作者对32例经病理证实的气管与主支气管良、恶性肿瘤的影像学表现进行分析,归纳为3型:腔内型、壁增厚型和腔内外型。后2种类型提示恶性,而无蒂的腔内型表现者不能鉴别良,恶性。作者还评价了常规体层、CT及MRI诊断气管与主支气管肿瘤的优、缺点,讨论了影像诊断的作用。 相似文献

目的:分析10年前后综合医院心理门诊咨询资料,探讨咨询变化特点。方法:应用统计学方法分析1984年1月-1987年12月和1998年1月-2001年12月行心理咨询者2647例。结果:不属于心理疾病,为解决各种心理问题咨询者较10年前明显上升,(55.8%,P<0.05),其中学生人数显著增加(20.7%,P<0.05);咨询问题中各类神经症是首要问题。情绪,婚姻,人际交往问题呈快速上升趋势(P<0.05)。结论:与10年前相比,人们的自身心理保健意识增强,主动寻求心理咨询者增多。 相似文献

用100、45、15g力的血管夹,夹闭大白鼠股动静脉20、60和120min,24h后观察其通畅情况,并经扫描电镜和光学显微镜观察股动静脉内皮细胞的损伤程度和血管内血栓形成。结果显示:前两种压力的血管夹在对股动脉只产生轻微损伤的情况下,对伴行股静脉可造成内皮细胞脱落,微小血栓形成等病理损伤。随夹闭血管时间的延长,内皮细胞损伤加重,血小板沉积和微血栓增多。血管夹对静脉的损伤和对其通畅率的影响尤应引起注意。 相似文献

In rabbit platelet rich plasma (PRP), 5-hydroxytraptamine (5-HT,0.03~3μmol/L) induced decrease in light transmission (DLT) dose-de pendently with centralization, as revealed by electron microscopy. However, 5-HT did not induced platelet aggregation and release reaction. 5-HT-induced DLT was inhibited by methysergide (0.3~30μmol/L), indomethacin (0.3~10μmol/L) and PGE_1 (0.01~0.3μmol/L) in a dose-dependent manner, but not EGTA(0.3~3mmol/L). Collagen(Coll), arachidonic acid (AA), adenosine diphosphate (ADP) and a stable thromboxane A2 analoge(STA_2) also induced DLT before aggregation by themselves, which was also inhibited by PGE_1, but not inhibited by EGTA except for Coll However,Coll-, AA-, STA_2-and ADP-induced DLT were reduced by pretreatment of PRP with 5-HT dose-depen-dently. The duration of DLT by Coll and AA were decreased from 151.4±5.93 sec and 15(?)38±0.60sec to 45.44±4.04 sec and 9.00±1.25 sec respectively ((?)±s(?) P<0.01), but not by ADP and STA_2, 3μmol/L of ADP-and 0.3μmol/L of STA_2-induced aggregation which was not accompanied with release reaction were enhanced by 5-HT pretreatment, but in those (Coil 5μg/ml, AA 100~200μmol/L and STA_2 1~3 μmol/L) with release reaction, the amount of adenosine triphosphate(ATP)were suppressed significantly (P<0.001) by 5-HT pretreatment without the effect on the magnitude of aggregation, The mobilization of cytosolic free calcium concentration ([Ca~(2+)]i) was observed after 5-HT treatment in single washed platelet, the results indicated that the basic level of [Ca~(2+)] i was 64.78±3.24nmol/L and this level was increased dose-dependently and significantly at 30 sec after administration of 5-HT and the time of peak value of [Ca~(2+)] i was at 90~100 sec.The similar time courses of suppression of ATP released during aggregation, in cases of Coll(5μg/ml), AA (200μmol/L) and STA_2(3μmol/L), by 5-HT were also found in the present experiment. 相似文献

目的:回顾性分析腰椎峡部裂的CT表现并讨论其诊断与鉴别诊断,材料与方法,23例患先行腰椎侧位扫描定位图像,采用与椎间盘平行的角度,自病变脊椎的上一椎体下缘边续发描至于下椎体上缘,层厚4或5mm必要时在峡部行2mm,层厚扫描,结果;23例中,累及双侧21例,单侧2例,发生在L516例,L47例,CT表现为同一脊椎关节突间的低密度裂隙,出瑞椎弓根下缘平面,走行不规则,裂隙可宽可窄,表面不光滑。 相似文献

Dolastatin 10, a cytostatic peptide containing several unique amino acid subunits, was isolated from the marine shell-less mollusk Dolabella auricularia (Pettit GR, Kamano Y, Herald CL, Tuinman AA, Boettner FE, Kizu H, Schmidt JM, Baczynskyj L, Tomer KB and Bontems RJ, J Am Chem Soc 109: 6883-6885, 1987). Since our preliminary studies demonstrated that dolastatin 10 inhibited tubulin polymerization and the binding of radiolabeled vinblastine to tubulin, an initial characterization of the properties of dolastatin 10 included a comparison to other antimitotic drugs interfering with vinca alkaloid binding to tubulin (vinblastine, maytansine, rhizoxin, and phomopsin A). Dolastatin 10 inhibited the growth of L1210 murine leukemia cells in culture, with a concordant rise in the mitotic index, and its IC50 value for cell growth was 0.5 nM. Comparable values for the other drugs were 0.5 nM for maytansine, 1 nM for rhizoxin, 20 nM for vinblastine, and 7 microM for phomopsin A. IC50 values were also obtained for the polymerization of purified tubulin in glutamate: 1.2 microM for dolastatin 10, 1.4 microM for phomopsin A, 1.5 microM for vinblastine, 3.5 microM for maytansine, and 6.8 microM for rhizoxin. Dolastatin 10 and vinblastine were comparable in their effects on microtubule assembly dependent on microtubule-associated proteins. Preliminary studies indicated that dolastatin 10, like vinblastine, causes formation of a cold-stable tubulin aggregate at higher drug concentrations. We confirmed that rhizoxin, phomopsin A, and maytansine also inhibit the binding of radiolabeled vinblastine and vincristine to tubulin. Dolastatin 10 and phomopsin A were the strongest inhibitors of these reactions, and rhizoxin the weakest. Dolastatin 10, phomopsin A, maytansine, vinblastine, and rhizoxin all inhibited tubulin-dependent GTP hydrolysis. The greatest inhibition of hydrolysis was observed with dolastatin 10 and phomopsin A, and the least inhibition with rhizoxin. 相似文献

Eighteen trabeculectomy specimens of congenital glaucoma were examined by light and transimssion electron microscopy. The results showed that the primary anomalies in congenital glaucoma included the developmental defects of trabecular meshwork, excessive collagen fibrils in the trabecular matrix, shifting forward of ciliary muscle fibres and persistent mesenchymal tissues in the anterior-chamber angle. 采用高效液相色谱法测定了山楂、决明子颗粒剂中大黄酚的含量.以VP ODS(4.6mm×150mm)为色谱柱,流动相甲醇∶质量分数0.1%磷酸溶液(体积比)为90∶10,检测波长254nm,柱温为室温;大黄酚平均保留时间为7.27min,平均加样回收率为99.33%,RSD为1.87%(n=4),线形范围2.9~29.0μg/mL(r=0.9999,n=6),样品大黄酚的质量分数为0.0557%.该方法准确,灵敏度高,可作为该制剂的质量控制标准. 相似文献
