目的探讨茶多酚预防紫外线辐射致雄性小鼠生殖系统损伤的作用及其可能的机制。方法将40只雄性小鼠随机分为4组:辐射损伤组、茶多酚低剂量组、茶多酚高剂量组和正常对照组。前3组每天上午接受3 h紫外线照射,下午再分别喂服纯水、浓度为1%及2%的茶多酚悬液;正常对照组以同样方式和剂量每天下午1次喂服纯水。小鼠处理30 d后,取材制备精子悬液用于检测其精液中精子密度、精子活动力和精子畸形率;同时检测睾丸组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)的活性,丙二醛(MDA)和活性氧(ROS)的含量。结果与辐射损伤组比较,茶多酚组精子密度增大,精子活动力增强,精子畸形率降低;小鼠睾丸组织ROS,MDA水平明显降低(P<0.05),而SOD、GSP-px活性显著升高(P<0.05)。结论辐射能够造成雄性小鼠生殖系统的损伤;茶多酚对辐射损伤组雄性小鼠的生殖系统各脏器和生精细胞具有保护作用,其机制可能是通过清除自由基实现的。  相似文献

Background:Temporomandibular joint disorders (TMD) is common in clinic at present, which seriously affects the mental health and quality of life of patients. With the development of society, the incidence of TMD is gradually increasing. At present, there are many treatment methods, Tuina as a characteristic traditional Chinese medicine therapy, clinical treatment of TMD has a significant effect. In recent years, there are many clinical studies on Tuina in the treatment of TMD, but the clinical efficacy of Tuina in the treatment of TMD has not been systematically evaluated. In this study, we systematically evaluated the relevant literature of Tuina in the treatment of TMD by using the method of evidence-based medicine, in order to provide reference for clinical research in this direction in the future.Methods:VIP Chinese database, China knowledge Network, Wanfang, China Biomedical Database, PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library and Web of Science were searched for clinical randomized controlled trials of Tuina in the treatment of TMD from the establishment of the database to December 2020. The 2 researchers independently screened the literature and carried out quality assessment and data extraction for the included study, and used RevMan5.3 software for risk assessment and Meta analysis.Results:In this study, the efficacy and safety of Tuina in the treatment of TMD were evaluated by effective rate, visual analog score (VAS) of temporomandibular joint pain, dysfunction index ((DI), palpation index (PI), craniomandibular index (CMI), maximum mouth opening (MMO), incidence of adverse reactions and so on.Conclusion:This protocol can provide evidence-based basis for the treatment of TMD, with Tuina to significantly improve the symptoms and function of patients with TMD.OSF Registration number:DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/J75A8.  相似文献

Background:In order to provide new evidence-based medical evidence for clinical treatment, we undertook a systematic review and meta-analysis to assess the efficacy and safety of nicorandil prior to percutaneous coronary intervention in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients.Methods:This systematic review and meta-analysis will be performed according to Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. Two reviewers independently will search randomized controlled trials or observational studies about the treatment of nicorandil on AMI patients. Retrieved databases include Web of Science, ClinicalTrials.gov, Pubmed, Embase, and Cochrane Library. And retrieval time is limited from inception to June 2021. Key words are nicorandil, myocardial infarction, or similar expansion words without publication limitation. Biomechanical studies, in vitro studies, review articles, techniques, case reports, letters to the editor, and editorials are excluded.Results:The results of our review will be reported strictly following the PRISMA criteria and the review will add to the existing literature by showing compelling evidence and improved guidance in clinic settings.OSF registration number:10.17605/OSF.IO/UEPKB.  相似文献

目的研究乙醇对氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)诱导的人脐带静脉内皮细胞损伤的保护作用与内源性一氧化氮合酶抑制物的关系。方法在培养的人脐带静脉内皮细胞中加入ox-LD(L100μg/ml)诱导内皮细胞损伤。检测细胞培养液中非对称性二甲基精氨酸(ADMA)、丙二醛(MDA)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、一氧化氮(NO)和肿瘤坏死因子-(αTNF-α)的含量。结果体外给予ox-LD(L100μg/ml)显著诱导内皮细胞损伤,增加培养液中ADMA、MDA、LDH和TNF-α水平,而降低NO水平。两个剂量乙醇(5或15μg/ml)均能显著抑制ox-LDL所致ADMA、MDA、LDH和TNF-α浓度升高和NO的降低。结论低剂量乙醇对ox-LDL诱导的人脐带静脉血管内皮细胞损伤有保护作用,其保护作用与降低ADMA和TNF-α浓度有关。  相似文献

The aim of the study was to explore the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation on cognitive and motor functions in poststroke patients. All patients were divided into Group A and Group B based on different interventions (Group A: acupuncture + conventional rehabilitation, Group B: conventional rehabilitation alone). Acupuncture was conducted once a day, five times a week for 8 weeks, and rehabilitation (including physical therapy and occupational therapy) was conducted for 2 hr per session, once a day, five times a week for 8 weeks. Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) and Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) were used to assess the motor and cognitive functions at baseline and the end of 8 weeks. After the intervention, FMA and MMSE scores were improved significantly in the two groups (p <.05), compared with the scores prior to intervention. After 8 weeks of intervention, a statistically significant difference in the FMA and MMSE scores was observed between the Group A and the Group B. The results suggested that the combined intervention is more effective than the conventional rehabilitation alone in improving cognitive and motor functions in poststroke patients.  相似文献

