPCs in vitro and enhanced EPCs’ homing, organization and resolution ability in vivo. Overexpression of miR-150 significantly reduced the protein level of c-Myb and repressed the activity of a luciferase reporter containing both of the two predicted miR-150 binding sites in c-Myb 3’-UTR, indicating that c-Myb may be a miR-150 target gene.Conclusion
MiR-150 enhanced the migration, tube formation, homing, thrombus recanalization and resolution ability of rat EPCs. Restoring miR-150 in EPCs revealed potential application in DVT therapy. 相似文献89.
