自血疗法配合穴位埋线治疗神经性皮炎临床研究

目的:观察自血疗法配合穴位埋线治疗神经性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的104例神经性皮炎患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各52例。对照组外用复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏治疗,观察组采用自血疗法配合穴位埋线治疗。观察2组治疗前后皮损面积及瘙痒评分,并评价临床疗效。结果:与治疗前比较,2组患者治疗7天、14天、21天、28天后皮损面积评分显著下降(P 0.05)。治疗21天、28天后观察组皮损面积评分显著低于对照组(P 0.05)。与治疗前比较,2组患者治疗7天、14天、21天、28天后皮肤瘙痒评分显著下降(P 0.05)。治疗21天、28天后观察组皮肤瘙痒评分显著低于对照组(P 0.05)。观察组总有效率为91.7%,显著高于对照组86.0%,差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。观察组复发率为12.2%,显著低于对照组的35.9%(P 0.05)。结论:自血疗法配合穴位埋线治疗神经性皮炎疗效肯定,能有效改善患者临床症状且不易复发。     

透明质酸钠预防粘连性肠梗阻术后再粘连临床观察

Objective To investigate the prevention of intestines adhesion about sodium hyaluronic acid in postoperative intestines adhesion.Methods Eighteen cases of adhesive intestine obstruction were done intestinal release or bowel resection.2～4mL sodium hyaluronic acid was put to the wound,anastigmatic and rough surface of peritoneal.Gastrointestinal decompression,anti-infective and infusion were taken after oper-ations.Followed up 8～24 months.Results Obstructive symptoms haven't happened,the effective rate is 100%.Only 2 cases have intermittent abdominal pain without obstruction,the incidence was 11%.Conclu-sion Sodium hylauronic acid is effective to prevent the adhesion of postoperative intestines adhesion,simp-ler use,fewer side-effects and great value to appliance.

改良阑尾切口的临床应用

由原来麦氏切口改为右侧腹直肌外缘切口,称为“改良阑尾切口”。本文总结了我们1989年10月～2000年10月对856例阑尾炎患者应用“改良阑尾切口”和麦氏切口施行手术,并进行对比观察,现报道如下。     

基层医院口腔科纤维树脂桩的应用

目的探讨基层医院口腔科备用两种不同性价纤维树脂桩在桩核冠修复治疗中的优点。方法对170例患者360颗需纤维树脂桩核冠修复的牙体缺损的患者,根据患牙牙体缺损的部位、程度及咬合关系、牙本质肩领的完整性等情况,备用两种不同性价纤维桩核冠修复,观察其疗效、费用和患者满意度。结果疗效较好,费用合理,患者满意度高,桩脱落及冠根折率低。结论根据患牙缺损情况选用两种不同性价的纤维树脂桩核在基层医院口腔科桩核冠修复治疗中有疗效好、医患方便、费用合理、患者易接受的特点。     

贞芪扶正颗粒联合匹多莫德口服液对儿童反复上呼吸道感染临床疗效观察

目的观察贞芪扶正颗粒配合匹多莫德口服液治疗儿童反复上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法将2009年1月—2013年12月我院门诊反复上呼吸道感染儿童252例按照挂号序号单双号分为两组,治疗组126例给予口服贞芪扶正颗粒联合匹多莫德口服液,对照组126例给予单纯的匹多莫德口服液口服,观察临床疗效及血清免疫球蛋白变化。结果贞芪扶正颗粒联合匹多莫德口服液治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染治愈率为40.5%,总有效率为93.3%;对照组治愈率为23.0%,总有效率为72.0%,治疗组临床有效率及对反复上呼吸道感染患儿免疫功能调节作用均明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论贞芪扶正颗粒联合匹多莫德口服液治疗儿童反复上呼吸道感染优于单纯口服匹多莫德口服液。     

面盲症的心理问题探讨

目的：了解面盲症,通过面盲认识心理障碍的实质。方法,理性（心理理论）分析,推理（逻辑思维）验证。结果：发现面盲是大脑抽象思维功能不垒。结论：面盲症是不易被自己察觉的心理障碍。     

米索前列醇预防高危出血因素剖宫产产后出血42例

产后出血是分娩期主要并发症(发生率为4%26%),居导致我国产妇死亡原因的首位[1] .相对于阴道分娩,剖宫产时出血量增加近250ml,剖宫产本身即是产后出血的危险因素[2] .且我国剖宫产率近二十年来持续上升,由此,预防剖宫产产后出血尤为重要,特别是有产后出血高危因素者.本院采用术中常规使用缩宫素的同时,含服米索前列醇观察预防产后出血的效果,现报道如下.     

针刺治疗肛裂

肛裂是肛肠科的常见病、多发病，虽然只有一点溃疡面，但该病痛苦甚大，传统的通便，坐浴及局部用药、扩肛等方法，只能缓解，较难治愈。我科在多年来治疗肛门病的基础上，总结和发现针刺长强、白环俞为主穴，下骼、承扶为配穴，对肛裂有很好作用，不仅止痛快，止血效果明显，而且溃疡面能很快愈合。现对10年来采用针刺治疗的280例肛裂总结报告如下：
