联合检测CEA、CA19-9在结直肠癌诊断中的应用

目的探讨用化学发光法检测CEA和CA19-9在结直肠癌诊断中应用价值。方法用化学发光法测定29例结直肠癌患者、46例良性疾病患者和20例健康人群血清CEA和CA19-9含量。结果癌变组CEA和CA19-9含量明显高于良性对照组和健康对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05),其中敏感性、特异性、有效性分别为65.5%、92.4%、84.2%和51.7%、95.4%和82.1%,联合检测的敏感性、特异性、有效性分别为82.8%、90.9%、88.4%。结论联合检测CEA和CA19-9有利于结直肠癌临床诊断,可提高其敏感性和有效性。     

老年心功能不全血浆心钠素浓度的变化

采用放射免疫法测定31例老年心功能不全患者血浆心钠素(ANP)浓度,发现老年心功能不全组ANP明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。血浆ANP含量随心功能不全的严重程度而明显减少(P<0.05)。病程与ANP浓度呈负相关 (r=-0.441,P<0.05)。不同病种、不同受累部位及有或无房颤之间ANP差异无显著性(P<0.05)。     

OXYGEN FREE RADICAL IN HUMAN OSTEOARTHRITIS

The xanthine oxidase catalysed release of superoxide free radicals (O2-) from endogenous hypoxanthine was determined in homogenates of synovium obtained from three groups of patients, those undergoing primary or revision total hip replacement (THR) for osteoarthritis and those undergoing arthroscopy of the knee for semilunar disc injuries. The concentrations of hypoxanthine in homogenates obtained during THR were found to be significantly higher than those in the group with semilunar disc injuries. The results suggest that there is a greater predisposition to free radical release and tissue damage in osteoarthritis.     

Histochemical study of colorectal adenocarcinoma by fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) conjugated lectins

Binding of FITC conjugated lectins to mucin in benign and malignant colon lesions was studied by fluorescence microscopy. In 145 cases of colonic adenocarcinoma, PNA (peanut agglutinin) was found to be bound to 75% of cases, while DBA (dolichos biflorus agglutinin) to 13% only. By contrast, DBA was bound to 94% of normal colon mucosa, while PNA to 15% only. Chronic colitis, simple adenoma and inflammatory polyps had the same binding pattern as normal mucosa, but villous adenoma, mixed polyps and multiple polyposis which are considered as premalignant lesions in colon had high positive rate of PNA binding and low binding percentage of DBA. These results indicate that an exposed carbohydrate structure Gal B1-2----GlNAc is expressed in the mucin produced by colonic adenocarcinoma. Meanwhile, some normal mucin component disappears from the malignant colonic epithelium. The mechanism of alteration of human colonic mucin present in malignant transformation is briefly discussed.     

N—酰化壳聚糖膜性能的研究

讨论了一系列N-酰化壳聚糖膜的抗张强度、透水性、VB_(12)的透过性、透氧性以及血液相容性。N-已酰化壳聚糖膜具有良好的血液相容性。在制膜过程中,加入分子量为1500的聚乙二醇为致孔剂,则可使N-己酰化壳聚糖膜的渗透性有较大提高。同时保持较好的血液相容性和强度。     

A Comparison of a Monofocal Acrysoft IOL Using the “Blended Monovision” Formula with the Multifocal Array IOL for Glasses Independence After Cataract Surgery

We compared the Acrysoft monofocal intraocular lens (IOL) in the mini monovision formula (n = 20) with the Array multifocal intraocular lens (n = 20) for glasses independence after cataract surgery. The Acrysoft monofocal IOL group showed similar and even slightly better results than the Array multifocal IOL group. The monofocal Acrysoft IOL using the mini monovision (blended vision) formula is a good alternative for providing post-cataract surgery glasses independence. Drs. 葡萄球菌的原生质体融合及遗传转移

本文报道在金黄色葡萄球菌多剂抗生素耐药菌株(22)及白色葡萄球菌(Rif~r,Nal~r)间进行的原生质体融合试验。在高渗缓冲培养基中,将对数生长期中、后期的培养物,以溶菌酶及溶葡萄球菌素处理,DM_3培养基再生得原生质体。将二亲本葡萄球菌的原生质体混合,以CaCl_2及PEG(6000)处理使发生融合及种间遗传转移。根据重组子的色素、耐药性及在琼脂糖凝胶电泳中显示的质粒带进行遗传分析,证明在金黄色葡萄球菌及白色葡萄球菌中,质粒和染色体的遗传标记均可相互转移,再次证实在金黄色葡萄球菌(22)中存在分子量为2.0Mdal的pcr质粒。     

透明质酸酶对大鼠双光气中毒性肺水肿治疗的初步观察

本实验初步现察了HA对双光气中毒性肺水肿早期的治疗作用。结果提示,早期应用HA能显著延长动物存活时间,而治疗组与对照组动物在肺体指数、肺湿干重量比及肺含水量等项指标则未见显著差别。