目的探讨应用膝关节旋转半月板解剖型和固定半月板解剖型假体治疗膝退行性骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法2009年2月—2013年1月选择在我院进行住院治疗的膝退行性骨关节炎患者132例,根据随机原则分为观察组与对照组各66例,行人工膝关节置换手术治疗,分别将旋转膝关节假体和固定膝关节假体进行人工植入固定,采用美国膝关节外科学会的评分系统(KSS)对患膝在术后当日与术后3个月进行膝关节评分和功能评分。结果所有患者都顺利完成手术,术中无严重并发症发生。随访3个月,观察组与对照组的总显效率分别为93.9%和80.3%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的髌骨不稳、感染和下肢深静脉血栓形成等并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后当天的膝关节评分和功能评分比较无统计学差异,术后3个月时评分都明显上升,同时评分在组内与组间比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论人工膝关节置换手术治疗膝退行性骨关节炎有较好的预后,而旋转假体的应用能更加有效改善患膝屈伸活动和功能,疗效满意。  相似文献

TMSG1, as a novel tumor metastasis suppressor gene, has been demonstrated to closely relate to the metastasis and drug-resistant of breast cancer. However, its molecular mechanism is still unclear. In this study, we explored the effect of small interference RNA (siRNA) targeting TMSG1 on the invasion of human breast carcinoma cell line MCF-7 and its molecular mechanisms associated with the extracellular pH. qRT-PCR and Western blot analysis revealed dramatic reduction of the levels of TMSG1 mRNA and protein after transfection of siRNA in MCF-7 cells. Cell migration and invasion were obviously increased by TMSG1 siRNA treatment. The activity of vacuolar ATPase (V-ATPase) and MMP-2 was significantly increased in MCF-7 cells transfected with the TMSG1 siRNA compared with the controls. Furthermore, acidic intracellular environment significantly increased the MMP-2 activity and the capacity of cell migration and invasion. In conclusion, silencing of TMSG1 increased V-ATPase activity, decreased extracellular pH and in turn the activation of secreted MMP-2, which ultimately promoted metastasis capacity of breast cancer cell.  相似文献

目的探讨胰岛素抗体(INS-Ab)阳性T2DM患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的变化。方法选取305例行重组人胰岛素治疗的T2DM患者,其中INS-Ab阳性患者(INS-Ab阳性组)82例,INS-Ab阴性患者(INS-Ab阴性组)223例,另选取同期我院健康体检人群200名为正常对照(NC)组。研究对象进行体格检查和血脂、血糖、胰岛素、血清Hcy、INS-Ab等相关指标的测定。结果INS-Ab阳性组血清Hcy水平高于INS-Ab阴性组和NC组[(15.94±3.28)vs(12.68±3.58)vs(7.89±2.16)μmol/L,P<0.01]。Pearson相关分析显示,INS-Ab阳性组血清Hcy水平与BMI、LDL-C、TC、TG、FPG、FIns、HbA1c呈正相关(r=0.158、0.197、0.191、0.176、0.204、0.211、0.208,P=0.021、0.011、0.018、0.025、0.005、0.001、0.002),与年龄、SBP、DBP、胰岛素用量和HDL-C不相关;INS-Ab阴性组与上述相似。Logistic回归分析显示,血清Hcy水平是T2DM患者INS-Ab阳性的影响因素(P=0.008);按照血清Hcy水平三分位数将T2DM患者分为3组,随着Hcy升高,INS-Ab阳性率逐渐升高(9.81%vs 23.52%vs 46.15%,P<0.05)。结论INS-Ab阳性T2DM患者血清Hcy升高,血清Hcy水平是INS-Ab阳性的影响因素。  相似文献

目的 观察氧化型低密度脂蛋白对人脐静脉内皮细胞自噬的影响及其调节机制.方法 氧化型低密度脂蛋白孵育人脐静脉内皮细胞24 h,RT-PCR检测TET2 mRNA表达,Western blot检测TET2以及自噬标记物Beclin 1、LC3的表达.TET2 siRNA转染人脐静脉内皮细胞,Western blot检测Beclin 1、LC3的表达.结果 人脐静脉内皮细胞经不同浓度氧化型低密度脂蛋白孵育24h后,浓度依赖性地下调TET2 mRNA以及蛋白的表达(P<0.05),并且下调Beclin 1表达以及LC3Ⅱ/LC3 Ⅰ的比值.TET2 siRNA转染人脐静脉内皮细胞后,Beclin 1表达以及LC3Ⅱ/LC3 Ⅰ的比值明显降低.结论 氧化型低密度脂蛋白促进人脐静脉内皮细胞自噬,可能与下调TET2表达相关.  相似文献
