目的:评估iRoot SP在不可复性牙髓炎中根管填充后出现疼痛情况。方法:选取本院不可复性牙髓炎患者80例,按随机数字表分为两组,在常规根管治疗后,试验组及对照组分别采取iRoot SP及AH Plus进行填充,利用VAS评分对比两组患者不同时间点出现不同疼痛分级的患者比例、疼痛程度及因疼痛口服布洛芬比例。结果:术后12h试验组呈现无痛的患者比例较对照组明显更高(21vs10,P=0.012),术后24h试验组出现重度疼痛比例较对照组明显更低(0vs6,P=0.034)。与对照组相比,iRoot在不同时间段均能有效降低患者术后疼痛程度(P<0.001)。然而两组患者因疼痛口服止痛药比例无明显差异。结论:iRoot SP可以明显降低不可复性牙髓炎患者根管治疗后早期出现疼痛机率及疼痛严重程度。  相似文献

以ROCCIPI技术作为理论框架,构建“互联网+护理服务”模式,包括完善组织架构、建立信息平台、护士选拔与培训、确定服务内容、确定收费标准、服务流程、质量控制与安全保障等。“互联网+护理服务”开展后,护士在线问诊患者2 982例,患者满意度为96.78%,上门护理服务患者59例,患者满意度为100%。基于ROCCIPI构建的“互联网+护理服务”模式能够满足居民多元化健康管理需求,提高患者满意度。但仍需根据患者需求及方案要求循序渐进增设上门护理服务项目;对接省级监管平台,与医保部门协商报销方案;加强“互联网+护理服务”宣传力度,进一步优化患者端申请操作流程;完善问卷内容与评分标准。  相似文献

The present series of experiments examined the effects of five benzodiazepine receptor (BZR) partial inverse agonists on the behaviour of rats on an elevated plus maze. The drugs were tested in a standard plus maze with 3-cm walls added to the open arms, as this has been shown to increase the sensitivity of the plus maze to anxiogenic-like drug effects (Jones and Cole 1995). The drugs tested were FG 7142 (0–100 mg/kg),-CCE (0–30 mg/kg), ZK 132 556 (0–100 mg/kg), ZK 90 886 (0–30 mg/kg) and Ro 15–4513 (0–30 mg/kg). In addition, to allow a comparison with previous studies, the effects of three reference substances, DMCM (0–2.5 mg/kg), pentylenetetrazol (PTZ; 0–30 mg/kg) and yohimbine (0–5 mg/kg), were also examined. These three reference compounds produced a dose-dependent reduction in the duration of open arm exploration and the total number of open arm entries, indicative of anxiogenic-like effects. DMCM produced significant effects at the doses of 1.25 and 2.5 mg/kg, PTZ at 30 mg/kg, and yohimbine at 5 mg/kg. The BZR partial inverse agonist FG 7142 (10, 30 and 100 mg/kg) also reduced the duration of open arm exploration and the total number of arm entries. The minimally effective dose resulted in a receptor occupancy of approximately 80%. Ro 15–4513 also produced anxiogenic-like effects, but only at a dose (30 mg/kg) that resulted in a receptor occupancy of approximately 95%. In contrast, the other BZR partial inverse agonists, ZK 132 553 and ZK 90 886, did not significantly reduce the duration of open arm exploration, even at doses that produced greater than 95% receptor occupancies.-CCE also did not reduce open arm exploration at any dose tested (0–30 mg/kg). The GABA shift, a biochemical index of intrinsic activity, indicates that these latter three compounds are more inverse agonistic than Ro 15–4513. In summary, these results demonstrate that not all BZR receptor partial inverse agonists have anxiogenic-like activity in the rat plus maze, and that the GABA shift, a biochemical index of intrinsic efficacy, does not predict which BZR partial inverse agonists are anxiogenic.  相似文献

