ROCCIPI框架下“互联网＋护理服务”模式的构建

以ROCCIPI技术作为理论框架，构建“互联网＋护理服务”模式，包括完善组织架构、建立信息平台、护士选拔与培训、确定服务内容、确定收费标准、服务流程、质量控制与安全保障等。“互联网＋护理服务”开展后，护士在线问诊患者2 982例，患者满意度为96.78%，上门护理服务患者59例，患者满意度为100%。基于ROCCIPI构建的“互联网＋护理服务”模式能够满足居民多元化健康管理需求，提高患者满意度。但仍需根据患者需求及方案要求循序渐进增设上门护理服务项目；对接省级监管平台，与医保部门协商报销方案；加强“互联网＋护理服务”宣传力度，进一步优化患者端申请操作流程；完善问卷内容与评分标准。

Construction of "Internet Plus Nursing Service" Mode under ROCCIPI Framework

The ROCCIPI technology is used as the theoretical framework to construct the "Internet plus nursing service" mode, including the improvement of organizational structure, the establishment of information platform, the selection and training of nurses, the determination of service content, charge standards, service process, quality control and safety assurance, etc. After the implementation of "Internet plus nursing service", nursing experts consulted 2 982 patients online, and the patient satisfaction was 96.78%, 59 patients with on-site nursing service, and the patient satisfaction was 100%. The "Internet plus nursing service" mode based on ROCCIPI theoretical framework can meet the diverse health management needs of the public and improve patient satisfaction. However, it is still necessary to add home care services step by step according to the needs of patients and program requirements; to connect with provincial regulatory platform to apply for medical reimbursement plan to the medical insurance department; to strengthen the publicity of "Internet plus nursing service" and further optimize the patient-side application operation process; to improve the questionnaire content and scoring criteria.
