目的:对30例肺癌再切除手术患者进行回顾性分析,探讨其手术指征、并发症和生存率。方法:回顾分析1995年1月至2008年12月我院进行的余肺切除术30例的临床资料。应用生命表法计算1年、3年、5年生存率。结果:本组患者无手术死亡,术后并发症15例,涉及呼吸系统症状的10例(33.3%),非呼吸系统5例(8.3%),其中3例患者出现心律失常,1例心力衰竭,1例中度贫血。术后1、3、5年生存率为79.32%、67.25%、32.56%。结论:严格掌握余肺切除术的适应症,对于合适的患者而言,可获得较好的远期生存。 相似文献

It has been postulated that triheptanoin can ameliorate seizures by supplying the tricarboxylic acid cycle with both acetyl-CoA for energy production and propionyl-CoA to replenish cycle intermediates. These potential effects may also be important in other disorders associated with impaired glucose metabolism because glucose supplies, in addition to acetyl-CoA, pyruvate, which fulfills biosynthetic demands via carboxylation. In patients with glucose transporter type I deficiency (G1D), ketogenic diet fat (a source only of acetyl-CoA) reduces seizures, but other symptoms persist, providing the motivation for studying heptanoate metabolism. In this work, metabolism of infused [5,6,7-13C3]heptanoate was examined in the normal mouse brain and in G1D by 13C-nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS). In both groups, plasma glucose was enriched in 13C, confirming gluconeogenesis from heptanoate. Acetyl-CoA and glutamine levels became significantly higher in the brain of G1D mice relative to normal mice. In addition, brain glutamine concentration and 13C enrichment were also greater when compared with glutamate in both animal groups, suggesting that heptanoate and/or C5 ketones are primarily metabolized by glia. These results enlighten the mechanism of heptanoate metabolism in the normal and glucose-deficient brain and encourage further studies to elucidate its potential antiepileptic effects in disorders of energy metabolism. 相似文献

目的观察"眠三针"对失眠症患者多导睡眠图(PSG)的影响,评估"眠三针"治疗失眠症的临床疗效。方法将60例失眠症患者随机分为治疗组和对组组,分别给予"眠三针"和天王补心丹治疗,治疗前后观察两组PSG的变化情况,评价临床疗效。结果治疗组临床痊愈率、总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。PSG显示,两组治疗后睡眠总时间均延长,觉醒次数均减少(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗后治疗组睡眠总时间、深睡眠时间、REM时间较对照组改善更为明显(P<0.01)。结论 "眠三针"是一种治疗失眠症的有效方法。 相似文献

目的 研究医院泛耐药鲍氏不动杆菌(PDRAB)不同克隆的耐药性及碳青霉烯酶基因型特征,为有效治疗和控制PDRAB医院感染提供参考资料.方法 应用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)技术对PDRAB进行分子分型,E试验法检测PDRAB各克隆最低抑菌浓度(MIC)值,聚合酶链反应(PCR)及核酸测序确定PDRAB各克隆碳青霉烯酶基因型. 结果 90株PDRAB分子分型出现A、B、C、D、E 5种克隆,A、C克隆出现亚型,A、C、E克隆为主要流行株,分别占 70.0%、7.8%、l4.4%;各型克隆均对多黏菌素B敏感,部分流行克隆对米诺环素、阿米卡星敏感,其余抗菌药物均表现高水平耐药;A、C及C亚型克隆携带blaOXA-23、bla OXA-51和blaPER-1基因,A亚型、D克隆携带blaOXA-23和blaPER-1基因,B克隆携带blaOXA-51和blaPER-1基因,E克隆携带blaOXA-23、blaOXA-51和blaGIM-1基因,未发现携带blaOXA-24、blaOXA-58、blaIMP、blaVIM及blaSPM-1基因的PDRAB克隆.结论 医院PDRAB流行克隆存在多样性,各克隆耐药表型及碳青霉烯酶基因型有所不同,产生OXA-23酶和PER-1金属酶是该地区PDRAB耐药的主要机制. 相似文献

The effects of heat treatment on the antigenicity and potential allergenicity of α-Lactalbumin (α-LA), β-Lactoglobulin (β-LG), α-casein (α-CN), and β-casein (β-CN) in milk protein concentrates (MPCs) were investigated at temperatures in the range of 65–100°C for times from 10 to 30?min. The antigenicity and potential allergenicity of α-LA decreased significantly. The antigenicity of β-LG was sharply increased throughout the heat treatment, while the potential allergenicity decreased significantly only at 85°C and 100°C for 25?min. The antigenicity of α-CN and β-CN showed fluctuated changes, but were all lower than untreated sample. The α-CN potential allergenicity decreased when heated at 65°C and 70°C for 25?min. Compared with untreated sample, the potential allergenicity of β-CN increased sharply after heat treatment. The results showed that different proteins in the MPCs showed different sensitivities under heat treatment. 相似文献

Hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS) is a congenital heart disease which should be treated at neonate. Even now, its operation
is one of the greatest challenges. However, currently there are no quantitative standards to evaluate and predict the outcome
of the therapy. In this study, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) was used to estimate the performance of first stage HLHS
surgery, the Norwood operation. An image data transfer system was developed to convert clinical images into three-dimensional
geometry. To confirm software applicability, a validation process was carried out to eliminate any influence of numerical
procedures. The velocities derived from echocardiography measurements were used as boundary conditions, and pressure waves
measured by a cardiac catheter simultaneous with an electrocardiogram (ECG) were employed to validate the results of CFD simulation.
Calculated results were congruent with the in vivo measurement results. The blood flow circulations were successfully simulated and the distribution of blood flow in each vessel
was estimated. Time-varying energy losses (EL), local pressure and wall shear stress (WSS) were analyzed to estimate clinical
treatment. The results indicated that pulsatile simulation is essential in quantitative evaluation. Computational hemodynamics

目的探索大学生的自立人格与焦虑的关系。方法共选取280名大学生为调查对象,用青少年学生自立人格量表和焦虑自评量表对其进行问卷调查。结果人际独立(r=-0.15)、人际责任(r=-0.30)、人际灵活(r=-0.15)、人际开放(r=-0.27)、个人独立(r=-0.23)、个人主动(r=-0.13)、个人责任(r=-0.26)均与焦虑呈负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。人际责任、人际开放、个人责任、个人独立4种自立人格特质进入焦虑对自立人格的多元线性回归方程(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论自立人格对焦虑有预测作用,自立人格是焦虑的保护性人格因素的假设获得了支持。 相似文献