Mutations in CTC1 lead to the telomere syndromes Coats Plus and dyskeratosis congenita (DC), but the molecular mechanisms involved remain unknown. CTC1 forms with STN1 and TEN1 a trimeric complex termed CST, which binds ssDNA, promotes telomere DNA synthesis, and inhibits telomerase-mediated telomere elongation. Here we identify CTC1 disease mutations that disrupt CST complex formation, the physical interaction with DNA polymerase α-primase (polα-primase), telomeric ssDNA binding in vitro, accumulation in the nucleus, and/or telomere association in vivo. While having diverse molecular defects, CTC1 mutations commonly lead to the accumulation of internal single-stranded gaps of telomeric DNA, suggesting telomere DNA replication defects as a primary cause of the disease. Strikingly, mutations in CTC1 may also unleash telomerase repression and telomere length control. Hence, the telomere defect initiated by CTC1 mutations is distinct from the telomerase insufficiencies seen in classical forms of telomere syndromes, which cause short telomeres due to reduced maintenance of distal telomeric ends by telomerase. Our analysis provides molecular evidence that CST collaborates with DNA polα-primase to promote faithful telomere DNA replication.  相似文献

??Objective    To systematically evaluate the effect of iRoot SP and AH Plus paste in the treatment of root canal. Methods    Online databases including PubMed??EMBASE??the Cochrane Library??Web of Knowledge??and Chinese databases ??Wanfang database??VIP and CNKI?? were searched systematically up to February 2017. Randomized controlled trials and high-quality comparative studies were considered eligible for inclusion. Two qualified reviewers reviewed the original articles??evaluating qualities of articles??and extracting data independently. After heterogeneity test??Meta-analysis was performed. Results    In total??seven original clinical controlled trials were included??containing 493 teeth. iRoot SP paste could improve the immediate root canal quality ??OR=0.30??95%CI????0.10 ~ 0.85?????reduce the rate of postoperative pain ??OR=0.23??95%CI????0.06 ~ 0.89?????and decrease the apical leakage ??WMD=-0.13??95%CI????-0.22 ~ -0.05????. Conclusion    iRoot SP paste in root canal therapy can significantly alleviate pain??and the long-term curative effect is good??has better biological compatibility??which is an ideal root canal filling material. Because of the small number of the literatures included??which are all in China??it is necessary to include large sample??multicenter??randomized??double-blind??placebo-controlled trails to further confirm the clinical effect.  相似文献

目的探究IPP图像分析软件评估结晶情况可行性、可靠性和稳定性。方法由两位研究员分别对同一批草酸钙结晶照片进行人工评分和应用IPP评分,通过统计学方法检验评分的一致性;1周后,一位研究员再次进行人工评分和应用IPP评分,通过统计学方法检验自身前后评分的一致性。结果人工评分草酸钙结晶,两位研究员及同一研究员前后所给的评分,其一致性均差;应用IPP评分,两位研究员及同一研究员前后所给的评分,其一致性均较高。结论应用IPP图像分析软件对草酸钙结晶情况进行评分具有可靠性和稳定性。  相似文献

目的 评价iRoot BP Plus用于成熟恒牙活髓保存治疗(直接盖髓术和部分活髓切断术)的临床疗效.方法 选取120例共120颗因龋露髓成熟恒牙牙髓炎患者,随机分为A(直接盖髓术)、B(部分活髓切断术)和C(根管治疗术)3组,每组40例,术后第3、6、12个月复查,综合评价3组的疗效、发生不良反应和患者满意度的差异.结果 3组患牙治疗效果均较好:术后3个月,A、B、C组的治疗成功率分别是92.5%、97.5%、95.0%;术后6个月,3组分别是90.0%、95.0%、92.5%;术后12个月,3组分别是90.0%、95.0%、90.0%.在不同时间段,3组之间治疗的成功率和术后不良反应发生率的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).A、B两组的患者综合满意度明显高于C组(P<0.05).结论 iRoot BP Plus用于因龋露髓的成熟恒牙活髓保存治疗,疗效可靠,可以避免根管治疗所产生的术后并发症,值得临床推广.  相似文献
