酷似组织胞浆菌病的马尔尼菲青霉病

马尔尼菲青霉（ｐｅｎｉｃｉｌｌｉｕｍＭａｒｎｅｆｆｅｉ）是法国Ｃａｐｐｏｎｉ等１９５６年从越南的竹鼠（Ｒｈｉｚｏｍｙｓｓｉｎｅｎｓｉｓ）中分离出的一种青霉。１９７３年ＤｉＳａｌｖｏ等从美国报道第１例人类自然感染病例,患者是从越南回美的外交官,因患霍奇金病、出现贫血及免疫力降低而并发此症。马尔尼菲青霉在世界范围内的分布尚不清楚,已报道的病例主要集中分布在我国南部诸省和泰国［１３］,多属当地居民;而欧美报道的散发病例都属免疫缺陷者,尤其是ＡＩＤＳ患者。这些病人曾经到过可能得到感染的地区,大约是在赤…
