银杏外种皮对心血管的药理作用

银杏Ginkgo biloba L.又名公孙树,是现存的古代子遗植物之一,是我国的特产植物。自六十年代起,国内外对银杏叶的化学成份及其药理作用研究很多。据报道,银杏叶中提取的黄酮类化合物,具有心血管活性作用,叶的提取物制剂口服或静注可使帕金森氏病患者的脑血流增加。银杏外种皮,在银杏产区是废弃之物,尚末见对其的研究和报道。为了探讨对银杏的综合开发利用,本文就银杏外种皮水提取物(以下简称Gb)

中医“三步梯级止痛疗法”在大肠癌中的应用（附178例分析）

本文总结１７８例中晚期大肠癌，运用中医＂三步梯级止痛疗法＂和辩证分型治疗后，Ⅰ级疼痛缓解率达１００％，Ⅱ级疼痛缓解率为６３．６％，总缓解率８６．１％，而对疼痛以外其它症状缓解有效率平均为１０．５％。     

Therapeutic Evaluation on Advanced Pancreatic Cancer Treated by Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine──Clinical Analysis of 56 Cases

Objective: In comparison with chemotherapy, to evaluate therapeutic effects on advanced pancreatic cancer treated by integrative Chinese and western medicine (ICWM) therapies. Methods: Based on the retrospective study of 56 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer, life table was applied to the analysis of patients' survival rate and Xz test to the comparison of therapeutic response between ICWM and chemotherapy groups. Results: The results showed that 1-year survival rate in the ICWM group was 55. 37%±3.24%; 2-year survival rate 34. 61%±16. 31%; 3-year survival rate 25. 96%±24. 64%; 5-year survival rate 25. 96%±24.64%; and median survival period 16. 3 months. However 1-year survival rate in the chemotherapy group was 21. 95%±27. 54% ; 2-year survival rate 7. 31%±27. 54% ; 3-year survival rate 0 % ; and median survival period 7. 5 months. 珍珠生肌膏治疗皮肤溃疡206例临床观察

大面积的慢性皮肤溃疡．是由多种原因引起的一种常见病，病程较长．肉芽和皮肤生长缓慢，不能自行愈合，还有发生癌性变的可能，尤其是一些营养不良性溃疡和长期不愈合的溃疡，治疗较为棘手。我院自1991年12月至2006年2月，应用珍珠生肌膏治疗皮肤溃疡206例．均得到满意疗效．现报道如下：     

心脏包虫病手术治疗的麻醉处理

包虫病是人畜共患的地方性寄生虫病,好发于肝脏、肺脏及其他器官组织。心脏及心包包虫病罕见,仅占总发病率的0.5%～2.0%[1]。心脏包虫若同时合并其他脏器包虫,则麻醉的危险性增加,对麻醉的处理要求更高。现将我院1978～2005年收治的16例心脏包虫病手术治疗的麻醉处理经验总结如     

Variation of Apolipoprotein A-I in Cirrhosis and its Clinical Value

The serum apolipoprotein A- I (apo A-I) Concentrations in 39 patients with posthepatitis cirrhosis were reported to be 0.87±0.27 g/L lower than that of controls 1.15±0.14 g/L P<0.01. The, decrease of apo. A-I was correlated with the severityof impaired liver function. Apo A- I concentrations in serum correlated positively with decrease of serum albumin (r=0.503 P< 0.01) and negatively with serum bilirubin increase (r=- 0.508 P <0.01) . The data indicate that decreasing of apo A- I concentration may be regarded as one of the reliable indices reflecting the degree of liver function impairment.

采用抗ＨＮＫ－１单克隆抗体，对５２例前列腺癌组织的石蜡切片进行免疫组化（ＡＢＣ法）研究。观察免疫组化染色后，阳性癌细胞的比率及染色强度，并探讨抗ＨＮＫ－１免疫组化反应与患者５年生存率及非进展率的关系，结果Ｇ表明：５２列腺癌患者中４９例呈阳性染色，总阳性率为９４％。阳性癌细胞比率及染色强度均与肿瘤分化度有关。高分化癌的阳性癌细胞比率最高，染色最深，低分化癌的阳性癌细胞比率最低，染色最弱。用Ｋａｐｌａ
