观察辐射对红细胞膜损伤的远后效应。方法应用7.5%聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法、Percol梯度密度离心、NO-2通透速率测定、DIDS通透抑制率测定等方法,分析5例骨髓型急性放射病(ARS)患者受照后第6年红细胞膜蛋白组成与功能。结果辐射对膜蛋白的损伤持续存在,损伤特征为带8蛋白含量减少,带3蛋白阴离子转运功能低下。进一步分析结果显示,ARS年轻红细胞对NO-2通透时间延迟较中、老年细胞变化明显;ARS红细胞对DIDS通透抑制效应下降。结论结果提示,辐射对红细胞膜蛋白的损伤环节在骨髓红细胞合成期;ARS红细胞膜外侧带3结合位点可能发生病变,导致阴离子转运功能下降;同时,ARS红细胞可能存在提前衰老机制  相似文献

Myracrodruon urundeuva Allemão is a plant utilized in Northeast Brazil as an antiinflammatory, wound healing and in gynecological illnesses. The objectives of the present study were to evaluate the antiinflammatory and antiulcer properties of the tannin‐enriched fraction (TEF) isolated from the stem bark of M. urundeuva, in the formalin test, in mice, and in carrageenan‐induced paw edema and gastric ulcer models, in rats. The results showed that TEF dose‐dependently inhibited both phases of the formalin test. However, the effect was predominant in the 2nd phase of the response where inhibitions of 47%, 76% and 85% were observed, with doses of 5, 10 and 50 mg/kg, i.p. In the carrageenan‐induced paw edema, significant inhibitions were observed at 3 h (44%) and 4 h (28%), with a dose of 10 mg/kg, i.p. TEF also significantly decreased by 37%, 43% and 57% gastric ulceration induced by indomethacin, at doses of 10, 20 and 50 mg/kg p.o. In the ethanol‐induced gastric ulcer model, TEF was less effective, and significant inhibitions (42% to 46%) were observed only with doses of 100 and 200 mg/kg, p.o., respectively. In conclusion, it was shown that TEF presents antiinflammatory and antiulcer effects, partly due to its antioxidant action, known to be present in polyphenols, including tannins. 环硫雄醇为抗乳腺癌药物,具有明显抗雌激素作用。为探讨该药对生殖功能的影响,本研究系用雌性小鼠进行环硫雄醇的抗着床及抗早孕实验;同时,将该药用于雌性大白鼠,测定其对子宫孕激素活性与血清孕激素水平的影响。结果表明:该药对雌性小鼠有明显的抗着床作用,但无明显抗早孕作用;对大白鼠子宫孕激素活性可能有增进作用,而对血清孕激素水平有下降的影响。  相似文献

Young adult male rats were implanted with a push-pull cannula aimed at the dorsal and rostral areas of the caudate nucleus. Perfusate samples were collected at two-minute intervals for approximately one hour and assayed for DOPAC concentrations. Simultaneously, yawning, penile erections and grooming behavior were recorded. Yawns were induced by systemic prolactin or apomorphine injections. While mean DOPAC efflux was elevated following prolactin (PRL) and apomorphine decreased mean DOPAC efflux as expected, yawns and penile erections induced by both compounds were associated with rapid momentary decreases in DOPAC efflux in these living animals. Although yawning was associated with significant decreases in DOPAC output, not every momentary DOPAC decrease was associated with a yawn, suggesting that the 'yawning generator' most likely requires additional inputs for the expression of a yawn.  相似文献
