Clinical pathologic study on effect of Qianggan capsule in treating patients of chronic hepatitis B with liver cirrhosis

Objective  

To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Qianggan Capsule (QGC) in treating chronic hepatitis B with liver fibrosis from the pathological aspect.     

民国时期上海地区中医4校教材梳理

中医药院校教材讲义整理是研究近代中医教育发展乃至近代中医学术发展史不可缺少的基础工作。通过对上海中医药大学图书馆馆藏近代上海地区4所中医药院校教材讲义的初步整理，从编写年代、编撰著者、课程设置、存佚情况等方面来了解上海地区近代中医教育发展的大致情况。     

芳香化酶与乳腺癌的相关研究

雌激素在乳腺癌的发生发展中起着重要作用。绝经后妇女的雌激素主要由肾上腺分泌的雄激素前体转化而来,芳香化酶是这一转变过程的关键酶、限速酶。因此,深入研究芳香化酶和乳腺癌的关系具有重要的临床意义。现就芳香化酶在乳腺癌组织中的表达、调控及芳香化酶抑制剂在乳腺癌内分泌治疗中的临床进展作一综述。     

Looking Ahead in Renal Cell Carcinoma: Integrating New Agents in the Armamentarium of the Urologist

Urologists play a pivotal role in many aspects of the care of patients with renal cell carcinoma (RCC). However, until recently, in some European countries, they have rarely been involved in the systemic treatment of this disease or in the design of clinical trials. This is undoubtedly set to change with the emergence of new oral, molecularly targeted therapies for RCC. Sorafenib (Nexavar^®; Bayer Healthcare, West Haven, CT, USA) is one such therapy, which has already been shown to be efficacious and well tolerated for the treatment of RCC. Although targeted agents show great promise for the treatment of RCC, their precise role in the treatment of metastatic disease, and in adjuvant and neoadjuvant settings has yet to be defined. Drawing from their extensive experience of RCC, urologists will be instrumental in the design and application of clinical studies to define the role of targeted therapies in all settings of RCC and, ultimately, to integrate targeted therapies into clinical practice. Through increased understanding of the molecular pathways involved in RCC, research into diagnostic and prognostic markers, and commitment to clinical trials, urologists can be at the forefront of this progress.

Polymorphic distribution of Y-chromosome haplotype and mitochondrial DNA in the Bouyei people in China

In the evolution of humans, many kinds of mutations in the human genome have been accumulated, providing credible genetic evidence for the study of human origins and migrations. The "out-of-Africa" hypothesis of modern human evolution and the genetic origin of the Japanese has come about by studying mitochondrial DNA.l,2 Recently, researchers have recognized the power of Y-chromosome markers in resolving migratory patterns of modern humans as more and more Y-chromosome single nucleotide polymorphism markers have been found. The markers on the nonrecombinant part of the Y-chromosome allows for the reconstruction of intact haplotypes which are probably the best genetic tools to study human migrations. We can analyze the paternal history of some people in different areas by Y-chromosome haplotypes.     

Kinetics of the phenotype and function of murine peritoneal macrophages following acute inflammation

This study was undertaken to have a better understand for the process and the underlying mechanisms to limitmacrophage activation and population of activated macrophages.A comprehensive kinetics of cytokineproduction was performed in murine peritoneal macrophages recovered from Balb/c mice at various timeduring the course of an intraperitoneal injection with thioglycollate (TG).The expression of cell surfacemolecules such as MHC-Ⅰ,MHC-Ⅱ,B7-1 and B7-2 of these macrophages were also determined by flowcytometry.The present findings of our research suggested that the population of activated macrophages and theactivation of macrophages (including cytokines production and expression of cell surface functional molecules)were strictly controlled during inflammation process.This is one of the important mechanisms to retain the hosthomeostasis.Cellular & Molecular Immunology.2004;1(1):57-62.     

慢性胃炎脾气虚证与脾胃湿热证的差异表达基因比较

目的：比较慢性胃炎脾气虚证与脾胃湿热证患者差异表达基因。方法:分别提取慢性胃炎脾气虚和脾胃湿热患者胃黏膜组织RNA各4例，逆转录荧光探针标记后杂交制作BiostarH-140 s基因芯片。采用荧光值ratio、生物信息学、t检验等方法分析结果，实时荧光定量PCR检测部分相关基因。结果:获得差异表达基因245条，主要为营养物质消化吸收运输、物质能量合成代谢、细胞周期增殖分化、免疫反应等相关基因；有显著意义的差异表达基因77条；实时定量PCR检测10条基因，6条与芯片结果一致。结论:慢性胃炎脾气虚和脾胃湿热2个证型基因表达存在明显差异，提示中医的临床辨证分型与基因差异表达有一定关系。     

中文科技期刊应对学术不端来稿的案例分析及单刊实践初探

【目的】 从案例分析出发,探讨中文科技期刊应对学术不端来稿的有效对策。【方法】 通过收集整理2020—2021年《实验动物与比较医学》编辑部发现的7篇涉嫌学术不端的典型来稿,分析其类型、特征和原因,并针对期刊审编校出版流程中可能存在的漏洞推出相应的整改举措,以探索建立单刊学术诚信体系的实践对策。【结果】 7篇来稿涉嫌学术不端的类型主要是代写代投、抄袭剽窃、数据造假等。通过回溯这7篇来稿的投稿及审稿过程,发现存在投稿时作者信息及证明材料不全、外审环节的同行评议质量不高、查证学术不端后的处理及宣教措施不明等情况。对此,编辑部推出相应的整改举措,包括提高投稿要求、加强审稿控制、注重档案管理、加快制度建设、重视宣传教育和提升服务能力等;一年多的实践证明这些策略对学术不端来稿的防范效果显著。【结论】 中文科技期刊应从自身做起,通过严格落实三审制度、加强科研诚信教育、注重刊风学风建设,建立起期刊自己的学术诚信体系,从而保障期刊内容质量,树立中文期刊品牌形象。
