在pH8.0-8.5条件下,谷胱甘肽、氧或过氧化氢过量时,微量的10~(-4)mol·L~(-1)亚硒酸钠能使鲁米诺产生稳定的化学发光。发光强度依赖于酸度、谷胱甘肽浓度、氧及过氧化氢的浓度。超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)对鲁米诺发光有明显的抑制作用。SeO_3~(2-)在眼内催化产生活性氧可能是产生白内障的原因。 相似文献

目的:研究松果体和褪黑激素(Mel)是否通过下丘脑影响腹腔巨噬细胞功能.方法:松果体切除术;腹腔巨噬细胞化学发光测定;下丘脑地诺前列酮放射免疫测定;下丘脑注射Mel.结果:松果体切除后腹腔巨噬细胞化学发光值降低,下丘脑地诺前列酮含量升高,16:00 ip Mel(10 μg kg~(-1)d~(-1)×7d)可使其恢复,并升高正常大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞化学发光值,降低其下丘脑地诺前列酮含量.腹腔巨噬细胞化学发光值与下丘脑地诺前列酮含量的变化存在负相关(相关系数,r=-0.78,P<0.01).于下丘脑注射Mel 2μg,能提高正常大鼠和松果体切除大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞化学发光值.结论:下丘脑是松果体Mel影响腹腔巨噬细胞功能的主要作用部位之一. 相似文献

96名镍作业工人测定结果:非特异酯酶阳性细胞百分率(ANAE+%)为76.8%±8.0%,T细胞亚群CD2、CD4、CD8阳性细胞百分率(CD+2%、CD+4%、CD+8%)及CD+4/CD+8比值分别为65.6%±10.5%、56.3%±12.1%、34.3%±8.2%和1.76±0.6;酵母多糖刺激的外周血多形核白细胞化学发光(PMN-CL)本底和峰值分别为48±23和3073±684CPS/106PMN;血清硒和丙二醛含量分别为1.22±0.23和4.76±0.88μmol/L。与非镍作业的地区对照组比较,T细胞CD+8%增高,CD+4/CD+8比值下降,化学发光的本底值降低,峰值增加,血清Se含量下降,丙二醛含量升高。分析镍作业工人工龄与后三项指标变化的关系,工龄大于20年与小于10年有统计学上明显差别。这些观察指标为镍作业人员医学观察增加新的监护指标提供依据。 相似文献

The effects of combined use of earthworm extract(912)and HpD-laser on the produc-tion of reactive oxygen and the biosynthesis of DNA in S_(180) tumor cells were studied throughchemiluminescence measurement and[~3H]-TdR incorporation assay.The results showed that as com-pared with the control,the intensity of chemiluminescence emitted by tumor cells treatedsimultaneously with 912 and HpD-laser was enhanced more than ten-folds,while that treated with912 or HpD-laser alone was increased only 2~4 folds.The[~3H]-TdR incorporation into tumorcells of the former group was inhibited upto 74.1%,and that of the latter groups decreased onlyby 42.2% and 40.0%,respectively.In accordance with these biochemical changes,the ultrastructuraldamage of tumor cells of the former,combinedly treated group appeared to be the most serious.This suggests an additive effect of 912 with HpD-laser on tumor cells.In addition,if free radicalscavengers,such as catalase and superoxide dismutase,were added to the reaction systembefore chemiluminescence assay,the luminescent enhancement effect mentioned above was dramaticallyalleviated,implying the presence of O_2~ and H_2O_2 in the system.Therefore,as to the toxic effecton tumor cells,912 and HpD-laser are not only additive in efficiency,but also similar in theunderlying mechanism of action. 相似文献

目的:观察地尔硫对冠心病病人的抗脂质过氧化及抗氧自由基作用。方法:冠心病病人30例为治疗组(男性21例,女性9例,年龄58±s6a),给予地尔硫30mg,po,tid,共4wk。健康人组30例(男性18例,女性12例,年龄58±9a)。结果:治疗组在给药前较健康人组的血清oxLDL,LPO,SCL,LCL值显著升高,P<0.01,GSH-Px显著降低,P<0.01,SOD活力两者无明显差异,P>0.05。治疗组用药后与用药前相比oxLDL,LPO,SCL,LCL值显著下降,P<0.01或<0.05,GSH-Px显著升高,P<0.01,治疗组治疗后与健康人组相比,除LCL外,其他指标皆无明显差异,P>0.05。结论:地尔硫是一良好的抗氧化剂。 相似文献

Background RANTES has been shown to possess chemotactic activity for eosinophils, which have also been considered to play a role in allergic inflammation through reactive oxygen species. Thus, in this study, we examined the effect of RANTES on radical oxygen products from eosinophils.
Methods Purified eosinophils by CD16-negative selection or an eosinophilic cell line (EoL-1) were incubated with or without RANTES (2.5 x 10−6 ). To the mixture of eosinophils and luminol, calcium ionophore (A23187) or opsonized zymosan (OZ) was added, and radical oxygen products were determined by luminol-dependent chemiluminescence for 600 s.
Results Eosinophil-mediated radical oxygen products of untreated eosinophils produced with A23187 gave a peak value of 14.09 + 2.40 (mean±SE, n = 12) relative light units (RLU) and an integrated value of 3232.20 + 513.09 RLU. However, with treatment with RANTES, a peak value of 18.66 + 2.40 RLU and an integrated value of 5301.05 ±561.02 RLU were obtained. Eosinophil oxidative metabolism-induced A23187 or OZ was apparently augmented by the preincubation with RANTES. In addition, the radical oxygen products of EoL-1 showed similar results.
Conclusions Thus, we concluded that RANTES may play an important role the pathogenesis of allergic inflammation through its involvement in eosinophil activation, as evidenced by oxygen products, as well as in selective eosinophil infiltration as selective eosinophil chemoattractant. 相似文献
